Sadly I will not return , I was a first time client, brought an exchange student from Italy for her first ever pedicure! I was hoping she would have a great experience....unfortunately, it was just the opposite! No one was friendly, AT ALL. Second, we waited over 30 minutes with only 3 other clients receiving the same pedicures. Owner was very short tempered, and appeared irritated when a lady came in requesting her appointment for a mani-pedi. Since he had to service her first, we waited. Due to timing I said I would just have a no chip polish, no manicure , I had naked nails as a canvas...he charged me 30.00 just to paint my nails!!! Just not a respectful experience at all! I have been going to La Rose Nails since it opened. I have been very pleased with the service and especially appreciate how clean it is. I called today 1/14/24 and scheduled an appointment at 1:30 pm. When I got there the Co owner, Rose, had her daughter come to me very professionally and confirmed the service I was there for. Which was a pedicure and a dip on my nails. within a few minutes I was escorted to the pedicure seat. Rose came promptly and gave me an adequate pedicure. Rose then asked me to wait a bit. Rose then took another Customer and did her nails and then proceeded her to a back room. I could only presume it was for a waxing. After now being 40 minutes waiting her husband, Jimmy co-owner asked me if I was waiting. I told him yes, I had an appointment however Rose chose to take another customer in front of me to do her nails and then escorted her to a back room. Jimmy went towards the back room. Rose came out and said she was sorry, she took a woman who was late for her appointment. I told her that was unfortunate as I did have an appointment. Showing me if you are late for an appointment means you get preferential treatment. Rose apologized more than once during and after my service was over. I tipped her daughter as she wrapped my hands while I was getting my pedicure to take off my old polish. Rose said she would take $15 off my bill. I told her I wanted to pay the full price. She only charged me $63 when it should have been $78. I gave $15 in cash and she gave it back to me. I told her what put she did was wrong, putting a person in front of me. While I had had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes and the person who was late was serviced immediately.Rose attempted to give me my $15 cash back. I tossed it on the desk telling her that was the last time I would be there. I do understand they are in a business and want to make $. But service like that is unacceptable. Horrible service. Went here 2 times. First time Jimmy was rude to my little sister, tried to give them a second chance and received terrible customer service. I removed the dip I preciously had and I was going for the dip service. the technician kept hurting me while removing the dip all he kept saying to me is "I have to do it like this so it will be easier to remove the dip". They were so rude I decided to leave to continue my service elsewhere. When I went to pay I was told by the technician it was $10 for removal however, Jimmy was trying to charge me $20 because "I wasn't continuing service" his words were "you're not doing service here so I have to charge you extra" I was shocked since taking off is actually a service. He went back and forth with me. I will never again come to this place read more

I visited here twice for a pedicure when they first opened. Both times it chipped within a day or two. I did let the owner know, and he offered to fix it. Unfortunately, I was out of town so it didn't matter. I recently went back to give them a 3rd chance. I figured now they've been open a while longer and maybe have made upgrades. Unfortunately, my nails already look like the attached photo in less than 48 hours. Each of my 3 visits were with a different person, so I can only assume it's the polish or something. This never happens when I go to my regular nail place, so I guess I won't switch it up anymore. I will say La Rose is very cute, clean, and staff is friendly. I was apprehensive about going out during the pandemic for a spa day but my feet were crying for a pedicure. The moment you walk in, they give you hand sanitizer and take your temperature. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff was lovely. We had several laughs as we got our pedicures. Overall very satisfied with the experience and relieved that I can feel more safe with the procedures they have in place. read more

Went there for the first time because I couldn't get an appointment for my regular salon. I made an appointment and was seated promptly Technician was great, very through. No issues there. However the staff was not at all friendly. When I went to pay I was informed I was not able to charge a tip cash only I asked why I wasn't told when I made the appointment I was only told an ATM was next door No apologies. I went to the ATM came back, dropped off the tip, no thank you nothing. I really wanted to like this place but I guess this is why my regular salon was booked and theirs had plenty of time available. read more

Kevin was amazing! Me my mom and my sister came in and it was so clean. I was a little hesitant to try a new place because I'm very picky but they did so well, and were so patient with me! First, I called the salon to make an appointment and the gentleman on the phone was unfriendly. When I actually got to the salon, I walked in and they didn't even greet me. The woman that was doing my nails was in such a hurry to finish my nails that she didn't properly shape or clean them. I was getting a no-chip manicure which is painted on my nails so thick that you can visually see it. On my nails, she missed various spots. read more

I've gone here a couple times and while the staff is pretty nice and the place is clean, they're always rushing, resulting in poor quality. This is the second time I had to get a full set taken off by another salon because they couldn't even do a fill my nails were so bad. They lifted almost immediately. I went here to get a fill, and i have tiny fingers so my old acrylics were a little thin and i liked them that way, they ended up making my nails so thick, uneven, and crooked. They look terrible. I got them done last week and two of my nails have already broken off. They did not do a good job at all and i wouldn't recommend coming here. read more
