This was my first time coming here because I just wanted a quick pedicure but I LOVED IT! Davis was super nice and took his time. I didn't realize until after that they closed at 7 but they still took me at 6:40 and the Were very welcoming and sweet. They noticed I was in a rush because they were closing and they reassured me to take my time and dry my toes! One of the nicest salons I have ever been too! I could not get in to my usual salon for a last minute basic manicure but was thrilled to be able to walk-in to Lush Nail Spa. I waited about 10 minutes and was given great service by friendly Ashley. I was impressed with the kindness and care she showed to others in the spa, including an elderly lady. I didn't need much but was so grateful to have my nails done today! I was grateful that staff and customers were masked. I just wish the salon tools were sterilized between customers and a little more precautions taken during this pandemic season (hand sterilizing upon entry and washing down stations between services.) read more

Had an appointment and still made me wait over 30 min. What's funny about this is that I already had my nails done the week prior and I actually just needed another coat of chrome powder put on..Literally. THATS IT. They said over the phone, no problem should be quick. So while I was waiting other customers showed up and were taken immediately that's why I was like...wait a minute. I had an appointment too. For something easy. When I asked the girl at the front desk of this is normal to wait this long with an appointment for something so simple while others are being taken she replied. I've came to this nail salon for years. I go elsewhere on the occasional time that I'm in a rush and in a different area, Otherwise this salon is totally worth the drive for me. Ashley, Andy, Michael and everyone else that works here are simply wonderful people. They really get to know their clients. I'm not much of a chatty Kathy when I come here but the conversations I hear through out the room really makes me feel like they treat their repeat customers like family. As for the quality of the work, I've never had a problem. My no chip manicured last about two weeks even longer if I don't come in when I have to. The pedicures are everything you need after a long hard week at work. I highly recommend this place. I've brought my sisters and my nieces here and would do it again and again. I was in desperate need of a pedi, and it was on my to-do list, but never seemed to make the time. I was walking out of Ulta, and a few stores down was Nail Spa. I never noticed it before in this strip mall, and I shop here all the time. This must be a sign that I get a pedi right now!! I walk in and there were 5 staff working on people and about 2 waiting, which put me 3rd in line. I figured I'd stick around. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but weren't really unfriendly either. There was almost no talking among them - and no real greeting as you walked in. I am fine with that. I'd rather not talk and just chill out. What I did love about this place is that the pedi-massage chairs are lower to the ground, where there isn't that big leap to get down from one. This alone will make me come back. Came on a Monday afternoon & was taken right away for a pedicure. The service was above average. The young lady made sure that I was comfortable and good with the water temp. Also turned on the massage chair for me. My pedicure turned out great and you can't beat a pedi for $25. read more

Went here because its next to where I get my hair cut. Everyone was friendly, my daughter got a regular polish and i had powder dip. The powder dip had a very limited selection and unfortunately began lifting and snagging on my hair after just under a week. These were the only services we used and while I would definitely recommend them for a basic manicure for my daughter, I do not recommend for powder dip due to quality. read more

Facility looked clean and well kept too. The workers weren't chatter boxes, which is kind of nice. But, everyone was friendly and didn't rush me or anyone else. Over priced for the quality, went to this nail shop Saturday August 19th 2017, for a no chip fill in and Wednesday my nail polish was turning into a brown color, the lady at this establishment said its due to hair dye, 1) my hair was the same color and style it was Saturday, 2) I called and explained what was wrong and she told me to come in, I go in and the treatment was horrible , they talked about me in their language, had worse attitudes than Saturday, I wouldn't take a dog to this place for service, unfriendly, not professional, rude, no customer service, over price, they are about money and nor the quality of their work, this is the second and last time I will ever go to this nail establishment, I get my nails done at least every two weeks and have never have the color changed into a dirty color, also to argue you with me because the quality of their nail polish is cheap read more

