    This was my first time going there and Tila did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and made sure I was happy with them.

    This was my first time going there and Tila did my nails. She did such an amazing job. Definitely will be going back. Wendy did my pedicure and was just as amazing. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

    The salon was clean and service was good. I am disappointed with the pricing and quality. I got a full short acrylic french set and the cost was $83 !! The nails were done with pink acrylic powder and gel polish. The nail stylist Hailey didn't paint a double coat with the white polish nor the topcoat and now I'm afraid it'll chip very easily. The nails look good but definitely not worth the high price. An average salon charges around $55-60 for the same style. This salon is OVERPRICED! I will not be returning Update: my gel set is already chipping after 3 days.. I spent $83 on this and it's not lasting. So disappointed!

    Under new management and it shows yet not in a positive way. On two occasions now I've stopped by during business hours and they aren't open. There is no posted notice, no automated phone message, and no social media updates. I believe we're all understanding of staffing challenges and businesses having to make last minute decisions BUT communicate that. Also, additional, tiered, fees if paying by card is terribly frustrating. My no-chip mani was nice and my pedi got me vacation ready. Reluctantly will try them again until I find a new spot. It's a shame though because they are in such a great location.

    You want to relax and get a nice long massage?! Don't go there! My appt was over 20 min late , get a pedi and got a about 1 min massage on each leg! Towel wrap, one tiny towel could barely cover my (small) feet. French mani ... oh man! Semi crappy, got a small cut, broken nail and see thru polish. Keeping my cool, lasts about 2 weeks .. I ll deal with it. Time to pay (Ching, ching) $82 dollars for salon in Tinley Park??!! Still trying to to the math... someone please tutor me!

    Updated my review in response to the owners absurd response - it only further shows how truly belittling he is to paying customers. 1) I never brought my kid to this establishment even once. Cash told me kids were not allowed there before I even showed up to my first appointment. So you lied. 2) I never even ONCE had my phone go off in this place, at all, on ANY visit. My phone has ALWAYS been on silent when I came in here. To say that you once had to reprimand me and "I had attitude" is nothing more than a LIE. 3) calling me ratchet? Really? Is this how you speak to your customers? Perhaps it is my tattoos that you do not like. Do you judge all your customers based upon their appearance? I am a quiet & shy person and never once raised my voice! You should be APOLOGIZING and not MAKING UP LIES to fabricate some false story to make me look bad & you look perfect. 4) Cash & I go way back. I never gave him a hard time. If asking specifics on how certain colors look like constitutes "a hard time" then you are wrong! Your "spa" is to provide a service, & customers should be entitled to know what they're paying for! ESPECIALLY if you claim to be so "upscale." 5) I've never once got a pedicure done here. Ever! Only nails. So your whole made up scenario about me being in the pedicure room is another LIE. You should be entirely ashamed of yourself. I hope people read your response and see you for how you really are. Original review: DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! OWNER IS RUDE AND DOES NOT APPRECIATE BUSINESS!!! Long story summed up: I have been using the same nail tech for over 10 years now. He was working at a different salon when I met him years ago. He came here some months ago & I followed. Upon first entering the salon for the first time, I was impressed with the beauty of it, no doubt. I have gotten my nails done here several times by my regular nail technician now. Each time sitting in awkward silence as this place does not allow PHONES, KIDS (yep you heard right! Sorry moms out there!), and the technicians all work as if they're instructed to not talk to their customers. I just walked out of my appointment OFFENDED. Let's start with how I made my appointment a day in advance. I get a call from this business a half hour prior to my appointment today saying my technician was running late due to another customer appointment running late. Okay. I appreciate the courtesy call. However, I get there and it's going on a half hour past my original appointment time and nothing. I get up from my seat and ask the OWNER at the counter if he could please give me an estimate on how much longer my technician would likely be. I had to schedule a babysitter for this visit afterall since children are not allowed here. I did not ask for a specific time, but rather a general guesstimate as if it was to be another twenty minutes or more. I did have a babysitter afterall, and my time is limited. The owner RUDELY shrugs me off and says he doesn't know. A lady working alongside him behind the counter had enough kindness to say "it should only be a few more minutes." I said okay, and asked if I may please have a drink while I wait. The owner actually SIGHED and said sure. I asked for a mimosa (as yes they do serve liquor here) and he then tells me that "my technician will get it for me when he gets to me." WTF?? That's how you respond to a drink request? When I'm already waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time?? Wow. Okay. So anyways. I kindly ask for "at least water while I wait." I have a seat and the owner brings it to me a minute later. Time goes by, my technician does my nails and I go to the counter to leave and pay. I'm paying my technician and I see THE OWNER get up from his client to approach me as I'm paying, specifically just to reprimand me. He comes up to me from behind the counter to say "if you wish to come back here, you are not to make a scene like you did earlier." I couldn't believe his rudeness!!!!! Was it really so rude of me to ask for a drink while I wait a half hour late for my appointment? Is this really what he considers "rude?" I say to him "umm... I really do not feel I caused a scene." He says to me "we are not your wait staff. You demanded a drink like we were." STUNNED BY HIS RUDENESS, I look behind me. A woman is waiting behind me to pay. HE, if anyone, was causing a scene. I tell him again "I really did not cause a scene before but you certainly are now." He just looks at me and walks away. I am SHOCKED by the rudeness he has! Please do not support this man. He does not care about his customers and he has ZERO hospitality. I will miss my nail technician dearly but I, by my OWN choice, will not be returning. Not only do they nickel and dime you for every little thing here, but the OWNER DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Avoid this place at all costs and keep your pride. Don't be fooled by the "fancy" look of it all. Truly disgusted.

