Got the "tattoo ink removal special" waste of time and money. When she saw me for consult she said one session would do it. The ink is over 10 years old. Well it did absolutely nothing. It was really painful and the two and a half week down time was terrible I couldn't even leave the house I looked horrible! It's been 10 weeks. I set up an appointment with Natalie to have my eyebrows microbladed because I had seen pictures of the work and I was highly interested. The salon was clean and everyone was polite when I walked in the door. The process took about two hours and it as great. My eyebrows look amazing after my first appointment. The numbing cream helped, I really did not have any pain just some pressure. You are lying down and it's very relaxing, got offered a blanket, magazines, etc to occupy me while waiting for numbing cream to set in. I would describe as minor discomfort and some pressure but the look of my brows was well worth it. I have received tons of compliments from friends, family, and strangers. I have recommended Zsa Zsa's to everyone who has asked and will continue to do so. The quality of the work was amazing. I can not wait for my follow up appointment! read more

Happened to walk passed Zsa Zsa's I seen the advertising for Micro blading decided to walk in and ask some questions. Spoke to the owner Tammy, I asked a many questions. Tammy was more than happy to answer any of them, she gave me all the time in the world and showed me many pictures of her previous work. After talking to her I felt confident and scheduled the appointment. She was very willing to work with my schedule which was a tough one. She came in on her day off and even earlier than normal business hours. So 1st appointment.. very thing was very professional and clean. She never rushed once. She took all the time she needed to draw on the brows, measured them several times, let me look and make suggestions on where I thought they needed changed. She never rushed me as I stared into the mirror 100 times to be sure I was happy with the drawings. The drawing process took around 2 hours.. now onto the numbing and starting the micro blading. The numbing cream work perfect, there was no pain only thing I felt was the pressure of the blade. She did her thing, asked me several times "you doing okay" and when she was near the end once again she let me look to see if I seen anywhere that needed a few more strokes. We both agreed they looked awesome. She cleaned them up and put the liquid bandage on. Explained the healing process, gave me some hand outs and stressed that this was a dry heal. DO NOT GET WET!! She even offered to wash my hair in a few days if needed to be sure I didn't get my eyebrows wet. The next 8 weeks of healing went perfect. 2nd appointment.. went just as well as the 1st. She asked me where I thought they needed touched up as I am the one that has looked at them everyday for the last 8 weeks. She did the touchup where I suggested and also added some where she felt they needed it. Letting me look several times to make any changes I wanted. End Result.. PERFECT EYEBROWS!!! SOO REAL LOOKING! Not only was the quality of work that Tammy performed poor but her professionalism handling my dislike for her work was bad too. Tammy, owner of Zsa Zsa's, microbladed my eyebrows. After spending nearly 2 hours drawing my eyebrows on perfectly, she started the process. Unfortunately the numbing cream did not work for me so I felt every blade stroke. This obviously is not Tammy's fault but my eyebrows began to swell as a result. Instead of stopping as the swelling continued, Tammy kept going. After 2 hours of her blading, I was so swollen I looked like I had been beaten up. I paid for my "service" including a tip as Tammy assured me as soon as the swelling went down my eyebrows would look great. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I contacted Tammy via phone and text multiple times over the next few days because the swelling continued and my eyebrows looked horrible. Tammy said she had never had a case where the numbing cream didn't work and advised me that she needed to consult with her teacher to see if everything was ok. Tammy called me back to tell me it will be fine and the swelling would eventually go down. It eventually did but my eyebrows do not look any better. One is square while the other is round. They are way too thick for my liking and the arch on one side is significantly higher than the other side. They look NOTHING like what Tammy drew on prior to started. Again, I reached out to Tammy to tell her I am concerned because I do not like them. She told me that when I come back for my 8 week touch up she would do her best of get them right. Red flag right there. I decided to have someone else that exclusively does microblading take a look at them and see if she could fix them. She told me that the blade strokes are bad (they are going in different directions) and the ink was done too deeply. She advised the only way to fix them is to have laser tattoo removal or let them wear off with time. I advised Tammy of this and asked if she would be willing to have her teacher come in for my 8 week touch up so her teacher can help her fix them. Tammy refused. I then advised Tammy that I can not risk coming back for the 8 week check up and them looking worse than they already do. Tammy then told me it was my fault my eyebrows swelled up so much because the numbing cream didn't work. I asked Tammy to return half of what I paid since I am so unhappy with her "service" and will not be coming back for the 8 week check up. Tammy said she has done many other eyebrows and no one has had an issue and since she rendered a service she would not return my money. Never use this salon. I had my brows microbladed by Gina. Gina was fantastic! I would love to recommend her. Before I had them done, We texted back and forth. I sent her pics of what I had left over from an old permanent make up job. She spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me before I even booked the appointment. Calmed my fears. Answered all my questions. Sent me pics. I got them done yesterday and they look fantastic! It did take two hours but the numbing cream really helped. Gina was wonderful. Very reassuring and understanding. I've had many services done at Zsa Zsa's and from my personal experiences and opinion it doesn't get any better than here! From amazing hair cut and colors, to my most recent experience which was the microblading. I did some research and felt even though I educated myself as much as I could on it, I was still completely nervous, to say the least. Tammy made my experience smooth, and as simple as it could possibly get. The designated room for the microblading was very clean and relaxing. Tammy took her time with the shape and color of my eyebrows, also asked for my input. Once we were satisfied with the shape and color, the topical(numbing) cream went on and we patiently waited until I was completely numb and ready to start! I had minor swelling and redness after everything was done. Before leaving, I was scheduled for a follow up appointment(8 weeks) and Tammy told me she would touch up, if needed at my follow up appointment. My eyebrows have never looked so good! I'm completely satisfied with the microblading, and will be coming back once I need my eyebrows done again. Highly recommend!! read more
