This place used to do a much better job on pedicures when they first opened. If you get anyone besides Ben, expect a pretty low quality pedicure with many steps skipped. One time I was getting a manicure from Ben and one of the regular workers came over and took the hat off my head and started laughing at me. It was very awkward and unprofessional. I went yesterday to get a mani/pedi with my daughter & her friend. There was a wait so we picked our color & sat. As we are sitting I had a gut feeling to leave yet they said we were ready so we went back. Only they weren't ready. We sat in the pedi bowls for at least 1/2 hour (long enough for the water to get cold). So finally 1 by 1 they start working on us. The girl switched my daughters friends color from a fun summery to a darker color. The guy who did my daughters mani/pedi was very rude to her at the mani station (I was still getting my half ass pedi) I did not get the full service pedi you're used to getting. No hot towel. No lotion. So after I get done we're walking over to the mani area & I get sat by the dryer. I'm like, um I'm getting a mani. And it was easy as I didn't even want color. My girl (the owner) tells me she's going to work on this regular customers pedi & come back to do my mani. So like an a-hole I sat. Waiting. Finally after about 20 minutes I got up to leave. Oh come back later & I do for you I kept hearing. No. I will never be back there. Oh, and don't complain to them. All they'll do us make fun of you with their other clients. ****EDIT****I now have to edit my review as this place has taken a major turn for the worst! I recently went here for the first time in a while. The lady was very kind and friendly, but it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The massage was awful, and even the paint job looks horrible. She even put some of that stuff on my leg and it was just in dried clumps. The massage chair only worked for about 30 seconds at a time and then would shut off. When I addressed this with her, she told me "the manufacturer has it on a timer." Yes, I understand it might shut off after 30 minutes or so, but not in less than a minute! Worst experience and I am disappointed I didn't complain while I was there and actually spent $35. read more

Beautiful decor (may or may not matter to you, just tossin' it out there) Employees working there are very friendly! Really enjoyed my little margarita during my pedi. Nice job on the nails.. that gel manicure sure does last, wow (first timer). Also had my eyebrows waxed, she did them exactly how I wanted, which is a rare occasion I've encountered at a few other nail salons. Not crowded either, it was a nice peaceful experience, especially when you expect it to be busier on a Saturday morning. Maybe because it's kind of hidden in a strip mall next to a Dunkin Donuts. Wow! I found this little gem from yelp so figured I should review them. I live out of state and managed to get lost which made me late to my appointment within an hour of closing time. They were so nice & attentive!! They took their time, cracked jokes and did an amazing job. The salon is clean and very well decorated. The only downfall of this place is its 7 hours away from home :( next time I'm in town, I will be back!! read more

Went here for a mani and pedi because my usual place was booked. I will NEVER be back here. It was the worst nail salon experience of my life. The man who did both my mani and pedi was awful. I was the only customer there (shouldv'e been a sign) and he rushed through my pedicure in such a hurry - the whole process was about 15 minutes. Barely massaged my legs and did a terrible job painting the nails. The polish didn't even cover all of the nails. When it came time for my manicure, he skipped several steps; didn't soak my nails, didn't clean up cuticles, barely filed them down when I asked. It was by far the worst manicure I've ever received. I was left with hang nails, uneven length and I had to go home and attempt to clean up and fix it all. Save yourself the time and money - do NOT go here! read more

Me and two others went in about an hour and 20 minutes before they close (enough time to get our nails done). They had us sit down and they started working on our nails and a couple minutes later made us get up and leave. They weren't polite about it either. They never are when I go in. The customer service here is horrible! My daughter, mom, and I came to this place for the first time. It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter before she left for college. Well, it turned out to not be such a treat. The nail shop closes at 5:00 on Sunday, we arrived at 4:00. When we arrived there were a couple of ladies waiting in the waiting area. After about 5 minutes a lady walks out and says something about the amount of people waiting. She went down the line and asked each person what they wanted. When she got to us, she said "we close at 5:00" I replied "yes, it's 4:00." She then said "you will wait 5 hours" At first, we took it as a joke, but she never asked my mom what service she wanted. We waited about 20 minutes, then she came back out and said "you still here?" This time, we started to take offense. This was no way to treat your customers. I then replied " would you like for us to leave?" She saw that I was getting upset, then she offered us a margarita. This really confused me. I'm thinking "a margarita from where? Is this even legal?" So, again I thought that she was joking. But she pointed to a concealed pitcher where she indeed carried margarita. Anyway, so we continued to wait. At about 4:30 my mom got up to choose her polish. That's when a man yelled at her "we close at 5:00!" My mom got very offended. She told the man, we arrived at 4:00 and have been waiting. At that point, we just left and went somewhere else. As customers we couldn't believe how rude they were to us. There were three of us and between the three would have spent a nice amount of money for our services. We were extremely confused by how we were treated. We didn't know if this was just a case of poor customer service or if this was discrimination. Either way, this is one of the worst customer service experiences that I've ever had. We will never go here again and will ensure that everyone we know here's about this nail shop. read more
