Their policy/procedure is to wax the butt and labia first with hard wax/sugar wax and then they use the soft wax with the strips on the mons pubis. I personally do not like getting waxed with strips. I'm prone to getting ingrown hairs with strips. Perhaps this was my own ignorance but I didn't read on their site about them using both waxes. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked.
