Nice work done price was reasonable no appointment was needed place is clean staff is professional

So rude!!! I was waiting to get my nails done I made a appointment at 6 when I walked in they told me to pick my color showed her my color and I asked her to excuse me i had to use the washroom, when I came back she took another client bc I used the bathroom waited along time bc I use the bathroom read more

Don't waste your time or money! This business doesn't even deserve one star. The service was extremely unprofessional. The lash technician wanted me to lie on a dirty sheet to get my lashes done, which immediately made me uncomfortable. I purchased a lash service through Groupon for a hybrid eyelash set at a salon associated with Nail Pro in the Oak Lawn / Hickory Hills area. However, what I actually received looked nothing like hybrid lashes -- it was more like a very poor, extremely thin classic set that barely looked like anything had been done. I explained multiple times what I wanted and even showed the technician photos of hybrid lashes I had previously done at other salons. She told me they use very thin lashes and "don't add too much." I was then told that if I wanted a proper hybrid style, I should go somewhere else. That should have been explained before the service, not after I paid for something I didn't receive. On top of that, while working on my lashes, the technician spent almost the entire appointment chatting nonstop with coworkers, which made the experience feel very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the service. I did not receive what I paid for, and the quality was far below expectations. read more

I had 2 times bad experience when they started my manicure and some one else came for both manicure and pedicure and they let me wait until they finished. It look they care more about money that giving a good service to customers. Also I had to come 3 days later because my no cheap color was peeling. I don't recommend a place where they don't respect your time and you as a customer. read more

This place is amazing, the place is so cute too, and the people are also so nice and give you what you want. I should preface my review by saying I don't get my nails done often; maybe 1-2 times a year. I went in for a mani-pedi and decided to try this salon for the first time since I was given a coupon at a community event. Julia was my nail tech and I was impressed with the time she took during my pedicure. It was one of the best I've ever had! She was kind and took the time to understand the design I wanted for my nails, frequently checking in to make sure I was okay with the color, design, etc. The salon itself isn't anything especially fancy (the usual massage chairs for pedicures, videos of nail art playing on the TVs) but I was happy with the service. Unfortunately, I paid and tipped for no-chip gel polish, and the manicure AND pedicure both began peeling after less than a week. I can be a bit rough with my hands sometimes, but I've never had a no-chip pedicure peel after less than a few weeks. I'm not sure if this is faulty service, or if I'm just not the type of girl who's cut out for constantly having to deal with the upkeep to have her nails done. While I have nothing bad to say about my experience, it's too expensive for me to return every week or two. read more

I WOULD NEVER RETURN AND LET ME REPEAT NEVER RETURN. This establishment has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I went in my BF to have a nice relaxing mani and pedi. These ladies were the most pushy requesting up charges for EVERYTHING. After saying No for us both They turned their backs to me and asked my BF over and over. I had just been 2 weeks prior at the SAME SHOP they charged to remove gel that they applied. My gel nails are chipping 2 days later ... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They have no respect for their customers and clearly no respect for you if you want just a normal mani and pedi. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a nail shop I came in with a picture said I want my eyebrows done and nails the lady that was directing the others is the one who did my nails she gave me the nastiest attitude when I asked for a base that didn't wash me out something nude and not pink she rolled her eyes mind you the picture I showed her had a nude brown that was my skin tone i asked for something like this she rolled her eye I instantly said nvm just all white she said I'll do powder white and I said okay( I looked at the bored dip nails was $40 I ended up paying $50 )she then proceeded to play over my nails and catch an attitude with me when I pointed it out stating that she had been doing nails for a long time and I'd I didn't like it I would have to come back Tomorrow for someone to fix it read more

let me start with how detailed they are with cleaning; AMAZING. i am so, and i mean SO, picky about cleanliness in a place that is going to be touching my body and doing any work that results in an open wound (cutting the skin off your cuticles, clipping ingrown nails, and the opening of pores in the water and removing skin with a pumice stone is that). I received the Deluxe Pedicure with "no chip" aka gel, and have never had such detail in one sitting to my feet. Granted, i needed all of it since not having a pedicure since last summer. While I sat in my chair, the man cleaning the chair beside me lifted every part and sprayed EVERYTHING. I swear to you NOTHING was untouched by that spray and clean cloth. But, back to the pedicure. My girl was very nice but did not give her name and used new, packaged disinfected tools and wore gloves and changed them after she left the chair and came back. You might wonder why I am raving about this cleanliness? well, i have had a manicure and pedicure in 6 or 7 states and each state about 3 shops in each to see if a different part of the city had a different standard of hygiene. ONLY 2 STATES; 1 SHOP IN TN AND THIS ONE USED NEW, PACKAGED DISINFECTED TOOLS. everything about my visit was spectacular. i will be back. read more

I love getting my nails done but since the pandemic i had to start doing my own. I always found something wrong either lengths are off, bubbles or something when i went to places. Today I did a walk in and Daisy did my nails. She helped me decide on the shape, which was coffin and they were perfect. She also did hearts and lines which were perfect. I never leave places 100 percent satisfied but i was and am so happy. She was amazing and so talented read more

