Friendly and did a great job on my nails. Took her time with my pedicure and even massaged for so long I loved it! The inside was a bit run down and there isn't even a sign outside? Hmm. Not a huge deal but cleanliness seemed concerning sadly, otherwise this place would be my go to. Using same files and tools on diff people. And the cheese grater foot thing wasn't really washed after she used it on me and the other lady rinsed them all and just put them back? Gross. Bummer! read more

I just want to start off saying I had a horrible experience before this at a different salon in the area and Relax Nails totally took care of me. I didn't catch the woman's name that did my nails but it is the best nail experience I've ever had. I love how small and intimate this place is, I loved the feeling, and MY NAILS are beautiful. I only came here because I'm temporarily working in the area,but I will definitely make a trip when it's time for a new set. So happy I found this place! read more

I booked for a soak off acrylic and no chip and left with more than half the acrylic still on my nails and an uneven no chip manicure. She forgot to do a second coat of color on my right hand and also forgot the top coat. Before she applied the polish I asked if she could take all the acrylic off because I only wanted my natural nails with gel polish. She put foil over three nails and then said that the acrylic was off all the other nails. I don't know how she forgot a second coat of polish as well as a top coat. read more

This became our favorite place after our first visit, and we went back several times. We always make appointments because we have tight schedules. We usually have to wait a few minutes, but today the wait was 55 minutes. They said 2 employees are out today, but they took our phone number when we scheduled and should have called to reschedule. I've been going here for a long time, manicures, pedicures, waxing. Waxing: they do a great job, always, reasonable and competitive prices. Manicures/Pedicures: Occasionally when the place is full, I feel like they are rushing. I prefer to go when it's more relaxed and not full. My regular manicure doesn't last well, I'm rough on my nails and a lot of water which doesn't help. I just got my first "No chip", hoping it lasts much better. Again, reasonable and competitive prices. The folks who work here are very friendly and welcoming to me. My older son even got his nails trimmed and filed before. He's very sensitive and he was comfortable and says he'll do it again. Occasionally my boys will come wait while I get an eyebrow wax. The employees are genuinely friendly and kind to the boys, to me, and I've never seen them be any different to anyone else. read more

It pains me to write this. I'm easy going to a fault finding it hard to speak up when I'm unhappy but this experience was so unbelievably ignorant. I could tell the two ladies that were doing mine and my daughter's nails were trying to figure out if she was a boy or a girl. She has shortish curly hair, was wearing a mask (obviously), and doesn't wear anything extremely feminine aside from a necklace. One of the ladies finally asked if she was my daughter to which I replied yes. She then proceeded to laugh SO loud and playfully hit my leg as one would do when you share a memorable moment with a friend and turned towards the other lady to make sure she heard what I said. She even repeated, "daughter," while shaking her head so as to confirm her surprise. I could only stare at her with "are you kidding me you ignorant bitch?" eyes. How could anyone with common sense think that mistaking someone's gender is a joke?! I really couldn't believe she seriously found it funny and was outwardly laughing expecting me to join in with her?! Clearly these people need common sense etiquette training. If our feet weren't already in the middle of being worked on I would've walked out. So rude, so ignorant, so close minded and so old-fashioned. read more
