My girl (the owner) tells me she's going to work on this regular customers pedi & come back to do my mani. So like an a-hole I sat. Waiting. Finally after about 20 minutes I got up to leave. A friend owned a salon near Chicago previously, so this would be my first experience with an unfamiliar wax artisan, yet having seen great reviews for Melanie, was confident.
