The cost was well worth it (hot towel and massage after the foot treatment and color application)! Everything was very clean inside the salon. They used brand new items (opened in front of me), changed gloves multiple times and had clean tools. Ling Ling, my manicurist, was very nice and did a great job! The massage chairs and music were also nice and chill. I enjoyed my hour of me-time! Will definitely be back and possibly try some other services.

The room you go into has classical music playing, a Velcro towel that you put on yourself before the facial and there's a small lamp in the corner that provides just enough light to make you feel relaxed. I bought my boyfriend and I a month tanning package, to get a base before going on a cruise. I have medium to dark skin, to start, but being winter wanted a little color. I had tanned several times before tanning in their big bed. The one that when you walk in, it's on the right side with sliding doors. The last time I went, I went home took a shower, and I noticed three blisters on my body, my wrist, my breast and the back of my leg. When the fluid drained and opened up I had third degree burns. Some pictures shown :( I had to be put on a prescription burn cream to prevent infection and help healing. This was a week before my cruise. I was instructed NO pool, hot tubs, or ocean! Great vacation. I cleaned three wounds on vacation. Still treating the one on the back of my leg today. I reached out to the owner in tears-- Not only I'm I suffering with third degree burns, but my vacation was destroyed. All that money spent was a waste! I asked for a refund on my packages, which was around $200.00. Nothing more. He refused and instead he offered me other services the salon has to offer! Like I would ever step foot in that building again. He hide behind his store manager and he could have done right by giving me back what I paid that I never used to the fullest. This salon ruined a $5,000.00 cruise vacation, I had planned for eight months. He should be ashamed of himself! I witness with my own eyes the way they treated each child differently, from picking out special nail colors for Grace to not helping my niece, to giving Grace the special light to dry her nails to giving my niece a crappy fan until I spoke to that she wanted that too! It's 2019 people! Let's start treating everyone equally! We are all beautiful in our own ways! I'm so sad I experienced this today but thankful I was there to let my niece know she is beautiful no matter what and made sure she felt that today. Obviously as a mother I would love the compliments for my daughter but today it felt and was different, it didn't feel right that my niece was treated differently by the whole experience!