My fiance and I were getting work done to our car at Continental Toyota and decided to get pedicures. So, I used Yelp to find a nail salon nearby and Nail Spa had the best reviews. The service at Nail Spa was wonderful. We walked right in and were serviced. My pedicure was delightful and didn't take long. My fiance enjoyed his pedicure so much that he got a manicure as well. Don't think I will be back. Their ventilation is horrible. The place reeks of Acrylic Nails. To each their own, but I just like a simple mani / pedi. The lady pushed 2 hard on my cuticles (ouch) and when I showed her 2 of my nails were bubbling up..she decided to fix only one of them. If this is the Right Nail Spa ( next to Target & ULTA in COUNTRYSIDE) Paid $10 to have my no chip manicure taken off. OH & They charge you an extra $1 to use your credit card when their sign posts $10 minimum for credit cards. They don't even do the correct process for no chip removal. Ive been to several places for NO CHIP & they are supposed to wrap your nails in cotton & foil for simple removal. This place soaked them ( as if I was removing acrylic) & forcefully removed IM CERTAIN causing damage to my natural nails. ISNT THIS THE POINT OF NO CHIP? A SAFER , HEALTHIER APPROACH TO NAIL CARE? I hate to write a bad review but...this place was terrible!!! I went in for a pedicure. The cuticle on my right big toe was cut so far down, it bled!! She didn't really apologize or anything, just poured something on it that stung like hell. As if that weren't bad enough, my toe nails were left uneven, all different lengths, and there is polish left all over my skin!!! Every other salon I've been to cleans that up after they finish the polish job. This is easily the worst pedicure I have ever received and I will never go back here. I have been to 2 other salons in this general area, and this was my second visit to Nail Spa and I am very happy. I had Ashley, one of the managers do a no-chip for me. I came in 30 minutes before closing time and she took me, no problem. She was very thorough and did a very nice job on my nails. She took her time and went over a few nails she thought she messed up on. She was friendly and talked to me when I initiated a conversation. Unfortunately, this nail place knows nothing about customer service. They accept credit cards as they have the Vis and Master card. Once you pay with the card they make faces and look extremely upset. I understand they have to pay fees, but if they don't want to pay any fees, they don't say you accept credit cards. It feels like they are doing you a favor. Will not be back at all and woudl not recommend it to anyone! read more

My sister recommended this salon so I went in to get a no-chip manicure and I'm so glad I did! There was no wait, so I got started right away. Sarah did my nails, and she was above and beyond as far as being polite, making conversation which always seems awkward at nail places, and just doing a really great job overall. Her hand massage was very enjoyable, too. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and their selection of colors for the no-chip is very large as well. Also, another customer was being very rude and impatient with her technician and Sarah helped out very respectfully putting the customer first when I don't think she deserved it. When it was time to pay I only had a card and they only take cash for tips so I couldn't add it on my receipt. Sarah was so gracious and said not to even worry about it. I felt so bad. I have been on the hunt for a new nail spa for about 7 months. I've tried places downtown, as well as in the Midway area near my house, but was just not happy with any of the places. Either the people were rude or my nails chipped the same day or the wait was too long or a poor job was just done overall, then I gave this place a try last week and its now my new go to place. I had Sarah who was amazing. She did an excellent job on my nails and toes and was so pleasant. I usually don't like talking while I get my mani/pedi but with Sarah I felt like I was talking to a friend. A week later and my nails are still in pretty good shape, minus some minor nicks at the top (but then I sit at a desk typing all day so its a given that will happen). I was looking for a new nail salon for bout 6 months, this salon is by my work and went in on my lunch randomly one day. I have now been back 4 times. The salon is one of the cleanest nail salons I've been to in a while. I'm not very picky but I feel I am paying a good amount of money on my nails I expect them to look decent at least. The only complaint I do have is one of the times my acrylic nails were lifting up from my nail bed, I told the girl I never had that happen, she had to replace several nails and didn't charge me extra when I told her they were done here.
