Although I only got the "Basic" pedicure, the experience and quality was far from bottom tier - quite the opposite! She took such detail to my toes that I've not received before. My manicure (gel fill with French tips) was also immaculate and done with such little error, I was shocked when she finished and they were perfect. This was my first time here and it started out good with a regular pedicure. When I called for the appointment I asked for a dip manicure. She did one layer of half dip on my nails and then said she will do no chip instead and said to trust her. When I paid it was $80 without tip and I asked her for the breakdown in writing and she said I just ask her for the prices and rushed to have me pay. They did not have the service I booked for and then overcharged me for the service I got and brushed me off when asking for the price breakdown. I chose this place for a pedicure based on reviews of nail salons in the area. I am SO glad I picked this one from the others. I was a walk-in; there was a slight hesitation with taking me but the owner realized it would fit in just fine and so I got a seat. They are flexible and efficient. It's a small place; clearly family owned and run. The son started my pedi, the owner did the hard work of removing my ingrown toenails and the daughter finished it off with polish. Also, when she did the actual pedi, she did it with enough pressure i did not burst into laughter. I am very ticklish. My sister and I came to Art Nails for mani/pedis. First time here. Staff/owners very friendly. Maybe a bit expensive. $95 for two basic mani/pedis. One was a french manicure though. Will not go back again because the manicure was very poor. Very little time spent cleaning fingernails or cuticles. I had to ask to have the dirt removed from under my fingernails. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place sucks. I went in for a dip set and a no chip pedicure. The good things are that it was VERY reasonably priced. $90 for both, but that should've been a warning. My toes are still in tact however not even after 16 hours from leaving my two fingers had chips in them. I went to go get them fixed and the owner fixed them free of charge. Now normally when I get dip powder I'm left there for 10-15 to have them dry. At art nails they don't do that. They actually use gel on top of the dip to speed up the process. Then they cure the nails. Not what I'm used to so that was a red flag. After I got my two fingers fixed, the next day another one chipped, and then another and another. I've had these dip nails for 5 days!!!! That's it look at them. Awful. read more

I was heading out for a vacation and decided I really wanted to have a pedicure and Art Nails had some excellent ratings on yelp so that seems like a great place to try. It's an understated family driven business, and I love that. I don't need anything frilly I just need good service and good quality product. I made appointment ahead of time, just in case they were busy, and they were ready for me when I walked in. They had just started filling the water for my soak. I had a pedicure with a massage and hot stones, and the young man who did the majority of the pedicure was very conscientious about checking to make sure, everything was just right. He was checking the temperature of the water temperature and of the stones, the pressure of the massage, etcetera. Overall, he did a great job with all of those things. The owner came over, and I did my cuticles, and it was great. Sometimes people are too aggressive for my tastes as they trim and do the cuticles, but her touch was perfect. Overall, I can't complain at all about the pedicure experience at all. I was a tad disappointed that, after only six days several of my nails are chipping next to the nail bes. This is unusual for me, as typically , I can go three weeks without any major issues. In this case, with the location of the chip, I'm going to have to take the polish off or repaint that nail. This was my first trip here, and although I had a great experience while sitting in the chair, I was less than thrilled with the product longevity. With that said, I will go back the next time I need a pedicure to give them another chance as perhaps this was an abnormality. read more

I came here simply because my nail technician(in which I love) left her old nail salon (Leann Nails) that's right up the street. I don't know much about management. All I know is that... where ever Stephanie goes I will go. I adore her. She is the cuticle queen! If you like the cleanest cuticles & want to feel your toes being cleaned to the core she is the person. The massages Stephanie gives is fabulous! I like that, she isn't happy unless you are happy. Customer service is #1 priority. If you don't like something she will fix it until you are satisfied. I appreciate her honesty, & opinions. She has taken both my toe nails and finger nails to another level. It's taken years for me to find someone I am content with "all the time" so I am glad I gave her my #, because I would have been devastated had I not known her new location. I'm not keen on the salon set up or their equipment as I was used to the set up from the other salon, Leann nails. But due to the fact she is not there any longer I will not go back. I have went to a couple of different nail places after I lost my nail tech. I am thankful that my friend suggested Art Nails. They are friendly and I have never had such a great pedicure in all my life. You have to go just to try the pedicure, I don't think you will find another place that does all the little "extra's" they do. I also get my nails done and it is the first place that will also give me a hand message when I am getting a fill (most places I have been to only give the hand messages with manicures). They are also very clean and once you become a regular customer they assign you a box that has all your files in it so they aren't using "general" files on you. Great place. read more
