She listened to what I was looking for, she discussed the pros and cons of the pictures I had saved as ideas, and every step of the way she had me take a look to make sure I was happy with the result or if I wanted to modify anything. Even though it was my first time meeting her, it felt like I was hanging out and chatting with a girlfriend who I had known for years (minus lots of wine). Plus she plays great music the whole time so there is never any awkward silence, We were both super happy with how the makeup turned out. Eyelashes and air brush were on point!! I'm so happy that she takes notes the entire time detailing what colors and products were used, so that we can replicate the look on wedding day. Period…read more Too little sleep, too much cold and way too much travel and stress left my normally ok skin completely thrashed this past month, so I went in for a much-needed facial. Wow. She took the time to check the PH level of my skin (this has NEVER happened before, and I'm NOT a facial newbie) and made sure I understood how best to take care of my dehydrated skin. Then she gave me a cleansing/hydrating facial that basically erased the road wear and stress from my face. I also appreciated that - in advising me how to take care of my skin post-facial - she didn't promote any products or push anything on me. It was merely some (very welcome) information. Can't wait to go in again. She did a terrific job.

I loved the backstory, friendly customer service, and warm interaction. I bought one of the many lotions and a couple natural haircare items. I used the lotion and can honestly and happily say that it is the most nourishing lotion I've ever used (I've gone thru many) and it smells good. Kendra's treatments have made a real difference in my comfort and mobility. What impresses me most is her remarkable understanding of anatomy and her intuitive touch. She works confidently and deeply through the larger muscle groups, yet instinctively shifts to a much gentler approach when she encounters sensitive or painful areas. And she does this without me having to say a word. It's almost as though she knows exactly where the pain is going to be before she even gets there. There's a combination of technical knowledge, experience, and intuition in her work that's genuinely remarkable. After six sessions, I've come to a perfectly reasonable conclusion: I'm pretty sure Kendra is actually a wizard. Highly recommended!