    I'm fairly new here but, Ryan does a great job on my nails everytime that I come. The lady that did my feet did good as well, I just don't remember her name.

    ***update 12/24/19: thank you to the manager, Binh, for making this right and offering me a complimentary manicure & lotion-- the result was great and the nail tech did a wonderful job! *** Happy with the atmosphere and how my nail tech went about the mani/pedi, but quality of the polish application not so much. There are jagged/wavy edges along my cuticles and it looks sloppy. I'd rather not have the nice massages and instead a really great polish application. Disappointed because I paid $43 plus a $10 tip the tech and now I'm noticing all these mistakes. Not worth over $50 for a basic mani/pedi!

    Classy Nails is my go to nail salon. I love the specialty pedicures they last for 60 minutes and they are so relaxing. The pedicures include a scrub, hot stone massage and parrafin wax. I go to Leona she is so nice and we always have great conversations.

    Loved my experience here and I'll definitely be back. The environment and the service were awesome. I had a basic manicure and pedicure but it still felt so luxurious. Their massage chairs are also some of the best: lots of features and settings. My technician was pleasant and patient when I accidentally bumped a nail. His attention to detail was also a great touch that you don't get often.

    Don't go here. Their prices are are incorrectly listed online and they don't care. Here is some of what I originally said. My mom and I both got pedicures which were okay, we did the basic. Not much of a massage or clean up of the toes. I did acrylic nails and got white tips. Even though it is less work for white tips then having to paint them, I was charged $5 without being told prior. My mom did a regular manicure and they do not do top coats well because even though she sat under the drier for 15+ minutes waiting for me three of her nails were smudged and chipped by the time we got to our car. Disappointed since they were done for her birthday. Their response is that most people get no-chip now since it takes 3-4 hours for regular manicures to dry. I started getting my nails done since no-chip was popular. How did people keep their nails nice while drying? Sat there for 3-4 hours? My mom does not like no chip. They also said they don't have to tell clients about additional charges because it is on their price menu... but I wasn't offered that until I was paying. Will not be going back.

    Great nail services. I go every other week for a pedicure and no chip manicure. I usually see Leona, but I've also seen Paul and Karen. They're all great!! I've always enjoyed a positive experience!

    Best nail spa in Frankfort, I always come here because they never skip steps to giving the best care when it comes to nails whether it be feet or hands. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because they don't do appointments. If you call and ask for a certain time and a person they will get you that person but the time is not promised, I asked about this after waiting 30 minutes for my scheduled service and this is what they said. If I knew that was the case I would have just asked if Kevin was in today & his wait time. Speaking of which Kevin is the dip powder/ acrylic/ shape/ design king! He took his time and I've never been more happy with my shape in my life.

    I would like to say I absolutely love this shop it's was my first time going I was on my lunch and I needed a fill they where amazing Reina did my nails she did exactly what I wanted it was simple and they fixed my nails that I had got done at a different shop I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done I can't wait to bring my daughter. They exceeded my expectations and explained everything they where going to do what everything cost they where very up front I will definitely be coming back

    As you can see the nail art in the other photos on yelp are much better than this

About 3 months ago, Jaime the tech that has been doing my nails, started taking stuff from under my toenails. I couldn't figure out why. I keep My feet clean. It kept getting worse. I googled it, and all the symptoms pointed to toenail fungus. My toenails Are lifting on my toes. I went to a podiatrist. He took one look, and said you have a bad Case of toenail fungus. He said I should inform them at the salon. I went through everything in my head, that could have caused this horrible fungus. Then, It came to me. when I get the no chip on my toes, the way she checks to see if the polish is dry, she takes this nasty brown emery board out of her case. She runs it across the ends of the toes. THE SAME EMERY BOARD ON EVERY CLIENT. Now, keep in mind there's sealed kits at the start of the pedicure. She doesn't use the white one in the sealed kit. she uses this filthy brown One from her case. my toenails look horrendous. I told them, the manager had a talk with her. Zero apologies were issued for this. I informed them, I will need laser, and I might lose my 2 big toenails. Jaime laughed, and looked up at the two girls from the front desk. I got up, and left. I'm not trying to get them to pay for anything. Just the lack of compassion, and to laugh when I told her I might lose my nails. She wears gloves, and a mask. I bet she never touches that filthy emery board with her bare hands. I might add, I would tip her twenty dollars every 2 weeks when I would go in. A liner in the tub doesn't guarantee anything. I just hope I can get rid of this.
