She handed each one of us a questionnaire to fill out before we started. After she looked over the questionnaire, she individually gave us recommendations of ways to help problem areas and try to find out where she should concentrate more during the actual massage. Brooke was my esthetician and she took all of the tension that was in my face away. Her hands are so amazingly good I was melting. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and provided incredible service. Brooke was talking me through most of the things she was doing. The room you go into has classical music playing, a Velcro towel that you put on yourself before the facial and there's a small lamp in the corner that provides just enough light to make you feel relaxed. When my stylist said she'd leave at the end of the day because she had clients scheduled, the owner continued yelling at her telling her to get out. Edit: If you notice the timing of the following 5 star reviews, they are in direct response to my post. What I did not add originally but will now is that the owner IS NOT following Covid disinfecting procedures. While I was in the salon, she did not disinfect her station and was blow drying hair.
