Good service all the nail tech are very friendly ,and helpful.my nail tech do the best job on my nails,I love my nails a lot ,I will be back

This salon is amazing. Updated and clean with staff that make you feel welcomed. Peter has been my go to nail tech for 7+ years. Every experience has been phenomenal to the point I count down days to my next appointment. Their massage chairs are out of this world and a definite stress reliever. I'm not in the area but it's worth the drive to know that each mani/pedi will be exceptional. read more

I've been here a few times and now come regularly. Everyone is always so friendly and attentive, and they consistently do such a great job on my nails. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I'm always happy with how my nails turn out. Highly recommend! read more

HORRIBLE I decided to give this salon a chance under the new ownership since I had been a customer when the previous owners were there. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very disappointing. While a few of the staff members were pleasant, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I witnessed employees discussing customers in front of other clients, particularly when someone asked for a correction or was unhappy with something. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and made me uncomfortable being there. Unfortunately, I was also unhappy with the service I received. The person who did my nails did not provide the level of professionalism or customer service I expected. I gave the new ownership a fair chance, but based on my experience, I won't be coming back. read more

I was in the area and decided to stop by Icon Nails after calling them and finding out that they were able to take me in right away for a gel manicure. All of the staff were so friendly and it was a nice environment that was clean throughout! Luna did my nails and she was so sweet and friendly! She was frequently asking if everything looked okay throughout and would check in if I was experiencing any discomfort. Overall a great experience and I would definitely continue to come back to this nail salon. read more

I used to come here when it was under the previous owners, so I decided to give it a try with the new owners. Some of the staff were nice; however, others were unfriendly and would talk about customers while they were getting their nails done, especially when asked to fix or change something. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The person who worked on my nails was unprofessional. I will not be returning. read more

First time customer and was really happy with my service! I came in since I saw great reviews online and they did not disappoint. Alissa did my pedicure and acrylic fill and did such a wonderful job. She was so sweet and took extra time to work on ingrown toenails and relieved my pain. My nails look beautiful and I feel very relaxed. Thank you! read more

Best nails salon hands down! Beautiful set up and everyone there is top notch ! Beautiful work and great service! 5 stars!!

If you are searching for a new nail salon in Roselle, look no further. Icon Nails (under new management) is it! I've followed my technician, Lily, of 4 years to this new location because her work is simply the best. She is extremely friendly and takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. My nails are always durable and never break, which was hard for me to find elsewhere. They have a huge collection of colors and she does the best dip nails I have ever had. It's wonderful to see this family-owned business open up--they are all so kind and professional. Highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Sim gave me an amazing service. As a first time customer I would definitely say I will come back. My nails look very simple but the way my nails looked when I first came in... they were broken and brittle and I thought I'd have to go extremely short to even them out but Sim made a way to shape them really nice. He also give the best foot massage! read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars, it still would be too much. The audacity this salon had to pull the nonsense they did today is absolutely unacceptable. They communicated one price over the phone and after I got there and got done (after waiting 55 mins when they said 20 mins wait), they decided to fight about a few mere dollars. The level of cheapness was something I have never experienced. To fight over $8-10 overall and lose customers is beyond my comprehension. What made this whole thing worse is they literally planned this conversation before doing it, in Vietnamese. For me, it was about the principle. These people lack any and all. Never again. read more

This is my go to, tried and true nail salon. Always helpful, always kind, no jibber jabber that makes me feel uncomfortable or self conscious of my severely neglected feet! read more

Wonderful service, great pedicure. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait! Will definitely return.

Very nice technicians but it was actually the worse mani/pedi I've ever had. Feet were still dry as they barely used moisturizer on my actual feet and they did not do a great job removing dead/dry skin. I appreciated that they did not whip out the grater but I felt they could have done a better job. As for my hands, no hand massage, no moisturizer and after drying I noticed polish on my skin in several nails. One of the techs fixed them and I mentioned not getting a massage or moisturizer but? Nothing. I also realized they do not use the plastic pedicure covers in the pedi bowls for better sanitation. Saw one tech cleaning it out with a sponge and then putting that sponge in a drawer to be used again. Just kinda gross. No sanitation solution or disinfection solution was used. Just popped a new towel on and ready for the next client. UPDATE: I stated facts on what I saw & experienced. Perhaps you need to re-read my review. No where did I say that moisturizer was not used for my pedicure. I said barely. I NEVER told my tech I did not have time for lotion or massage that's just a flat out not true. If you are referring to the tech who fixed my nails after I already sat under the lamp for 10 minutes before noticing the polish all over my hands? Then I was misunderstood. According the Illinois State Board of Professional Regulations section 1175. c) Pedicure Equipment Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedures The following procedures, as developed by the International Nail Technicians Association, shall be followed for all pedicure equipment, such as whirlpool pedicure foot spas, self-contained foot basins, sinks and pedicure bowls: 1) After each client: A) Drain all water from the foot spa, pedicure basin or bowl; B) Clean the interior surfaces and walls of the foot spas or basin with soap or detergent to remove all visible debris; rinse with clean, clear water; C) Disinfect by spraying the interior surface of the foot basin or bowl with either an EPA-registered disinfectant (demonstrated bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal activity used according to manufacturer's instructions) or 10% bleach solution; and D) Wipe dry. That was not done. That is a FACT. Although you may have felt personally affected by my review this was a review of your business. If you see my profile, I have only written positive reviews so I am not in a habit of being dishonest or bashing businesses. Next time you decide to respond to a review accusing the client of not stating facts you might want to think a bit more about that. read more

