Absolutely awesome! Best nail shop I've been too, not because of the way it looks or anything special about the salon. But most importantly for the service they provide. They are always very welcoming and friendly. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your pedicure and manicure. I try to make it here every two to three weeks. They're fast but thorough. They have a variety of service options especially and it's reasonable. The staff is very polite,helpful and easy to communicate with. Also there's plenty of parking. read more

I've been here twice for a pedicure. The only reason I went back a second time was because it's only $20! They have a special- pedicure & manicure for $30. Good deal but since it's a regular manicure, the polish chips right away. I learned this the first time and only got the pedicure the second time. They do an ok job. Nothing great about it. My daughters and I went for full sets. Keep in mind it was 4 of us a good reason to impress us to make their business growth. Nails were horrible thick and ugly. Never again!!!! I have been coming here for over a year. The service and work is good and so are the prices. They give a card that they sign each time you go to get a freebee the card is filled but there has been time that the nail lady has given me another card and signed it. Today for the first time I was planning on using them. I had stapled my cards to keep them together. When I was going to pay and handed over my cards and she came over to tell me that I can't use it because it had to be on one card and that everyone knows that. My mother and I have gone twice for a pedicure and we had a wonderful time. They take their time with the pedicure and they focus only on you. Even when they get busy they do not rush to get you out of the chair. The man who did my feet was excellent. He rubbed my legs so well that I felt I was in another world. For only $20 it is well worth it. The staff is very friendly and we both felt comfortable there to get pampered. We will go again in the near future. Please keep up the good work! read more

I wish I could actually leave no stars. Absolutely pissed about the service my daughter and I both received. I went in to get a pedicure, a full set with removal (gel) and my daughter received a mani/pedi. Her polish change... I'm pretty sure Stevie Wonder could do a much better job. My nails look sloppy, the girl rushed through the service. All together I paid $70 which in my opinion isn't bad for the both of us. However, the work was much less than mediocre. I will never revisit them nor do I suggest that you waste your time or money in this establishment. read more

There was only one lady that was doing acrylic nails. She rushed on my nails leaving some of them crooked and when it got the lady painting them, she did such a horrible job. She left them super messy and when I complained about the nails, I asked for someone else to paint them and they told me no so the same lady repainted them leaving them again messy. Well, if that's not the most asinine thing I've ever heard of I don't know what is. When are nail techs only taught how to do one thing? I am only rating for the waxing. Was my first visit and will never come to this place again to get my eyebrows done. The lady did not even know how to do them. She litteraly did half my eyebrow then the other half was still filled with hair. She took almost an hr that i got frustrated and just told her i wanted to pay already. My husband and I found them by chance. We just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and tried 2 closer shops. They came nowhere close to the service and quality of service. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and the prices were great. The attention to detail and amazing massage to the legs and hands made this our best mani/pedi EVER. read more

My experience was very distasteful today. The black clients were continuously put last. I know this because I sat there for a total of 45 minutes before I was called. I was only getting my eyebrows done and I saw people who came in after me who were done before me Finally got to the back and the woman who started on my eyebrows decided to help do a pedicure for a white client, all of them were conveniently sitting in the front of the salon. The woman sent me off to a white woman who did my eyebrows. The white woman had very long pink fingernails and used a stick that felt like it was about to break to scoop the wax out. She literally felt like she didnt know what she was doing. But I gave her a chance and boy was I sorry. I told her specificallly how I wanted my eyebrows and she did the exact opposite. When I proceeded to complain to her letting her know what I didnt like about my eyebrows she responded, "You have no hair there for me to pull" (I am a black woman with nappy eyebrows that I purposely let grow out to be arched nicely, there's no way in hell my eyebrows dont have enough hair). She was very unprofessional with her funky ShaNaeNae nails. She then tried to fix them by unnecessarily plucking. I interrupted her as I saw how ugly my eyebrows were and demanded the original woman who was about to do my eyebrows to come fix them. That woman was coincidently the manager who told me to wait on her to finish on the white client's toenails. She fixed my eyebrows thereafter. Now my eyebrows are thinner than I am used to. So essentially I am not as satisfied as I am normally with my eyebrows. So, I end my experience with this...This salon puts white clients ahead of the black clients and hire unexperienced white nail techs to attract the white people that live in racist burbank.. Dont let the white woman do your eyebrows.. she messed mines up and ruined my entire experience. It seems like they do nails pretty well, but if you arent spending the money they want you to spend there, they treat you differently, Little did they know I was pending getting a pedicure too but because of how I was treated I will never come back, and let my friends and family know as well. read more

I originally went to this place because they are open late on Sundays, but now I know why there was no wait when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Overall the shop didn't seem very cleanly and the decor was definitely outdated. The table with the paraffin wax next to the sink had a happy birthday table cover on it? I went in for a no chip manicure and a pedicure, and also brought my boyfriends little sister for a manicure and pedicure. During the pedicure they did bring out packaged tools that did indicate they were sanitary, however the nail file was used previously and so was the nail buffer. The worst part was when the lady placed a dirty pair of disposable flip flops on me! I should've known better and brought my own, but I was not planning on getting a pedicure and was wearing shoes and socks. After the pedicure, I moved to a station to get the no chip, I was sat down, and shortly after someone walked in to get a fill-in and I was asked to move to a different station so she could take the customer who clearly came in after me. The new nail tech that worked on my manicure was young and seemed to lack experience because my nails were filed unevenly, some nails are short, some are long. To make matters worse this no chip color doesn't look anything like the swatch that was hanging on the wall. Needless to say, my toenails are a completely different color then my nails.This color looks more red/maroon as opposed to the pink/magenta color i chose to go with my toes. My boyfriends sister had a problem with the manicure, they charged 10$ extra to add 3 dots (a very simple design) to each nail. Her nails were also unevenly filed and she was not satisfied with the end result. We will NOT be returning to this salon. read more
