Love when Coco does my nails. She takes her time and is very meticulous with her work. I recommend booking her in advance.

My first time at Nail Spa was 8/19 to have a Dip Manicure. These typically last me 4 weeks and I have them re-done because of out-grow. They have never chipped or peeled. Within 2 weeks of this manicure, I had 2 nails that had chipped and peeled. i returned to Nail Spa and had both nails re-done at no cost. Before the 3 rd week was over, I had 6 more nails chipping and peeling. I am retired so they are not damaged by heavy work, excessive water, chemicals, etc. I don't have the desire to sit there and have nails repaired every week after having a dip manicure that has always lasted me a month. No apologies of any kind have been offered either. While I was in there the first time, I ran into an acquaintance who said she was there because her "no chip" manicure from the previous week was chipping. Done with this place. read more

Mixed review. My manicure was very well done. However, the lady at the front is very rude and pushy. The place is very basic and no frills. The nail tools don't come sealed in plastic which makes me wonder how well they are cleaned and sanitized. The place doesn't seem very clean either. It's too bad because I did get a great manicure. I have been looking for a new salon that was closer to my house. It's hard for me to find good places to go to because I always get pink and white and a lot of nail salons only a handful of people who do them good. I was so happy with the way that my nails turned out!! Coco was the one who did my nails, and she did an absolute wonderful job. Her attention to detail was amazing. I also did a no chip polish change. Everything was $85.00 which I think is a great price considering I could not walk out of my old salon paying way more than that. The prices were great, and I will absolutely be a regular. They had a bunch of different pedicures you could choose from. Why I also like this location is that it was not big and overwhelming when walking in, no loud music playing like most places. Always pleased with my pedi/manicures. Clean and was just remodeled and looks nice. Very quiet. They don't talk and sometimes it seems uncomfortable. Had a pedi the other day by a very young man, I think the owners son. He did not say one word or smile, however he did a great job!! Just think they should acknowledge the customers a little more, smile, try to talk a little. read more

I moved here from the city recently and was looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly but I will unfortunately be going elsewhere. My fingers and nails were in pretty rough shape going in and the nail technician was rude making unnecessary comments. She ended up making my cuticle bleed at one point and kept picking at it afterwards. She also then told me to relax after just making me bleed. It left me feeling uncomfortable. Love my manicure but very disappointed with what I saw today. A male worker clipping his own nails the put the clipper he used back on the tray next to a pedicure chair. Moments later a customer came in. He seated her in that pedicure chair and yep used those same uncleaned clippers to trim her nails. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Hey suburban people...start writing yelp reviews! This place has been around for several years so I'm shocked there is only 1 review. I live downtown so I'm used to finding great no chip deals and stalking yelp for reviews. The everyday price for a no chip here is only $30 which is a great deal! I was a little skeptical since they only have OPI and a limited color selection....shellac is the preferred brand at the city salons. But I was pleasantly surprised at e staying power of OPI. The guy who applied it did a great job and was super quick. In and out in under 30 mins! The only downfall is they won't tip on your credit card. read more

If your LOVE A BASIC MANICURE then this place is for you. They only have OPI nail polish and honestly I think they need to invest in another brand. Preferably DND(ASAP). I paid $39 for a No Chip Fill-In and 2 Nail repairs. The polish range is so-so, I've seen better. Their main demographic is mature women over 45. My nails still felt wet after she did the no chip,but she told me OPI has to be wiped down with alcohol afterwards which is a MAJOR NO FOR ME . But I still felt the same, I could feel myself shifting the polish on my nails‍. My nail shape is off, I do the coffin shape. It looks like a regular shaped nail! Note: A SALON CARRYING OPI MEANS NOTHING I CAME IN WITH A SET THAT STILL HAD THE SAME SHINE INTENSITY FROM THE FIRST Day. My nails look dull compared to what I had. Pros -Decent Price -good atmosphere/decor Cons -not for the younger demographic 39 and under -not a trendy nail salon -Only have OPI polish -cannot adapt to the new customers request -not worth the money -overall did not meet my expectations read more

Awful. I have a usual salon but was busy and drove by here and figured since it was close I would stop in. The girl rushed doing my nails and then charged me an extra 5$ to shape them. I came for a fill in and no chip manicure and the nails are uneven. Paint is not neat. Then two days later my entire nail came off! I made an app the next day but when I arrived I waited 45min. Love this nail Spa. Have been going here for years. Have tried others but always come back here. Coco and her staff are amazing.

My aunt and uncle live around the corner from here so I got my nails done before a family party. My cousin had said positive things about this place so my expectations were high. I would like to say that they met my expectation and did a really good job. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful to make sure you have a good experience. They always have the great new OPI colors and the polish change stays a lot longer than most. In the suburbs, this is my go-to place! read more

A nice, cute little place to get your nails done if you like in the Palos Park, IL area. They do a great job of almost exactly copying what design you want on your nails or toes, and they have a variety of different colors. Also, they do a very good job at waxing your eyebrows! I have been going to this nail salon for several years. I at first thought it was the best around. But over the past year or so, I have noticed changes that are not for the good. Poor nail polish options (never the latest colors), poorly done pedicures (I've had to refile edges of nails that are still jagged, remove polish from my skin) and a less friendly atmosphere. I have been going to Nail Spa for well over two years. They are really expert in giving a good quality job. There is no lifting and the pink and whites I get are far more natural and long lasting than any spas I have been to in Orland Park. The shop is clean and stations are cleaned after every person. So disappointed and freaked out today. Used to go to this nail spa for that last few years. They do an awesome no chip manicure, esp. April. She is very good. But, today I saw the guy there do something that totally freaked me out!!!!! All you ladies who get a no chip manicure know how you have to soak your fingernails in acetone, and wrap them in aluminum foil to remove the nail polish out. Today, I saw the guy at the nail spa toss my peeled nail polish out, and straighten out the foil.... Probably to reuse the foil for the next customer. I was completely mortified by what I saw. This is a serious violation of all health standards. I am so disappointed. I am not even sure if they sanitize their instruments, if they are reusing foil. This completely grosses me out. So, ladies please make sure your aluminum foil squares are new and not creased!!! Gross! I am also concerned if they are reusing their blades when they use the razor to shave out the calluses!! read more