Went there for the first time, they were all very kind and willing to make sure to be attentive to our requests. We made an appointment, which I am glad we did bc there were many walk ins while we were there. Kriztina was very nice and did a great job on my dip! I'll go back, for sure! read more

I am so pleased. I went here about a year ago and got a mani pedi that literally chipped within two days. I swore I would never go back. My mom just went two months ago to hear there was NEW OWNERS. She said that they were good so I had to check it out! It was amazing! I get my acrylics done here every two weeks and the same guy does them. Qyuen was amazing! Every single time he takes his sweet time and makes sure I am happy too! He checks with me on length, size, shape, color before completing all my nails. I have fell in love with this place and will soon try a pedicure! THANK YOU NEW OWNERS. read more

Within a day of manicure my nails started peeling. I then looked closer and you could see very distinctly two separate coats of polish. My feet were peeling within 3 days. What a waste of money. This was also done day before vacation!! read more

My nails turned out exactly how I requested and didn't have to ask for much, my shape turned out perfect and they offer a large selection of color polishes and powders. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing especially after a day of chaos, after all you do come here to relax. The salon is a classic and very clean. I went in for a simple full set acrylics, and the young man who worked with me had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I was there for a total of 2.5 hours yesterday. And also he did not bother to ask me what length I wanted even after I showed him a picture of what I had in mind. Very weak service. Definitely would not go back. I will include what I asked for , and what I got. read more

Took my kids for their first nail salon experience. We didn't plan it and walked in near closing. They happily started a full acrylic set on my teenager and were very efficient and kind. Good conversation (and not too much) personable, nails look amazing. Did a quick polish on my preteen at closing which put us out over their normal closing time and no one batted an eyelash. Usually if you're near closing shops will turn you away. They were very accommodating and sweet. My kids laughed and had a great first experience. Shop was clean and had a million nail choices--especially for teens. He helped her decide length, shape, etc. so pleased, we will always be back Thank you so much! read more

I had been a regular customer for over a year until one bad experience. Today I stopped in for a no chip manicure on a whim and was absolutely blown away. The salon has had a major face lift and I'm fairly confident the business is under new management because I didn't recognize a single tech. My experience was phenomenal and I was in and out within an hour. On my way out of the door, I was given a hand scrub as a holiday gift. Thank you Vicky and your team, I will be back very soon! read more

I have been searching for a nail place for years until i finally came across this place! Such an amazing and friendly staff. Such great people! I have become so close to them every time i go in we give life updates! Not only are they the best people but this is the place to go for anything you need done. Pedicures, manicures, acrylics, no chip, everything i've gotten done here they have never disappointed me with the results. Especially Quyen, he always leaves my nails perfect before i walk out the door. I absolutely, highly highly recommend this place before anywhere else!! read more

I was looking for a new salon that does pink and white gel manicures, as it is hard to find anyone that does them, let alone does them well. Well, I have found that salon! Icon Nails & Spa - Look how horrible this french pedicure is. - Nail Salons Near Me - Roselle, Illinois

My sister and I recently went here for pedicures because it was near my step-dad's house. It was just ok. Nothing awful, but the staff wasn't friendly at all and the place was dead. The one woman who did my toes left as soon as I was under the dryer and the salon was not near closing time. I didn't even get to tip her. I also had to stand at the register awkwardly before the other gentleman (who also had his coat on like he was ready to leave) realised I was trying to pay them. read more

This is not the same TK nails. They are under new management and have all new techs. The place is very clean but the service is horrible! Do not waste your time or money!! I went in for a manicure and I wanted my nails cut down and the tech did not want to do it he kept asking if I was sure. I think that I would know what I want. The way he cut them we're not even and he kept catching my skin in the clippers. He didn't work on my cuticles, no lotion or hand massage after he was done. Total time was under 10 mins. Sloppy job, lazy tech don't waste your time or money! Educate your staff TK management!! Especially since you took over a ship that has been around for years with a loyal clientele read more