A few things. 1) Equipment sterilization, I wasn't paying attention to pedi box that was brought over if they were new or previously used tools. However, at mani station they were not! Tech reached over to grab nippers and was ready to use them on me. I noticed skin from previous user...I stopped her and told her to get a new pair. She tried to tell me they weren't used. I use them at home, I know what skin looks like. She shook out and used alcohol to clean them. 2) Appointment was made and still didnt get seated for a half hour. 3)masks not mandatory-thats fine but Id like to be separated by shield from hacking unmasked person in pedi area. Shields are only by mani area After this I started to notice their clientele didn't pay attention, more worried about getting their nails done and maybe the mask. Forget about any other disease you can pick up from tools not being sterilized or being used over and over. No fresh packs of tools opened per client, just ready to get next one in chair. Pay attention if you go again! read more

I been going there years and have never seen or heard anything of the kind regarding this pita full accusation, it's a shame when your anti immigrant and you wanna take a business down, just scream "sexual assault" and that will do the trick with not a shred of proof. The pedicure was decent but I paid $50 for my nails, they were too short, way too chunky, nail tech kept getting up while doing my nails and took a long time to do the nails. So thick I went home and had to grind them down myself and after all this, now I'm going to pay someone else to fix my nails. Two stars because the pedicure was decent. Don't recommend the nails at all. read more

I usually look forward to getting a mani pedi. It's something I do to treat myself. This was not a treat. Treated rudely as soon as I walked in the door. Sat while they painfully removed my old dip polish and was rushed to "pick a color" during the removal process when I didn't have a free hand to adequately see the choices. When she was done w the removal she left to start someone else's pedicure. The experience was rude and rushed. Not a friendly place at all! read more

Great Friendly Service. I came here for a Pedicure and ended up getting a Manicure also. They offer multiple different Pedi aromas. I picked the Lavender aroma. It is relaxing. You are seated on a massage chair as you get a Pedi. I will definitely return read more

$36 - standard mani and pedi $50 - no-chip mani and pedi Pros: Clean salon, no wait time, large variety of colors, staff nice enough. Cons: Poor quality of service. Read below... My mom and I went to Nail Pro for mani-pedi. My mom was getting a no-chip mani and I asked for a standard manicure. The nail technician tried to convince me to get a no-chip, but I declined. She wasn't happy that I refused. My technician rushed through my pedicure. My feet are still calloused. There was no liner in the pedicure bowls, either, which is a bit unsanitary. As for my manicure, I usually do a better job painting my own nails. I wish I was kidding. My cuticles were hardly trimmed. The polish is bubbling on multiple nails. One of my nails smudged (my fault) and the tech didn't fix it. Just put more polish on without trying to even the polish out. The tips of my nails weren't filed properly, so they were scratchy and got caught on my clothes. On top of this, there are bare spots on the sides of my nails. I'm just not happy with it :( My mom's no-chip already has a chip in it... On the *same* day she got the "NO CHIP." Nail Pro isn't the worst salon I've been to, but I won't be coming back here. There are better salons to spend your money. read more

I took my granddaughter here for her first salon nail polish because she lives in the area. I wanted her to have no chip polish because when I polish her nails it never lasts. She's an active 4 year old that has trouble being still long enough for them to completely dry. No chip solves that problem. The service was exceptional! They worked very well with an active toddler and were so accommodating. Even when she was done and it was time for my polish, they made an easy transition and set her up to be comfy next to me. They entertained her questions and excitement about the visit as well. I was truly pleased with the service across the board. We will surely return for her next polish with Gigi. read more

Very organized, efficient and clean. These techs are experienced, no nonsense kind of people. They don't try to milk cash and scams out of you like most salon techs do. Only cons: selection could be bigger, and no chip gel was undercured once and had to go back and fix it (they fixed it free of charge) read more

Came to this nail salon To get a no chip manicure the workers are very friendly. So I get all finished up pay and then head home the next day my nails were chipping horribly so I went back and the one lady that does no chip manicures started to pretty much complain saying this never happened before you too rough and some other stuff like trying to pretty much say it was my fault no actually if you did your job right the first time I wouldn't be back a no chip manicure usually last me like two weeks and sometimes even longer and me being a busy mom I only have time to go once in a while her work was horrible just a waste of money because even after getting my nails done for the second time they haven't even lasted me a week and are already chipping again I will never return to this place no bueno! read more

Came here for a mani and pedi. The salon stations and amenities seemed to be clean, but old tile and outdated decor gave it a dingy vibe. An unsightly fish tank sat in a corner and was overdue for a cleaning. Staff was nice enough, and I was satisfied with my pedicure. However, my no chip manicure was disappointing. After complaining that the work was messy, the manicurist kept insisting it was merely the color I chose. She offered to change the color, but it was clear she didn't really take the time to make sure all the edges were neat. Manicure was done on a Wednesday and by Monday it already started to chip. 30 dollars wasted on a messy no chip that didn't even last. Won't be returning. read more

Beware this salon takes advantage of customers. I sent two teenagers for manicures & pedicures who ended up getting charged the same price I pay for my no-chip manicure & pedicure which takes a lot more work and products. There was waaaay less work provided for these kids yet they apparently looked young and naive and were forced higher prices. The saddest part is my child has always been taught to tip very well and not knowing they were being swindled, were generous to their nail tech. When I called in to inquire the cost, I was told $40 yet when I complained that we were overcharged, the gal on the phone "immediately" knew exactly whom I was referencing. Which all the more proved that they specifically flagged them with a higher charge . You best believe my circle of connections will definitely never support this business again and highly recommend you go elsewhere that will not take advantage. read more
