One time I was getting a manicure from Ben and one of the regular workers came over and took the hat off my head and started laughing at me. It was very awkward and unprofessional. We sat in the pedi bowls for at least 1/2 hour (long enough for the water to get cold). So finally 1 by 1 they start working on us. The girl switched my daughters friends color from a fun summery to a darker color. The guy who did my daughters mani/pedi was very rude to her at the mani station (I was still getting my half ass pedi) I did not get the full service pedi you're used to getting. No hot towel. No lotion. So after I get done we're walking over to the mani area & I get sat by the dryer. I'm like, um I'm getting a mani. And it was easy as I didn't even want color. My girl (the owner) tells me she's going to work on this regular customers pedi & come back to do my mani. So like an a-hole I sat. Waiting. Finally after about 20 minutes I got up to leave. Oh come back later & I do for you I kept hearing. No. I will never be back there. Oh, and don't complain to them. All they'll do us make fun of you with their other clients. I had a regular pedicure and the technician, I believe her name was Linda, took a big chunk of skin out of the border of my big toe. It started bleeding immediately. She blotted it with something and the bleeding subsided. After she prepared my fingers for a no chip manicure I got up to wash my hands. Blood was pooling and spilling over my big toe. She did apologize and quickly cleaned it up and doused it with something. She made some inappropriate comments about how she was going to go home and tell her husband how she hurt a customer. Ugh! The bleeding stopped, however, 3 days later and I am currently soaking it in epsom salt and am afraid it is infected. It is red, swollen and painful. Guess I will be headed to the doctor tomorrow. Meanwhile my daughter also received a no chip manicure. She asked if a certain design was do-able. After much back and forth between my technician and hers, it took the gentleman literally over an hour and a half to do just her fingernails! They turned out well enough, or so we thought. Three days later and a no chip manicure is half gone. Make it make sense. Not sure how this place is still in business if this is how they do things. I would most definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place!
