I've been going to Eden for a long time. Their service slowly has worsened. They are nice people but they have been hurting me with every pedicure saying "no pain, no beauty". The last appointment she pulled so hard on some skin by my toenail, it bled. I'm diabetic and that can lead to severe infections. That never should have happened. They are not podiatrists. Had a 1030a appt and was called at 955a to ask us to come early. We did. Our pedicures were routine but, felt sloppy. My tech dripped several drops that she somewhat cleaned. I included a picture that shows the smear on my skin. I also posted the jagged tops. I know i can get the polish off now I am home but i shouldn't have to. I went here for the first time today, service was awesome, I didn't have to go wait. Jimmy gave me the classic pedicure. $35. He was thorough with the calf and foot massage. My nails came out great. He was friendly and patient with my ticklish feet. Then Tati(spelling?) game time some almond acrylics. She did a great job. She really paid attention to detail and when I asked her to fix a little bump on one, did so quickly, going on to check the rest to ensure there wasn't the same issue twice. Acrylic nails cost $55. Not sure if there was an extra cost for shaping. They were talking about it but I asked for pricing before I told her I wanted them shaped so that was my bad. Will be back! read more

I had a great experience this past Sunday with a manicure and pedicure. The owner was great and it was probably the best pedicure I've ever had. The environment was extremely clean, plastic shields at every station, new tools, and only a couple customers are allowed by appointment only at one time. Between each customer they clean all equipment and everywhere a customer might have touched. When you arrive there is a waiver to sign and a quick temperature check as well. To start off, I'd just like to say this was the WORST salon experience I've ever had. And I've been to many. It was almost 2 hours for what felt like barely nothing done and less than what I came in for. I made an appointment and specifically stated I wanted 2 mani/pedis. One with a no chip and one without polish. The man who answered knew what I wanted and he claimed the appointment was made. I get to the salon and they seemed very eager to start right away, which was nice. However, I noticed there were only 3 people staffed with way more people than they could handle. The woman was very nice and started with the pedicure for my friend right away while I was just sitting there the whole time waiting. The pedicure did not seem thorough at all and went very fast. She didn't take the appropriate time to care for the pedicure she was doing. Another woman then started with my nails for a no-chip. She did do a pretty decent job, no complaints there. Went pretty quick also. This all while my friend is STILL waiting for the manicure. The woman who was supposed to do my pedicure was working on another person and she told me to take off my nail polish for my toes MYSELF. Never have I ever been told to do that myself at a salon where I'm paying them to do it for me. I finally sat down for my pedicure only to realize she was only doing a color change and not a pedicure. She was going back and forth with me and another person she was doing a manicure for. This was all happening as my friend was STILL waiting for the manicure. We decided just to leave at that point. They were really busy and we didn't even ask for the manicure after all. My time is valuable and I did NOT expect to be there that long for the awful service that we got. I just want the staff to be aware that you should NOT book appointments that you have no room for going forward. It was very UNPROFESSIONAL and I will NEVER be returning to this salon again. read more

