I arrived on time, only to have a completely different technician sit down to do my nails. When I mentioned I had booked with someone else, I was shown the technician I requested, who was doing another customer's pedicure. I understand things happen, but what's the point of allowing customers to book a specific technician if the appointment isn't honored or communicated beforehand? The technician who did my nails was okay, but the experience was disappointing. I won't be back.

Years later I got a perm for some volume. WRONG. I happened by this place for a color and Sasha did a perfect job. We talked about extensions and I ended making an appointment to get them. They are the sew in ones and seem easier to take care of so far. Sasha told me how to take care of them properly. I'm just so happy with them. They blend perfectly with my hair, are so soft and I didn't even need a color touch up since she did a great job before. Thank you so much Sasha. I feel so pretty and I really needed that during these times.

It pains me to write this, but I feel it's necessary…read more My daughter and I have been loyal clients of your salon for years, regularly coming in to have our hair colored. We've spent thousands of dollars over time and built what we thought was a positive relationship with your team. However, I'm deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently. Months ago, I had to cancel an appointment on the day our beloved golden retriever passed away. It was an emotional, heartbreaking day, and canceling was not a decision I took lightly. Since then, I attempted to rebook verbally for a future date and called to confirm--only to be told you would no longer accept advance bookings from me. I was told I could only do same-day appointments due to "multiple cancellations." One of those was the day my dog died. The lack of empathy, understanding, or even basic professional courtesy in this situation is staggering. There was no outreach, no consideration for our long history as paying, respectful clients. Instead, I was shut out. This is not how a professional salon should treat anyone--let alone a loyal customer. I'm shocked and hurt by the cold, dismissive response I received, and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager. Frankly, I don't understand what kind of customer service process allows for this kind of treatment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend your salon to others based on this experience. It's a shame it had to end this way. Any other issues other than Julie the colorist and goodbye

She would ask me what I was talking about and then switched to another language and proceeded to laugh and talk to everyone else (staff) in the salon. Customers know when you're talking s***, why else would you need to say it in another language? I was very uncomfortable the whole time as she would sigh and talk over me as well. That all being said, the rest of the staff was nice & I thoroughly enjoy the salon & I would still choose them over any other places in the area. I would just recommend avoiding Linh.

The nail tech that worked on reshaping my nails was lazy and reshaped them by drill. The entire experience was a complete chaos. I will seek out a different nails salon in the area to fix this mess. The salon within itself is actually nice, personnel is simply unorganized. Except for the front desk host, she is great. Sadly, I cant say the same for everyone else.

Horrible Experience at Bellagio Nails…read more I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went to Bellagio Nails for a manicure and ended up with serious nail damage. My nails hurt so bad! The technician used a drill on my nails, and now my nails are incredibly weak, thin, and damaged. I've never had this issue before, so I'm really disappointed that a "professional" salon would do this. Not only did the drill cause damage, but the overall service was terrible. The technician was a great person, but seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to detail. My nails are uneven, and the polish chipped as soon as I got in the car. I've had many manicures in the past, but I've never walked out with such poor results. To make matters worse, the salon wasn't very clean. At this point, I'm just hoping I can repair my nails. I definitely won't be coming back and I would advise others to stay far away if they care about the health of their nails

I really hate that I even have to leave this review because this was supposed to be a special…read morebirthday experience for my daughter. We went in specifically requesting Gel-X. My daughter is young, and I was intentional about what service I was allowing her to get. Instead of Gel-X, the technician applied acrylic. We did not request acrylic, nor did we agree to acrylic as a substitute. When we brought it to their attention, the situation was handled terribly. Instead of acknowledging that the wrong service had been performed and trying to find a reasonable solution, we were basically told that a service had already been done and payment was required. Their solution was to remove the nails. It was my daughter's birthday. We had other plans and did not have time for them to remove an entire set and leave her without the nails she'd been excited about for her birthday. I also wasn't comfortable putting my young daughter through an additional removal process because the salon performed a service we didn't request. I contacted them afterward as well, and their response was that all sales are final and because we declined their offer to remove the nails, we were still responsible for payment. This wasn't a situation where we simply didn't like the finished product. We asked for Gel-X and received acrylic. Those are not the same service. The most disappointing part was the lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability. A mistake can happen anywhere, but how you treat a customer when a mistake happens says a lot about a business. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon based on our experience.
