My name is Bianca i got my eyebrows wax and tinted Friday morning at the joliet mall location. Saturday I woke up with my eyebrows a little Irritated and red but was flater that night at my friends wedding my eyebrows became worst. I woke up Sunday morning with swollen eyebrows and extremely red and nasty. This morning I woke up with swollen eyes and one completely shut and In pain. The lady was really nice and quick she was mutil tasking and being freindly she was also super poliet!!

The lady's rude and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. The piece of thread kept braking and I got several cuts. As I was holding my eyebrow she grabbed my finger to move and dug my finger into my eyeball. It's always a long wait and the second time I went to see if maybe it was just the one time of bad experience but it was a disappointment again. The lady before me was complaining and the lady didn't apologize, she just said they looked fine. Highly wouldn't recommend!!! read more

I have never been to Louis Joliet Mall and I came here just because of the newly opened Eyebrow Shapes. It was used to be at Fox Valley Mall and Rani has been my go-to for years when it comes to eyebrow threading. Give this new salon a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been getting my brows done by Rani for almost 3 yrs now. She used to be much closer to me at Fox Valley mall but I definitely don't mind making the drive to have her do my brows. She's amazing. I also have had the other women work on my brows as well and they are all good. Wouldn't get my brows done anywhere else. read more

Never go here! Scammers. I bought a $4 coupon off Groupon saying that it was good for one eyebrow threading but unfortunately it would never be used because I was told otherwise after I recieved the service. Their reason for charging me full price ($10) is apparently because they don't have a scanner to use the coupon and it has to be printed out which had NOTHING to do with me. The Groupon gives you two options, to scan OR print so now I am out of $14 and for a stupid reason. And on top of that when I later printed the coupon it was STILL A BARCODE??? Make it make sense. I called the manager soon after and he told me that the coupon is expired however it said use by November 5th and if I'm not mistaken it's the middle of July correct? On the call he then tells me that I can print it out and bring it in and possibly recieve a refund so I go back home wasting MY TIME AND GAS, print it out and return to the shop only to be told that I cannot be given a refund. I confront the woman there and she gives me an attitude after I said if, I knew I was going to be spending $14 on some eyebrows I would have done it myself, by saying "I can out live $6" which is what I should have be recieving as a refund and I found this extremely disrespectful. Clearly you needed that $10 so bad that you couldn't even give me a refund for a falsely advertised coupon that I spent MY money on. I intended to spend $4 when I came in and I spent WELL OVER what I wanted to. And for her to sit up here in my face and make comments on MY finances meanwhile she's crying over someone asking for a refund that should have rightly been given from jump was extremely unprofessional and rude. She also tried to call me a liar (spoke in a condescending tone) after I told her what her manager communicated to me about the situation with the coupon and in that moment I already had my mind made up that I will never return here again, I would much rather give my money to another business. I even called the manager over 5 times during this ordeal and he never answered the phone. This is because he knew what was going on didn't want to take any responsibility for his or her actions. As far as this coupon goes, after I was told the excuse of why I couldn't use it the first time, their story changed after I came back and the excuse was that they had an issue through Groupon and Groupon hadn't taken it down. I'm not stupid, someone there has access to a Groupon account and the ability to change and remove listings. Whatever they have going on with Groupon has NOTHING to do with me. I can't even recieve my money back through Groupon because REMEMBER I was told to PRINT IT OUT AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I even let the lady know that you can issue refunds through square (their payment method) so really there's no excuse at all for me not to be able to recieve a partial refund. I wasn't even looking to get a full $10 back, I was asking for $6 since I already paid $4 for the coupon already. This situation was handled HORRIBLY and could have easily been resolved had I recieved my refund...and to the shop, if you're reading this, you're gonna have bigger fish to fry now when this little fire could have been put out sooner. Now I'm out of $14 all because of these crooks and their poor organization, bad communication skills and false advertisement. If you want your money to go towards a place with awesome trustworthy customer service this isn't the place. Never will return here AGAIN. Oh and by the way she also threatened to call security on me yet they're the ones scamming people out of money But Im not even going to go over tose details because because it's currently being taken care of read more

Oh my god the best experience ever. Rani was the best. I was scared to go to an eyebrow threading place. I've never done my eyebrows. I told her that and she explained to how she was going to do my eyebrows and then took time to go over each step when she got to it. Will come back, 10/10, would recommend to anyone. read more
