I started to receive text messages from GLAMD in early July, pushing my laser hair removal appointment with Laser Luxe out for multiple reasons. I rescheduled twice and patiently waited until August only to receive yet another text message from GLAMD notifying me that Laser Luxe was no longer with them. The number GLAMD provided to those who had prepaid packages goes straight to the voicemail of someone named Jessica @ Pin Me Up Chicago who has yet to return my voicemails. GLAMD will not answer the phone, only sometimes a text message, and has basically left their customers high and dry.

A fill takes about 2 to 2.5 hours and a full set about 4 hours. This is typical for my custom volume lash style that I prefer. Christana's lashes stay on the longest! I can go 3 to 4 weeks between fills, 5 weeks or longer and I need a full set to maintain the look I like. Her place is always clean and it's in a pretty fancy doorman building. Parking is convenient at the valet across the street ($12). I enjoy chatting with her as we get started and she's very laid back and kind, always being courteous to my needs (water break, bathroom break, music/podcast preference). She practically sealed my eye shut with adhesive and used little precaution to prevent this.
