Visited here for a regular pedi on a Sunday. I called first and found out they had no waiting, so I hustled and got there about 15 minutes after they opened and sat right down. I'm not a big nail salon kind of gal. Pedicures take awhile and that's time that I don't always have, so I was glad to find a place open on Sunday that other yelpers like. My technician was very quiet, but that's ok, I was relaxing and enjoying not having to make small talk. My toes look great and that's exactly what I was looking for! I'm not sure if they have incense burning there, but there is a strong (not like other salons) odor when you walk in. At first I thought someone was smoking a cigarette. I've been told I have a sensitive nose, so maybe you won't notice it. When it came time to pay, I did not see the CASH ONLY FOR TIPS sign until after I tipped on my card. (I know this is the trend, but it was a Sunday morning!). My technician didn't really say anything about it until after she rang me up. I apologized and promised next time it wouldn't be an issue. The service was great and my nails turned out ok (I showed a picture of what I wanted and it was similar) the customer service was great, we got to talk to their teenage daughter most of the time. Well! This place which I frequent at least 4-6 weeks for a clean up which would take them no more than 30 mins and paid full price on no chip clear with appointment made and confirmed a day before. Say no more I will never step foot in this place as they are the most un loyal salon that I specifically visit owner after owner. I called late on a Sunday afternoon to see if they could take me for a mani/pedi. From the moment that the phone was picked up I knew that this would be a good experience. They welcomed me right away and while I picked my color the pedi tub was filled. I sat down and started the massage chair up and within five minutes or so the spa like experience was underway! The small talk was nice, the technique was impeccable. My fingers and toes haven't see a nail salon since the pandemic and it was not a pretty start, but it was definitely a pretty end! The New Owner is Paulwah. She is very good with mani and Pedi. She is also good with microbladding. Very friendly . She bought this salon from previous owner Tammy officially since this October. The salon was remodeled and replaced with almost everything new. Complementary coffee is also served. One of the tech, her name is NaNa. She is always my go-to person since she was at other Salon. I am so glad that she joined to Paulwah's place. She always provide an extra nail design with reasonable price which no other salon usually did. Very patient as well.
