Walking in, the ladies were friendly. The wait wasn't bad, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lady who did my eyebrows took her time, which I appreciated. She seemed newer, as someone else was checking her work - so some pain was expected (and to be fair, my eyebrows had grown out quite a bit). While they didn't have a punch card, they had a deal on purchasing a gift card that you can use, which offered the same type of loyalty perk. The only reason for a 4-star vs 5-star review was the cleanliness of the salon. There were small pieces everywhere on the floor, the walls and other places had lots of stains, etc. I know that wax, tiny, facials, etc. make it hard to keep a salon completely free of stains or marks, but just felt like it was a bit more than I would have liked or anticipated.

Basic threading service. They did an acceptable job. Not the greatest I've had but okay.read more
