I was beyond happy with my experience! I booked online and came in for a long overdue cut and style with Sam. She listened to all my ideas/concerns/preferences, made a few recommendations, and got on with the shampoo, cut, & style. I have thin, long, curly hair and Sam did a great job making sure my length and layers were what I wanted and looked flattering. She took her time but worked fast if that makes sense. She also styled my hair straight to give me an idea of how it would look without the curls. I will most definitely be back. This is a high quality salon with great prices. I see Ashley Boyd at Salon 360 every 5-6 weeks for hair cuts.She is AMAZING! I am always completely happy and get comments from strangers and friends about how great my hair looks and how precise the cut is. I've been going to Ashley for over a year, closer to 2 years and never had a bad cut. Plus, she is friendly and puts her heart and training into her work and it shows. I was in need of a quick cut and my regular stylist is hard to schedule w/ during Covid. I thought I'd try Salon 360. It was really easy to book my appointment using their online scheduler. I went with Yesenia for the next day and she was great. She listened to what I wanted and came through. She's friendly and easy going. I felt a million times lighter and better. I love the cut! The receptionist was very friendly as well. Overall, great place, clean, good vibes, great service and closer to home for me. I was referred to this salon by multiple clients. I am always skeptical because unfortunately we have had a lot of bad experiences with inexperienced hair stylists. So my husband and daughters went and they all agreed that they enjoyed the salon. Then I decided to try it out since I am always highlighting my hair. My hair grows pretty fast so I need to go about every 4 weeks. After getting my hair done for the first time at Salon 360 I thought to myself this is great. Someone who knows how to do hair and color, bonus the salon is close to my home even if the prices are a little on the higher end for color for that type of salon. Made my next appt and Sarah the owner even accommodated me for a better time. I thought wow I actually found a great place, someone who shows heart to her customers. I received a phone call from the Salon on Wednesday stating that they had an early cancellation and if I could come earlier for my appt on Friday. My appt was for 6pm. I called back and spoke with one of the employees there and said I can't come to much earlier I will be at the school for my daughters brownies that end right at 5:30pm. I explained I can be there right after it should take me 10mims to get there. The lady said no problem thank you for coming in a little earlier. I received my appt reminder the night before the appt via email that the appt was at 6pm. I figured no big deal they probably didn't change it in the computer and the worst that can happen I get there a little early and sit till they are ready for me. Then I received a text message at 3:15pm today stating another appt reminder that my appt was for 5:15pm. I saw the message about a little after I received it. Looked up the phone number and called the salon. I advised them that they had me down for the wrong time. The receptionist said that she needed to speak with Sarah since she was the one doing my hair. The receptionist came back on the phone and said that I have to be there no later than 5:30pm because there are other clients on the books. I said but that is not my appt time and that won't work for me. I was asked again if I could hold on so I can personally speak with Sarah. Sarah got on the phone and told me that she had me down for 5:15pm. I explained to her my discussion with her employee the other day that handled the scheduling and Sarah's response was that she asked her employee twice if she was for sure the appt was switched to 5:15pm. I explained to Sarah that there is a very big miscommunication and why would I say 5:15pm if I new I wasn't going to be able to be there when I was going to be at my daughters school for brownies. In a unprofessional way I was told "what do you want me to do? The girl told me 2x that the appt was made for 5:15pm, what you expect me to highlight your hair in 15mins because I can't and I have other appts after you booked" I said "so now I lose my appt because of your employees miscommunication and now I have no way of getting my hair done before we leave out of town". Sarah again in a snarky voice said "well I asked the girl and she said you said 5:15pm and you waited till almost 4pm to call the salon about your appt reminder!" I explained again that I just received it so I wasn't able to call any sooner because I didn't know that this was going to happen. I stated "clearly this isn't working, me and my family will go elsewhere from now, and I will make a point to write a review." My husband was sitting right next to me while I had this discussion on the phone and even said he can't believe how Sarah handled the situation and talked to me the way she did. Unprofessionalism trumps a good hair stylist. I'm a family of 6 and refuse to come to this business again. If I was rude and ignorant then I could understand how Sarah handled the situation. But I wasn't. I was upset, I didn't even raise my voice. She could have apologized at the very least or even said I'm sorry for the miscommunication let's find another time that works for you. But no nothing. Completely unprofessional! read more

I had just once again ruined my hair by trying to cut it and color it myself. I admitted defeat and decided to call on Beth again! to help me fix my cut. The receptionist( never remember to get her name) was super nice and squeezed me in at the last minute. Beth once again, effortlessly fixed it. She asked me about the color and what I was looking for in the final result. I explained the situation and that I was going to attempt to finish toning it on my own. A lot of stylists have egos and would have tried to make a sale and get me to let them do it. Beth was not like that at all! She told me right away what to use and gave me some really good tips to get what I was looking for at home. She is as talented as she is personable and that combo makes the best stylist. Aime Rivas is a Miracle Worker I called Salon360 in desperation looking for someone to fix my color and highlight disaster from the day before. The person who took my message contacted Aime Rivas, who was not at the salon at the time. Not only did Aime return my call quickly, she came in on her time off for a consultation. After seeing how desperate I was, she changed her plans and began her miracle work immediately. I left Salon360 in awe and shock - I looked like a different person. My hair color and highlights are amazing. Not only is Aime a skilled colorist with the ability to identify and execute her vision of the end result, she is also personable, compassionate, and so fun to talk to. I went in to get a haircut (men's cut) this morning and was very pleasantly surprised with the ambiance in there. I was promptly greeted when I entered and the stylists were incredible friendly. The facility is kept very clean and it has a relaxing & friendly atmosphere. My stylist's name was Beth and she did a fantastic job with my hair, I would highly recommend her. This was my first time getting my hair cut here, so it's safe to say they left me with a very good first impression and I will be returning in the future. Their men's cuts are normally $13, but ALL haircuts are $10 on Monday (including women's). So a fair price in my opinion. 5/5. Would highly recommend. read more

AMAZING!!!!! I am very particular when I comes to my hair , however, being that I am in town for a month until the DH gets back from deployment I decided to give the salon a shot after reading reviews....WOW!!! I went with Emily and she worked wonders on my hair which had looked as if birds made a nest in there walking in. She colored, trimmed, and even taught me what in the world a diffuser was and how to work it...AND, she even taught me some pretty cool stuff to use in my really ling and curly hair! When she finished I felt like a million bucks with Shirley Temple head of curls!!! :-D the salon is very artsy and full of light! There were even men that came by and got their hair cut! So long barber shops! Lol the place is also very kid friendly with toys and movies, even the receptionist would go and play or talk to the kid!!! The Salon is nice, I had my haircut and highlights and lowlights put inn in June for the first time. I paid about $100.00 so the price was okay, I had my hair done in very exclusive salons and not so exclusive. What I did not like about salon 360 is that their shampoo bows offer your feet to rest up and yet they don't utalize that. I have a bad neck so I was so happy to see that they have those seats yet she did not offer to put my feet up. Overall, it was okay, I would return again. read more

The woman who gave me a haircut did NOT have a clue to the haircut that I wanted. I walked out of the salon completely dissatisfied with my haircut. I looked like a plucked chicken. I have been going to Sarah over 2 years and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. She came highly recommended from several family members. She is fantastic and so is everyone else there.
