I was so lucky to have found this place when I moved into the neighborhood 3 years ago! Ashi has become my go-to eyelash salon. I always have Kavita do my eyelashes and to clean up around my tattooed eyebrows to keep them looking crisp and neat. I always get so many compliments on both. I like that it's easily accessible, plentiful parking, clean, organized, customer service oriented, quick service as there' s rarely a long wait and lastly that the prices are very reasonable. They accept both cash and cards. I have yet to get a facial but that's next on my list! They also offer a punch card so that after so many eyebrow services, you get one free. Location is easy to get in & out of parking lot. 2) Have had threading for 15 years & this year decided to get micro shading tattooing which I love! Nervous to get my eyebrows threaded after, but I absolutely love that she followed my "created" eyebrow line. Also, have very very light blonde hairs & they ensure those are cleaned up & removed each time. 3) Price is good. Service is very good. They care if you are happy. Communication is key. I tried Ashi as I needed my eyebrows threaded after many months, and I wasn't super pleased with how my former artist was doing it after several months. The location was clean with COVID precautions and there wasn't a long wait, despite it being a Saturday around 11am. Dhara did my eyebrows and was quick - she did a solid job and my eyebrows were thick and clean. The prices are fair and I would definitely go back again. They have a punch card that also allows loyal customers a perk after some services, which is always nice. Cheap for a reason. I went in for threading and it took her 40 seconds. My eyebrows are uneven. They did a tint while I was there and it looks like black Caterpillars above my eyes. I have blonde hair. Why they thought that was a match I'm unsure. Nor did they let me see the tint beforehand or let me double check to see if it's okay. They told me it looks good yet EVERYONE has said "WHAT THE HECK". It's awful. Also from the threading- just below my brow is rubbed raw. It is bleeding and burning. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I went to get a Brazilian wax done here and I could go on all day about how horrible and unprofessional they are so I'll break it down. 1. The woman doing the wax said she couldn't give me a price until she looked at my vagina, fair. 2. When I undressed she literally looked at my vagina with the rudest face of disgust (I assure you my vagina was clean, and very similar in appearance to the most others in the world) 3. She said she couldn't guarantee that she would get rid of all the hair (I was honestly worried that I didn't let the hair grow enough so this was weird). 4. The price she gave me was significantly higher than the prices they have listed on the board. 5. I was really blown away by how rude and unprofessional she was, so I told her it seemed like she wasn't used to doing this and I was going to leave. 6. She convinced me to stay and against my better judgement, I did. 7. I was on my phone while she got ready, she snapped at me to put my phone away while in the room. Her attitude was so obvious. 8. Before I could even put my phone down and get settled she spread the first bit of wax and ripped it like we were sworn enemies. NO warning she was about to start. 9. When it was over there were several hairs and wax left so I pointed it out to her. She said there was nothing she could do about either issues. I HAD TO GO HOME AND SHAVE AFTER PAYING FOR A BRAZILIAN WAX. WORST PART: The room they use for waxes is not completely enclosed (the walls of the room do not touch the ceiling). As she ripped, I would let out grunts or say "ow" here and there. About halfway through the wax she caught an attitude and told me to "try to be quiet" because there was someone in the shop getting their eyebrows done. I could've lost my mind. How is that at all my problem? They should pick a different space to do waxes since their building is not conducive to all customers. Overall: Even giving this place ONE STAR feels wrong. I had a bad experience with their mini facial. This is my first experience and will never have it done with this kind of staff working. She did not fully explain the steps of the whole procedure and when she removed the cream from my face she only used a tissue from the box. I asked the staff why she did fully removed the cream and the only explanation she has is that some people keep it on. She did not give me the rationale for it. Then i told her i want to rinse it off cause it is irritating my eyes and the staff responded that i could rinse it off or go home. She did not even show me where the bathroom is. How incompetent and rude. The staff does not have a basic knowledge of addressing the issue when a client complaints of an adverse reaction to the product they used. This should be addressed by the manaagement ashi threading! What a disappointment! read more

First time here for eyebrow threading. Ended up getting my eyebrows threaded and whole face waxed (for the first time). Was thinking about getting my face threaded but decided on the wax because it's faster...so pleased with the results! Face is so smooth and the eyebrow threading and face wax was only $23! Can't get any better than that. This place is sort of out of the way for me but I'll definitely be making the trip every few weeks! The only downside is the wait time but it is definitely worth it!
