My daughter has been a few times. Last night she went for a French. I was not with her. She came home and they are terrible, chunky, different sizes and the French tip is way too thick. Wish I could have been there to get my $70 bac read more

Alright my mom is WAY too nice to speak up. She just came home and showed me her pedicure she JUST got from here. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Her big toe has a huge smudge, the shaped is horrendous, and there's nail polish all over her toes still. Absolutely horrible and the fact that y'all charged her for this quality really infuriates me. I took pictures and wow 0/10. Would love for her to get her money back. I went to this place one time in high school and they did an awful job as well which is why I never went back. If I would've known she was going here I would've told her absolutely not. Strongly do NOT recommend. read more

Came here for the first time back in the Spring before COVID disrupted things. When nail salons opened up again I decided to try a different nail salon in Geneva. My experience was awful. I immediately wanted to retry Topline because I had SUCH a great experience the first time! They were open so I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic full set. Tina was my nail tech. She remembered me from months and months ago! She waived the fee for taking off my old acrylics done at the nail salon in Geneva that were awful! When she was done I had these gorgeous cat eye coffin shaped nails. I was thrilled!! I've been back to see Tina for a full since then and she changed them to a different color. I've included photos of all the times I've been! I'm in love!! I will only go here from now on! read more

I got a full set and my nails look horrible and sloppy I didn't have time for them to fix them so I left unsatisfied but I will never come back and I will tel friends and family too. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for years. Jennifer the owner does my nails and I am constantly having people ask where do you get your nails done as they look amazing. She always does something special for the different holidays and they always look beautiful. My daughter has her nails done by Linda and she is also very good. They get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. read more

Came in for basic french tips and they managed to mess them up and make them chunky. This is the worst full set I have ever gotten. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

I've been coming here on and off over the years for my eyebrows. The wait is right away or at max 15 minutes (the whole place was filled). The job done is well and if you need it fixed again they'll accommodate. read more

My daughter just got her nails done for homecoming and it was a terrible job for just being a basic one color acrylic. My daughter was crying. I will never recommend this place!! read more

The past couple times I have been debating about going back because the one girl picks at my fingers and makes them bleed. So then my nails and fingertips hurt for the next couple of days. I finally decided after today I'm done because I do dip and I sat there for 40 minutes with foil on my fingers which takes about an hour to get my nails done. This place used to be my favorite and I haven't been pleased the last couple of months when going! read more

I've come to this place for years but started going to other places when things started to be odd. For example, asking for a basic pedicure that says one price on the board, but when they show you the 'special pedicure' page they have one listed as 'basic' that was $10 more so if you say basic after holding that page they charge you extra. Now the prices all say a price AND UP, and they are always UP! I gave it another try yesterday, and my advice to you is.....Get a price before they do your nails!!! They overcharge and make stuff up to up charge you. I got a fill/no chip manicure and a basic pedicure and they charged $75. When I went back to question the price they said my fill 'had pink powder' and that I had 2 broken nails. I asked for a fill so I don't know if they used pink powder that they could charge me for or what. As far as a nail breaking, they are my own nails, one of which she ripped the old acrylic off thus tearing the nail down to the skin, needing to put a fake nail on. The other nail's old acrylic popped off after my previous manicure that only lasted 2 weeks, and she did not have to put a fake nail on. That is the last time I will go there! read more

I've been coming here for years and absolutely love this place. Jennifer is the owner and knows her stuff. I highly suggest her or Lisa for acrylic nails. The place is always clean which is a major must for me. All of the women here are super friendly and have some of the best customer service. They get to know you on a personal level. The pricing is reasonable for a nail salon. They also have waxing services available. read more

I would highly recommend Topline Nails. Clean, welcoming, professional and fun. I've been coming here for a few years. I brought my daughter and one of her attendants for her wedding here for manicures and pedi's for the big day. Our nails were beautifully done and they lasted for a long time! The technicians made our experience a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time! For those of you who are complaining about wait time, just make an appointment! read more

They're very rude. I'm never greeted when I walk in. They only talk in their language to each other so it makes it seem like they're talking about you. Done coming here read more

To start out we walked in the door an hour before closing and before we can say what we wanted they blurt out come back tomorrow. I tell her i can not come back tomorrow and all we want is 1 full set of acrylics. My daughter shows them a picture of what she wants and immediately the try and tell her to get a no chip for more money. We tell them no. 10 minutes later the girl comes to tell me it is $40.00 dollars after I hand her their coupon for $22.00. I ask why so mych and again she said for no chip and to shape the nails. I tell them once again we do not want no chip and why are you charging to shape the nail when that is what a set of acrylics are to have shape. They come back and say $27. I tell them that they are in the wrong for overcharging customers for a service that is already included. read more

I came here and was told someone would be with me soon. It's been an hour and I'm still sitting here. They took multiple people that came after me and never acknowledged me once. Last time I'm coming here. read more

My family has been going to this salon for 12 years and we have had great experiences each time. We are always greeted, and they remember things going on in our lives. They are always gentle with my feet because the remember I have nerve damage and am sensitive. It doesn't bother me if they speak a different language. They're ability to communicate makes things run smoother. I've never been overcharged or had clumps in my polish unless I bumped it myself. They only accept cash for tip, so be prepared to have gorgeous nails and tip well. read more

