(: I was searching for a place to go quickly on such short notice since I myself am leaving for vacation in a couple of days & I came across this lounge, who not only took me luckily very last minute but was very sweet & informative when inquiring about their services! I booked an eyebrow threading & lip wax with Shay. She was SO sweet & took her time! She even gave me a very relaxing facial gua sha massage & put me on to their vegan brow gel that made my eyebrows almost looked laminated in itself! I will definitely be a regular customer now! The lounge was very neat & had so much cute items to look at/purchase, I will be definitely be buying more next appointment! The reviews & pictures of their brow services are what mainly sold me to come here as well & I was not disappointed. On a side note, they had parking in the front & back of the lounge as well, which was a plus.

This salon is clean, the employees are so sweet, and professional. Areej N, worked on my eyebrows and did an excellent job grooming them. Because of my sleeping habits one of my eyebrows is higher than the other one;thus, in the "before" image you can see they are full, an eyebrow doesn't match the other, and obviously not maintained What you see in the after images are simply cleaned up brows. These fuckers need to go to a wax and tint spa to match the shape. Nonetheless, Areej was an Angel.

Sometimes great and sometimes terrible, it just depends on who you get. Unfortunately today was one…read moreof the terrible ones and my eyebrows were threaded far too much. The funny thing is I have microshading so you only need to clean up around outline, and I requested a "clean up". The person today went deeply into the micro-shaded region and over threaded my brows, leaving me with the tattooed eyebrow look versus the fullness of my natural brows overlapping the shading. I'll have to let them grow a few months to correct this. So, I'm not going to return. The 50/50 chance of having a bad experience is too high for something you wear on your face.
