I booked an eyebrow threading & lip wax with Shay. She was SO sweet & took her time! She even gave me a very relaxing facial gua sha massage & put me on to their vegan brow gel that made my eyebrows almost looked laminated in itself! I will definitely be a regular customer now! The lounge was very neat & had so much cute items to look at/purchase, I will be definitely be buying more next appointment! The reviews & pictures of their brow services are what mainly sold me to come here as well & I was not disappointed. On a side note, they had parking in the front & back of the lounge as well, which was a plus.

After the services were completed, I was told my remaining balance was $90. I didn't think much of it at the time and paid through Zelle. However, when I got home and reviewed the numbers, I realized I had overpaid. The total should have been $115, but with the deposit and the final charge, I ended up paying $131.20. While it's not a huge difference, there was no explanation for the extra charge, and the posted prices weren't accurate. Because of this, I won't be returning or recommending the place. The quality was okay--the haircut was nice, and she trimmed my split ends as requested, but the blowout wasn't great since my hair was still damp at the roots. Once I stepped outside, my hair curled up and looked bad, so I had to redo it at home. The salon itself had a nice, relaxed vibe, and I was hoping it would become my go-to spot, but the unclear pricing has put me off from returning.

If you ask for a cleanup, she leaves too much hair and doesn't really give you the clean crisp look that threading typically gives. Also, she's kind of rough lol. Don't go here for henna! I was told it would cost $60 for the design I wanted on both hands first…read morered flag, my design wasn't even big or that detailed & they wanted to charge extra because I didn't want red henna. Then when I asked for black henna some excuse was given, but then they "found" some black cones. They said the black henna is more expensive when it's actually not. I have the same cones they used and they're cheap, the color doesn't last long either. My design came out nothing like the picture it was so ugly and sloppy I cried. I ended up only getting 1 hand done that's how bad it was. I paid $25 and it's already fading into brown after 1 shower. Better off using stencils and doing it yourself at home.