The nail techs here are all SO nice and do great work!! I make sure to go in and get a pedi and gel mani every time I am in town. I am only there every couple of months, because I live out of state now, but the girls always remember me! They are all AMAZING. read more

Customer service was awkward because they all speak in their language. I don't mind if they speak a little but not the whole time, the lady who do my nails got it on my cuticles and the top coat look odd on my nails o don't think it cute all the way. They have been there for awhile the salon, thought they would do better. read more

I was happy with the work that was done - the staff was friendly and didn't intimidate us by speaking to each other in another language and laughing the whole time (that really keeps me from coming back again, a la Lucy Nails just down the street) Oddly, when it came time to pay I handed one of the staff my debit card, and she asked if I had cash or a check. I said that I did have a checkbook in my car, and on my way out the door to get it I noticed the Mastercard/Visa stickers on the door. Being my first time there I thought maybe the place had changed hands and were no longer taking cards or whatever, I didn't really give it much thought. It wasn't until I came back in and the same woman told me to just write the check to Jennifer, and not Top Line, that I wondered what the heck that was about. I'm still not sure if that was on the up-and-up, but it was just odd enough that between that and their prices ($25 for a pedi), I probably won't be back. read more

This place is very clean and friendly staff. It is great for manis and/or pedis. Also have had eyebrow waxing. All services are great. No need to make an appointment, even when they're busy the wait isn't too long. read more

Very pleased with the service I have received from Topline Nails. They are very professional and friendly. Decor of the salon is one of the best I've seen in a long time. Looks like I have found a new nail place .....and if you are anything like me, that is not a statement that can come easily :) Def recommend! read more

don't waste your time or money! they do less than mediocre work. i was overcharged for tips when i only got a fill, and my nails were done terribly. when i told them i was unhappy, they refused to issue me a refund. any place that refuses to issue a refund to an extremely unhappy customer does not care about their customers! read more

I love coming here! Anna always does a great job on my pedicure and then Jennifer does my no chip! The no chip last 4 weeks... Still did not chip! Have been coming here for a while.. I don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone is always happy there! read more

Me and my two girlfriends came here for birthday pedicures. Although the Pedicures were nice my friend got a terrible bacterial infection that led to her having HALF of her toenail and toe removed. It cost her $200 and when she called to tell the nail salon all they said was "oh so sorry". Me and my other girlfriend had seen in the previous tub that a lady with nasty nails had used the tub before our friend. You can't control who's toes come in the salon but proper cleaning and sanitation IS SO NECESSARY. Please make sure your salon sanitizes it's tools throughly or bring your own tools! don't let them cut your cuticles because there was a cut on her toe where the infection clearly had started. read more

I've been here twice for no chip manicures. I was just coming off a bad experience at Prima Nails, so it was refreshing to come here and have a much better time. Both times I've felt like a good amount of care has gone into the manicure. I accidentally chipped a nail during the last manicure and my technician actually pointed it out to me and fixed it right away. Also, the last manicure I had lasted three weeks before it started to chip. All in all I've been pleased with the service I've received! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to the salon is because the last time I came in I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I realize it was busy, but a little heads up about how long it would take would've been nice. read more

This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. First of all, the lady was basically blind. She then commented about how light my nail polish color was and asked me multiple times while making a face if I was sure I wanted that color. YES, I wanted that color. People generally get a manicure to clean up your cuticles, she didn't even touch them. She didnt remove my previous nailpolish properly so i still have red coming through the cream color i picked. she massaged my hand for a total of 4 seconds. the place is great and clean, SHE just sucks! She is old and has glasses. Also i almost forgot...she was on her phone!!! read more

I came in as a walk in and was seated within 10 minutes. While cleaning up my nails she burned my nails along my cuticles with the weird shaving nail thing. Then she asked half way into doing my nails if I wanted to pay now. I've never been asked that while in the process and mid acrylic application, I was signing my receipt and struggling because the lady wouldn't cut my nails the shortness I wanted and then charged me 5$ extra for coffin nails. Not to mention once I was done she didn't pick up my phone so I smeared my nails polish horribly on 3 fingers and she ignored me about it once she saw me do it. As I was making my way home I noticed my nails have noticeable gaps between my skin and nail, something I shouldn't have been seeing for weeks. And as I was opening a bag of chips my nail broke in half from how thin it is. I am highly upset about the poor service and price I paid. I'm not looking for a refund which I deserve, but I will be going back in tomorrow to have my nails fixed and shortened free of charge. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

My sister heard great things about this location so we decided to try it out and get full sets of acrylic on! Worse experience to date, my cuticles were cut on more than half my nails. My technician dug the grinder into my nails deep enough that there was bursing underneath my nails, each nail was uneven and I asked her if she would fix the problem and she just commented that she wasn't done and didn't even take the time to look at my concern, let alone fix it. I was curious a few days later so I took my polish off, I have never been as disappointed as I was when I saw the work. My index finger had a dramatically smaller amount of acrylic compared to the rest of my set. My right pointer finger had fungus growing under the nail!! (I have had a full set for 6 years, and this is the FIRST time I ever encountered this problem) Worse experience ever, will not go back and very unhappy that they don't require staff additional training, when needed!! read more
