I got my nails done last week. I had lee as my tech. He did an okay job. My thumb nail broke so I went back to get it fixed. A woman who's name I didn't get (3rd station from the entrance) was my tech this time. My nails are a Very different shape and a very different length. There's no chip nail polish all in my cuticles. I went to pay and it was $5 for a nail fix. I tried to pay with my card and they said no it has to be over $10. I truly didn't have cash on me, because it's 2019. I asked what I could do and she said I can buy a gift card. So I agreed and said give me a $5 gift card. They advised giftcards had a $10 minimum (not including tip). Two employees were discussing it in a loud heated conversation, unfortunately I'm not sure what they said. They ended up allowing me to do a $5 gift card. So $12 total. $5 nail fix $5 gift card and $2 tip. Obviously I'm not coming back so a gift card is pointless. read more

This is an okay salon. One of my girlfriends and I wanted our nails done before a vacation. We tried a place across the street and they were too busy, so we ended up here. We were seated right away. This is a very clean place. Prices are very reasonable as well (37 for mani/pedi). They have a nice selection of colors as well. My nails were painted very nice and my fingers didn't chip until a week later and my toes still look great. My problem is that when the gentleman was using the scrub on my feet, he ended up taking skin off the toe. He pointed it out to me and then shrugged his shoulders. I felt him do it and it stung a bit. He also cut deep into my cuticle on my toe. It bled for quite some time. It also was very uncomfortable putting on any type of shoes for the next few days. The worst pedicure ever! Heading to the hospital thanks to the most painful pedicure I've ever endured! Generally when i say "oww" I might be a tad bit dramatic. When I'm clearly crying from the amount of pain I'm feeling from you removing an ingrown toenail and the skin, STOP! Got a gel manicure and I felt rushed to choose a color. As any female knows, choosing a color is the most crucial part of any manicure. No issue when it came to the actual manicure. As soon as I moved to get my pedicure done, the owners husband (the only guy in there) put my feet in scolding hot water. I toughened up and told him it was fine. I said that I had ingrown nails on both my big toes. When he got them out, I was fine. BUT HE KEPT DIGGING! Soooooooo much pain! Tears, cringing, and screams of pain wasn't enough to stop him. Limped the whole way home (live across the street). 4 days later, and my toes are still swollen and has puss coming out both sides. My left big toe worse than right. I'm beyond worried to the point my husband feels compelled to take me to the hospital. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being tortured. read more

I don't get my nails done too often and let them know that so one of the woman offered to help me also gave me suggestions. A man with short hair started off the manicure, not even a hello, he looked annoyed to even be dealing with me and put the fake nails on, did a sloppy job cutting the nails. They were uneven and not shaped well and then he left my hands and got up and left without saying anything, barely acknowledging me. Another woman, the first woman I spoke to, came and continued and she shaped and fixed everything the other guy did and she even showed him and he just brushed it off. The next woman who worked on my nails was nice, but left some spots to be filled in. It was 50 dollars and I'm not from here but for acrylic gel and no design that seems pricey. She had me come in and show her designs I liked that said that any of them would not be a problem to do. She was able to take me in after hours to do my nails. I've been going here on and off a few months. Love it. I rarely do 5 stars hence the 4 but they always do a good job. I get the no chip mani for under $30 which is cheaper than just about anywhere else. The ladies are nice and if a nail looks slightly off they offer to fix it. Need a good nail job, go here. read more

This place is simply HORRIBLE! This is not my first time at this place- every time has been a bad experience. But I kept going thinking perhaps they were just having a bad day and I didn't want to give a negative review based on one experience. I was wrong!! Just went in today and the picture says it all. Firstly, I just wanted to remove fake gel nails and get a basic mani and pedi, the owner kept trying to up-sell me, which I found annoying. I know what I want and I'm not trying to be told otherwise. No thanks! Then, the nail tech guy did an ok job on pedi (hence the one star rating), but the mani was horrible because he left gel/glue from the gel nails on my nails and my nails are bumpy as you can see. He didn't seem to care or notice. I couldn't believe my eyes. Never going back again. I shouldn't have to point out the very obvious- places like this enrage me! Yuck! read more

I have tried to be loyal because I love fawn, but unfoutnetly one day Fawn was not there and they gave me one of the newer employees. He ripped my nail off with a cuticle clipper.. painted over the bloddy toe and as that's not bad enough he put my sandles on after painting smudging all my toes and ruined my sandles.. the paint on my sandles was had enough but the acetone took the finish off of my nice sandles (he did all this in 5 mins) I thought I was on candid camera.. not once did they apologize.. I told Gina (the owner) this was not acceptable and she literally repainted my bloody toenails again, and still took my money and told me to leave before they were dry. I will never go back there again. My mother was going to them since the beginning every 2 weeks and this is how she treated me? Bad business... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! read more

