BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went to Preets on Tuesday 1-21-20 She is quick with the eyebrow threading. She did an ok job a bit rough though. I decided to try the eye lashes I before I went to bed on the same day one of the lashes had came off. No problem I will just go back it hasn't been 24 hours and she will re-do them. NOT SHE WANTED TO REUSE THE LASHES AND TOLD ME SHE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. I didn't argue with her because I placed her services on a credit card and guess what I will be able to dispute and get my $15.00 back. I can believe she choose to lose a customer instead of re-doing the lashes. But I guess the operators like sitting in a empty shop talking to each other rather than making money. read more

Mamta always does a great job on my eyebrows. I am very picky when it comes to my eyebrows because a previous salon ruined them from hot wax. Mamta always cares about your request. I tried eyebrow tinting today. Her tint made my eyebrow fuller! I definitely be doing this more often.
