Wanted to get a henna tattoo on my hand so I walked in...... Nothing. Literally no hi how are you no I'll be with you in a minute the women didn't even look up at me. So I stood there like an idiot finally sat down on a couch and it has been about ten minutes so far. I think greeting customers at the door is like one of the most common core things in customer service. Even if they were too busy at least say that and I'll be on my way no problem. She knows how to clean your eyebrow to its natural shape. I stay faithful to her and go to no one else. Her facility is super clean and spacious helps with social distancing. I can't complain at all. Just stopped here for lash extensions and eyebrow threading! They were super friendly and did an awesome job. My lashes looks beautiful, long, and natural. They feel sturdy and were very reasonably priced ($75 for a full mink set), she even added a few more lashes for free to give them a fuller look! She didn't cut off the ends of my eyebrows, she made them thinner like I asked but still kept the shape of my eyebrows and she's extremely fast. How have I never written a review for this place!? I've been coming here exclusively since they opened. I used to get my eyebrows waxed and would have terrible reactions to the wax, no matter where I went. The threading still makes my sensitive skin red but doesn't cause anywhere near as much irritation as the waxing did. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and efficient. I often bring my daughter with me, who is 2, and she manages to entertain herself with the little kid area they have set up since they're able to work on me so quickly. read more

I visited here on opening weekend after reading an article saying they would have free threading. I figured it couldn't be worse than my last threading (see Seva review). It's housed in the old Bo-Rics next to Hobby Lobby. They offered cookies and soda to celebrate the opening. Well and free threading. :) It was Saturday around 4 in the afternoon. There was no one there. From the looks of their sign in sheet only about a dozen or so folks had come in all day. There were quick and good. My naturally thick eyebrows were cleaned up and I was ready to in 7 minutes. No skin removal. No redness. I will be back. Oh. And threading is $5 in June and they offer a frequent threaders card. I'm not sure what that means but I'm game. read more

I originally really liked this place, but I won't be back after my last session. One woman I've frequently had is very heavy handed. I've been threading for years and there's no need to push that hard. Every time I've commented on it she tried to blame it on being my hair or some lame excuse. Despite other reviews, I believe the younger girls did a better job. I've also noticed no licensing information openly given. There were several time when there was when I only one person working. 3-4 People waiting on the weekend and one person working just isn't... Smart. The last straw was when they cut their Sunday hours and didn't edit it online. I showed up expecting to be serviced to find a closed salon. I can literally walk to this salon from my home and after that I would rather just drive to Bolingbrook to my previous salon for some proper, consistent service. I waited for 30 minutes to get underarm and arm waxing because there was only one girl working. I let others go in front of me as well who needed just eyebrows done. The girl takes me in the back for waxing, makes a call to the owner, and comes back to tell me I have to make an appointment for arm waxing and she can't do it. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has been getting their brows threaded for years. She takes a while and the results are not great she is very soft but I had a few hairs that should have been pulled also left with hair on my face was not given any tissue to dust them off and no aloe or wit hazel. The places smells and is not clean. Over priced for what you get. I am new to the area and will be looking for a better threader. And one more thing... I was looking for a esthetic license or cosmetology license and did not see one... Makes me wonder. read more

Great place to go when there is not 20 people waiting and one person working. If you dont mind waiting 45 minutes for a 5 minute (or less) service then this is the place to go. If you dont mind waiting and have nothing planned for the next hour. They do a great job-no complaints there. However, there is no excuse for only having one employee working while 20 people wait. The owner should be there along with her employee to assist. I understand there are down times but she will lose business quick if she keeps this up. I drove by three times today to see how many people were waiting. Not until the third time did i see 5 people waiting (again, only one employee) that I decided to go inside. Still had to wait but atleast it wasnt 45 min. Im done with this place! read more