My sister and her friend have been going here for years. She finally dragged me to get my first ever pedicure. They are wonderful! The chairs are so comfy, it is a very clean place and they did a great job. My sister always asks for the owner (I forgot her name) and I had her husband. They both did a terrific job on the two of us. We also went to get our nails done for my sisters wedding. They did a special effect on her nails with design and beads. It was just beautiful. I am a plain jane and never get my nails done, but for her wedding I did and I really really liked it! It lasted weeks even after doing dishes and other household things. It was not acrylic, just a no chip manicure. We also have had our eye brows done here and they did a good job on that too. We never make appointments, just walk in. The owners have changed since the last post in 2009. The new owners are very nice, their services are great and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I've walked in many times without an appointment and they were always ready to assist me without waiting too long. Their prices are very reasonable and they have always done a nice job on my hands and feet. I love their massage therapy chairs they have you sit in while getting a pedicure. I have been going here for a few months since my old place stopped doing acrylics. They are always friendly, they do a wonderful job on my nails, and they have a great price! I just got my nails done "Gatsby-style" for my Halloween costume and they look amazing. I was a real pain too since I had a picture on my phone that I wanted my nails to look like. We looked over all the nail polishes together and picked the one that best fit. We figured out how best to shape my nails so I liked them but still had the 20's flair to them. I will never go to this place again! I just got home from there and I have to say this was one of the worst manicures and pedicures I have ever gotten. I had some young girl doing my nails and by the way she did them it could very well have been her first time doing anyone's nails. She cut both my toes and fingers multiple times. She would check her phone constantly and stop what she was doing with me to text someone back. And not to mention her hands were so clammy it was absolutely disgusting. The lady who did them didn't ask how I like them at all and took it upon herself to do my nails however she liked them! Each and every one of my nails with crooked and extra extra thick! When I went to their salon today a man had started on my nails. He filed them uneven along with when cutting my cuticles he cut my thumb and pulled on my skin. When he started to paint my nails he was legit all over the place. I stopped him and requested someone new to paint. When the lady came over there she had the worst attitude and didn't really care that he had cut me. Later on the barely put oil on my nails and didn't even give me the massage towards the end of the manicure. On top of that I paid full price for a manicure that was crappy. read more

I went there once just for a nail polish change and they painted my nails worse then if I were to, after I told them someone stepped in to fix it. I am not sure if he was new but a month later I come back and got the "new guy" again for a pedicure and manicure and after 1 hour plus of in the broken chair I decided to cancel my manicure pay and leave. I'm visiting my family from California and I went here to get a basic manicure because my mom said they were really good. My mom is a regular customer of theirs to get her acrylics. I got the manicure, paid 15 dollars with tip, and all was well. Not even 12 hours later, every single nail of mine was chipping and peeling off, as if I had on peel off nail polish. I was a bit upset about it so I called them to see what they could do. Obviously I did not want a manicure again based on what happened to my nails, so I asked them if I could just have a full set of acrylics, and they apply a refund of the manicure towards the full set. They said absolutely not, the most they could take off was 5 dollars. I paid 15 for a crap manicure that peeled off within 12 hours, and It's not like I was cooking or doing dishes or anything that would cause that to happen. I asked them nicely once again, and told them I felt that it was unfair since I just paid 15 dollars for nothing, all I wanted was a full set, and for them to apply a refund towards that. Again, NO. Well guess what? THey lost me as a customer. That is really bad customer service. I just couldn't believe it! It's a shame, with this economy, they would rather loose a customer rather than make them happy. I was going to spend more money, take my sister there, etc. Oh, by the way: The place was completely empty. No customers. Now I know why. read more

My friend goes to this place religiously, and I just moved to a house down the road so I gave them a try. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and I was the first customer there. I was greeted right away by two people who seemed like owners or managers because they were very polished, dressed nice, and had stations right by the door. They guided me to a seat in the back and I waited a few moments. Finally this TINY scrawny man who looked scared to death came to my station and sat down. I tried not to judge based on appearances...but I was PISSED. There is no one else there yet and they stick me with this guy?!? Worst first impression ever. This man was sooooooooooo slow, it took him almost 15 minutes just to drill off my no-chip polish (shouldn't take more than 5 minutes). Then at one point, he lost control of the drill and it cut deep into my cuticle. I started bleeding and had to get up to rinse my finger. I was appalled that there was at least 4 other techs in the salon and they stuck me with the new guy. It's not like they were even busy with other clients that morning!!! Needless to say, my gel fill appointment was at 9:30am and I left at 11am. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I have gone to this nail salon several times. This salon is very CLEAN and that is very important to me. I have been in salons that I almost walked out of due to being nasty and cluttered. The guy that usually does my pedi and mani and my no chip nails is very kind and does not rush to get you out. He takes pride in his work and does his best which is a great job to me. I leave there very pleased. Now, I totally understand about the other review about the children being in the salon. I think it's very unprofessional to allow your children to roam around in the shop and around the customers. It can be distracting and most people are there to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. But, this is a minor concern and not a big problem for me. As far as I'm concerned, this is the BEST nail salon around and I have been to at least 6-7 since I've lived in this area. read more

A friend & myself went in for mani/pedis. We will never be returning. The water was filthy that they put our feet in. It looked like dead skin & lint floating around. When the lady shaved off the dead skin she threw it in the water instead of on the towel like it's usually done. The water was freezing. She got nail polish on my friends phone and hands. I had a mani with a clear coat, there was still dirt under my nails. She cut my finger. The services were quick & not of quality. When we were drying out nails, there was a pile of used flip flops & toe dividers right under us. The place is dirty & the service was very disappointing. read more

i went here for the first time the other day. worst manicure/pedicure ive ever had. they didnt even paint my whole nail and the polish is thin on parts. definitely am not happy. they were in a rush to get me and my 2 girlfriends out as soon as possible. both of their manicures are already chipping after a few hours. i definitely will not be returning here read more
