Really friendly staff and super clean. The service has always been great. Never have any issues with my No-chip coming off. My ONLY issue that I have now is the new Pedicure set up they have. It seems like in an attempt to make the salon more aesthetically pleasing they changed out the massage chairs and basins. I get that they were somewhat dated but the new chairs (while they look good) are uncomfortable to sit for the pedicure in. Additionally, part of the benefit in going to a salon is for a little self-pampering (the massage from the chair) and now that small bit is gone :( read more

Staff is very friendly, but their no chip manicures doesn't last more than 5 days. I got mine done on Friday. The nail polish started chipping the following Wednesday. I've gotten no chip manicures many times and this has never happened before. read more

I had been told to try them by several people with very fun nails. So I decided to give them a try. From the moment I called, they were friendly and inviting. You can't call for an appt. You have to book online. Once that was set up, it was a breeze. I was paired with Desha and my daughter had Cassie. I told her what I liked but wanted her to be fun and creative. She made my nails beautiful. She seemed extremely happy to be there. The owner addressed my by name and truly seemed interested in seeing the design we had chose. My daughter has short nails. Everyone in the past told her she couldnt have a design for that reason. She left smiling from ear to ear today. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying their job. In town to see family, didn't feel like driving to the city to my favorite nail place so booked my first no chip mani and reg pedi since covid. The salon is nice and clean and my technician was super sweet but i could tell immediately it wasn't going to be a good pedicure. She used this flimsy nail file and I had to ask her to clean under my nails multiple times. Had to ask her to shape and re-file. The photos will show she missed painting the sides/top of nails. Didn't clean up my cuticles. I didn't want to have the same experience with my mani so said I had to leave. $30 + 20% tip (I never give shitty tips even if the service sucks). The owner was upset I cancelled my mani and said she would typically charge a cancellation fee Perhaps the five star reviews are for the manicures but wouldn't recommend pedi service. Close to home, got me in for a long-awaited post-lockdown pedi on very short notice, arrived about 10 mins before my appointment time and they took me right away. Nice, modern pedi chairs and sinks, big screen tv and super-friendly staff. I started going here because they are close to home. The owner is very nice and at first the nail tech I was assigned was nice. I had my nails done every two weeks and a pedi done once per month. Then I decided that I wasn't going to continue with my nails for awhile and let them heal. I scheduled my appt with my same nail tech and also scheduled the high-end pedicure with her as well. I was planning to continue those too. You schedule your appts on-line, their techs approve the appts. My tech approved my appts. But when I showed up, I was sent to different, less-experienced techs for the removal as well as the pedi. My nails were a mess! The tech who did my pedi was nice and did a fine job. But guess who was hanging out and wouldn't even look at me when I left - the tech I scheduled with originally. She preferred to do nothing than keep the appts she accepted. I'm not giving them a 1-star because the work was good, until the removal, but the pedis were wonderful. read more

If you're looking for quality customer service and authentic people, this is not the place for you. I came here a few times regularly the past couple months, always pleased with my service. Then, this past set after four days one nail broke and a couple days later I had two nails break as well, all within a week. They've never even lifted before so I knew this meant the technician Ashley did not do her job well that time, even though she knew how to. I had scheduled to get them replaced, without charge, but after the third nail broke I decided I would rather get them removed and not come here anymore, so I rescheduled for a removal, nobody told me it would be a charge when I called. Then, I get there and prior to this experience, I was always greeted at the door with kind words and smiling faces. This time, because they knew I was getting a removal for a fucked up set, they didn't even look at me and said "wash your hands and sit". So, I ask for a refund on my set, as she did not do her job well and was obviously lazy with her work for my set. They denied me a refund and told me I would have to pay for my removal. It is unacceptable to pay 48 for a set that you expect to last AT LEAST 2 weeks, and not get refunded when THREE nails break within a week, not to mention it's a 40 minute drive for me and when I mentioned that they seemingly gave no fucks. Weak service, only care about money. P.S. THEY DON'T WEAR MASKS. THEY DON'T SANITIZE STATIONS AFTERWARDS. I'VE STILL NEVER SEEN A SERVICE PROVIDER WASH HER HANDS. read more

Where do I begin? First, they have no sign where they are located. It was in a strip mall and you had to come across the shop. I had to call to figure out where they were. I'm not one to write reviews this one deserves one. I went to a new salon to get acrylics for my wedding come up, I wanted to try them. My friends recommended this women (Kristy). Also, they had good reviews. I made this appointment weeks ago because she's so booked. I wanted acrylics to try them out and have them for the shower which was the next day and my wedding a month later. I get there at 1:50 my appointment is at 2pm. Everyone's super nice. I don't mind waiting but she took me 25 mins after my scheduled time. I sit down she goes you have no chip on I said "yes".. She goes that's a problem I can't take you. Excuse me?! You can't take me because you made me sit here 25 mins when my no chip could have been soaked off. I was willing to even come back. She said I had to make an appointment to have my no chip taken off and a full set appointment and I only made a full set appointment. Which I have been to plenty of salons in my lifetime and I have never heard of this. She pawns me off to someone else and I was like I only want a no chip now. I needed something for my bridal shower the next day and I didn't feel comfortable getting acrylics by someone I had no idea how there work was. I made this appointment for a specific reason. She said your appointment says full set. Yes my appointment says full set WITH Kristy. I'm picky and don't want the new girl of the salon putting on fakes and then I'm stuck with them or ruin my nails before my wedding. This is why I did it 2 months ahead of schedule. I went to 3 different people. Someone to drill them off, soak them off and then to do my nails. Mind you the girl Kristy I had an appointment with the entire time I was in there was doing her own nails, eating, not with a client. I was in this salon 2 hours!!! I paid $57 bucks for a shitty no chip at the end of the day. I said $57?!? It says $35 she's like you have 2 colors and I needed to remove old polish.... I got a simple color with 2 glitter nails on each hand. I could have chewed them off in the car... if I knew it was an extra charged or walked out. Mind you they don't have a "polish removal charge" it was under another charged when I got rang out. I would highly not recommend this place. Poor business they should have charged me less for an inconvenience. read more
