I walked in to my appointment with Jillian 4 years ago with bronze/black combo box dye hair and she was honest and forthcoming with me about my "hair journey". She promised I would eventually be blonde if I trusted her. She took all necessary steps to make sure I minimal breakage and was pleased with the results every time!