My normal nail lady was out of town so I decided to go here for a mani/pedi. The person who did my pedi was amazing, but when it came time to do my nail I don't know what went wrong. The salon only had 2 other people in it and the man that did my nails was obviously rushing. I got acrylics. Didn't size my nails correctly even though I told him how long multiple time, he didn't file them evenly even after I told they were not even, having him try to fix it so many times made me late for work. I call the next morning and spoke to the same man that did my nails and when I was telling him how I was upset about my nails and I wanted him to correct them he refused and kept interrupting me when I was talking saying they were fine. I went in to try a new place Since it was close to my house. I walked in and said I wanted a fill. They told me to sit down. I said I need to pick my color first because I am NOT doing a no chip. The woman (I believe her name was Kathy) said 'it's ok you can pick from the sample bc it's all the same'. I pick my color and zone out. As she's painting I realize she's using no-chip. I stop and tell her I specifically said TWICE I did not want a no-chip since it's acrylic. She said 'no problem I won't charge you'. Well, I realized when I get home that she INDEED charged me for she no chip. THREE times this was discussed and I was charged. I came here For the first time 3 years ago for my prom nails. I showed them a picture of the shape I wanted and was executed perfectly! I remember I tried a different nail salon the year after that and was disappointed in their lack of shaping skills/ artistry. When I came back today I was once again very pleased with the acrylics! The shaping was on point as well as the service. They don't talk to you very much unless you start a conversation, which is what I prefer. I love my nails! My daughter and I had a pedicure appointment for 3pm today. We sat up front for 10 minutes and then were directed to chairs. Where we sat for ANOTHER 25 minutes with no one saying a word to us. But when we got up to leave they all said "Only five more minutes".... We were not inclined to believe them. And won't waste our time there again. Customer service is def 4 stars. But the work on my nails was horrible . I only get fake nails if my real nails break short. I prefer no chip manicures. However in this case I got gel nails with no chip polish. I typically like the almond shape, but decided to get the coffin shape. Especially since I was being charged extra money . 1st nail salon to charge me. Anyhow the shape was completely uneven. The polish job was thick. The gel tip powder was put on very thin. I can literally bend my nail. & if anyone has ever gotten acrylic or gel nails with no chip polish knows there's no way you should be able to bend the nail. I expressed my dislike. In hopes she can redeem herself, but she kept reassuring me the way she did it will look most natural and nice. I really liked the older lady, maybe the shape I chose wasn't her expertise. After she finished & I Pointed out the errors she took $3 off. It was nice of her, but I was seeking correction, not a discount. Now I hv to find a spot who can reshape them back to my almond shape. I go here periodically because I don't do my nails super often, but their prices are great and so is their service. Every time I go somewhere else I'm kind of disappointed. Everyone is always nice here and they like to laugh and have fun. Very professional and sweet. I recently paid for a no-chip manicure at a fancy spa and it cost me 3x as much and was sloppy and it chipped in a day. I'm looking at my no chip from Eden right now and I'm happy every time I see my nails. They were done with such care and precision and look awesome. Also, Cindy is like the happiest lady ever. Chop shop. Not cool how they go to town on your nails with the drill. Left my nail beds so weak and damaged. The application of the white tips was great, but his ability to properly fill left gaps on the sides, as well as acrylic under the nails that became such a problem for the two weeks I had them on. Didn't know what they were doing and never spoke in English. Rushed me and did a horrible job. After I found out Michelle left I never went back. I found out their was a new owner. The first time I came here it was good and I had no problems. This time I am FURIOUS. I had an appt. for 1:00, my mom and I got there 10 minutes early to pick our color and had no problem waiting. We walked in and the lady said "you have 10 min to wait you're too early" so that was rude. Then she started working on me AND my mom WHILE WORKING ON ANOTHER WOMAN STILL. she was working on all 3 of us for a few minutes. My mom and I both picked a sparkly no chip color so she told us to pick a base coat to have for under the sparkle-no problem, that's fine. My mom picked a dark green sparkle but there was no dark green base color so we picked what was closest. The woman said NOTHING was wrong with the color combination between base coat and sparkle coat. Then when she was nearly done with my moms nails she goes "this base coat is too light it doesn't look good" WHY DIDN'T SHE SAY THAT BEFORE SHE PAINTED HER NAILS. SHE KNOWS BETTER. now my mom, who rarely splurges on herself to get her nails done, is stuck paying $30 for no chip that even the nail tech said "this looks bad". Then she had the nerve to say "you picked the wrong color" like not our fault it's hers who knows better. They were getting busy and you can tell based on their frantic working that it was not the best job done on our nails as well. NOT coming back and NO TIP FOR SURE. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A DIP MANICURE. The technician did not seem to know what she was doing. The whole point of a dip manicure is not to use UV lights and she had me use it. I'm not sure what top coat she used but it didn't even last the weekend before my nails started to peel. I've had regular manicures last longer, such a waste of $40. read more

This was my salon for quite a while, but in the last year or so it had gotten dirty and there seemed to be new technicians every time I went back. They finally got a wonderful tech who stayed for just a little and then quit. I stopped going there after that but then heard they were under new management. I went in there last week and the salon has been cleaned up. The new owner is very pleasant and said he wants to continue improving the shop. I've come back to Eden nails because they do a really good job. I am super picky with my nails and they are so nice and polite and do exactly what I want. I've had a pedicure and no-chip manicures and all were done really well and lasted a long time. Every time I come I've brought friends and they are impressed with work of the nail techs here. They do welcome walk-ins but it is better to make appointments because they will honor those first before walk-ins, which is exactly what someone should expect; that's good business etiquette. read more

I started going there about 2 years ago.Non chip manicure it's somethinh they will push on you even it is not good option for everyone.I know they are making more money on this but they shoul advise to do regular manicure after few non cheap. In last few months service got worse-I had to go back 2 times to complain about my non chip manicure/it took only 4 days for 3 of them to peeled/.I also went for a regular manicure very recently and 2 DAYS later had a problem with nail polish.I was told by the shop owner and technician this is normal!!!They did not even a credit for my next visit or redo my regular manicure.I will never go back!!! read more
