I love going to True Medspa! It is not only a beautiful, very spot like atmosphere, it is very professional and extremely relaxing. I have found that when getting a procedure done there is no rush, and every detail is discussed and attended to so I I am getting the most wonderful results I could imagine!Liz listen to every word I said and even had the most fantastic suggestions for me that I hadn't even thought of. The results, I have to say were fantastic. The last procedure I had was approximately two weeks ago and I am thrilled with the results! I've been coming to True for a couple of years now and I can't say enough great things about these women. The facility is lovely, tasteful and non-intimidating. The front desk staff is so sweet and welcoming. I've seen Janine for Botox and fillers and I couldn't be happier. She is excellent at listening to what your treatment goals are and always delivers. I've seen Ashley for various laser treatments, eyelash extensions (which are easily the best I've ever seen) and I recently saw her for brow microblading. Wow. Just wow. Like many others I've met, I am a victim of 90's Drew Barrymore over plucked brows that never grew back in. I've tried every brow product on the market and they're all going in the trash. I wake up every day with beautiful, natural looking eyebrows. It's a dream come true. She listened to what I wanted and did EXACTLY what I asked. I feel that I should mention how picky I can be--I once had a hair dresser ask me to please not come back. Ashley is amazing. Although I have only gone for facials so far, I have seen filler done on my friends/through their live videos on social media and it always turns out so nice! They really pay attention to what you are asking to achieve. The facility is clean and comfortable, and for the quality and service that you receive when getting a facial, it's definitely worth the money spent! Bad done business with jeanine years ago and now (after years of talking to women in the lounge at med spas) cannot believe how many others have similiar bad complaints of droopy eyelids, horrible follow up, and just really nasty experiences with Jeanine. read more

This place is truly a GEM! I've been a customer of Allison for almost 3 years now. Allison is amazing and one of the best aestheticians I've ever met! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to skin care, never offered treatments or products that I don't really need and takes her time to do my Hydrafacial. I had recent breakouts and she helped me improve my skin. Hydrafacial is one of my favorite facials so far! Staff is also friendly and accommodating. Have to leave another great review for this place - I get Botox here and have always been happy! I just saw my before and after pictures of the coolsculpting procedure I had done a few months ago of my inner thighs - incredible! I saw Amanda the first time and Allison the second because Amanda wasn't there the day I wanted my appointment. They are both great - they both really know what they are doing because my results are so great I am so happy! It takes a while for it to work, but you just have to be patient. I have hated my legs for so long, now I want it to be bathing suit season again. I am going to do farther down my leg now - the inside of my knees then on to the love handles!!! I have only gone here for my waxing before. Just got my first facial and a full set of lashes. I have a wedding coming up. I got the hydrafacial and love it! My skin is glowing. Not red at all! I was afraid since the wedding is this Saturday that it may irritate my skin. My lashes look great. I used to go here for Botox, every 3 months for about a year and a half. The RN injector I went to in the past left and I followed her. However, I received a gift certificate so I returned to True MedSpa for Botox services at the end of November. I have been getting Botox for 3 years, every 3 months. At my visit I told her that I prefer my forehead to have very little movement. She said that she likes to be conservative to prevent heavy brow and would prefer I come back for more, if necessary, at a 2 week follow up. I agreed. Well, not only did I need to come back for more units due to movement, ironically I also got heavy brow, for the first time EVER. So I return, to a different injector, she tried to compensate and fix the heavy brow with some units and then more for the movement. In the past, I have had to go back for some add'l units, no problem, it happens but I have NEVER been charged. I was charged for the extra units I received. She told me that perhaps I am developing a tolerance to Botox, I find this unlikely after only 3 years and never, ever having had this happen previously. I wait my 10-14 days and still have a ton of movement. So I go back. Again. She puts even more units in. Now I have been there 3 times, got heavy brow, was unassumingly charged and now have more units than I have ever had and still have movement. I would compare the movement to when it is wearing off at about 2-2.5 months. That is the best it ever got. Despite all of this, I probably would not be writing this review and just likely never would have gone back but I got an email asking if I was satisfied with my results and how important it is that I am. I wrote very shortly but succinct that I was not satisfied because I still did not get the desired results, after 3 visits. I have waited a couple of weeks since and I have not received a phone call or an email in response. So, I am extremely disappointed with my experience (x3) for the various reasons listed above and will never return and most certainly will not recommend to anyone I know. read more

I went to Ashley for a photo facial. I was so happy with the results that I went back to her for laser hair removal. That went so well that when I went to an open house event at True and Ashley said she was offering a new a new eyebrow service called eyebrow embroidery I made an appointment right away. The results are TERRIFIC. As with all of the other services I have had with Ashley she is prompt, professional and really knows skin care. One of the things that I really like is that Ashley takes her time and explains everything before doing it. Customer comfort is always her top priority. Ashley understands older skin and always has suggestions on products and techniques on looking your best at any age. The spa itself is very clean and tastefully appointed. Now that I have lovely eyebrows and no sun spots thanks to Ashley I now have an appointment with her to get eye lash extensions! read more

I was looking for a new facialist. Usually when I am trying out a new place, I like to get a basic facial to decide if the place is for me. I went here for a facial, and here are my pros and cons: Pros: They were very friendly on my arrival, saying all the right things ("your have such great skin!", "Can I offer you some water or tea?"). The facility was clean. The facialist (Ashley) had very good technique, good pressure with massage, and was personable initially. Cons: You can hear the staff outside at the front desk through the closed door. (I was in a room that was situated closer to the front desk). The oversell...the facialist asked me the standard questions about my skin, then gave me suggestions of treatments and products I should have/buy today, instead of getting the basic facial. I politely declined for now, stating I wanted to see what the basic facial is like before getting any other products. She seemed fine with that. After the facial was done, she thought of another product that I may want to buy based on my initial "skin concerns" we discussed. I said I wanted to look into the product more before deciding. She seemed somewhat upset at that point. I used a gift card that I was given, but I tipped Ashley 20% of the total amount of the facial in cash. I then stopped in the bathroom, and when I was leaving, I heard Ashley telling a coworker "She didn't even get the treatment I suggested" expressing anger as if I was not a good client. They seemed to be discussing the fact that I was frugal in just getting the facial and using my (PRE-PAID) gift certificate. I am pretty easy going and don't indulge many "high maintenance" habits regularly, but when I go to a facialist, I expect to be treated with care and respect. I don't appreciate the hard upsell on products that I don't feel like I want/need. I work in a service-based industry, and I understand making sure clients are knowledgeable of everything you have to offer and the benefits, but I respect that it is each individual's decision what they want/need/can afford. I feel that a facialist's job is to suggest things to me, not insist, and then talk badly behind my back if I don't get what they want. Also, I feel that getting a facial should be a calming, relaxing experience, and I can't say that I had that once I left here, since I was stressed that I was being talked about rudely. I have had facials that were as good as this one, but been treated with more respect, so for this reason, I would not recommend Ashley to others. I would again say that the facial itself was as good as I had expected and I was very pleased until I left overhearing discouraging gossipy comments between coworkers about me. We women should be lifting each other up. I would be willing to try out True Med once more to see if this is the case with all the people there, or just one. I don't want to let one person ruin it for the spa in general, but I have to say I was left disappointed with the experience after what was initially a wonderful 45 minutes.
