It was kind of hard to locate this place because there was no signage to point us in the right direction. But we soon found it (after driving around like idiots for 15 mins). This business isn't located in a stand alone store, but in a building that is shared with other businesses. As we walked in, Kelly greeted us immediately. She handed each one of us a questionnaire to fill out before we started. After she looked over the questionnaire, she individually gave us recommendations of ways to help problem areas and try to find out where she should concentrate more during the actual massage. Once the massage started, I see why this place was rated sooo highly. I came out relaxed and worry free (so did my friend). Go check out this place and see Kelly for a massage you won't regret.

You spoke so negatively about what my friend did to my hair with the layers and color, but what you did was far worse and you charged me significantly more than usual. You assured me that my hair would turn into a dirty blonde shade after a few washes, but instead, it's coppery and orange. The way you styled my front bangs makes no sense, I can't even wear my hair down because it looks ridiculous. I regret feeling guilty about expressing my dislike when you showed me the result at the salon, but I can't continue like this. People keep asking me what happened to my hair. The layers are so uneven and messy that I'm too ashamed to even go outside. I paid $300 for this and I've been crying every single day since I got it done. my hair doesn't blend well with each other at all. It feels even thicker than before. My self-esteem went down drastically and it's taking a toll on me. I've been having to wear it up every single day to try to hide the damage that was done. I deserve a refund.

The way she was treated by the owner is simply shameful. The stylist was not allowed to turn on lights in the back room, plug in her curling irons and was told to limit the use of towels for clients. Within 1/2 hour of my appointment ending, my stylist was calling me for help to move out. The owner started screaming at her and told her to get out. When my stylist said she'd leave at the end of the day because she had clients scheduled, the owner continued yelling at her telling her to get out. So if you're looking at this hair salon, keep on looking. I guess there is a reason the owner is the only stylist in the shop. If I could give the salon 0 stars I would. Edit: If you notice the timing of the following 5 star reviews, they are in direct response to my post. What I did not add originally but will now is that the owner IS NOT following Covid disinfecting procedures. While I was in the salon, she did not disinfect her station and was blow drying hair. And my stylist was not thrown out of her previous salon, she was looking for a salon that had more space between stations as a way of better protecting herself and her clients.

I'll come in about every 3 weeks, and every time I come in she remembers things from my last visit - that maybe I don't even remember talking about. I love that about her. It makes you feel special, yes, even if it is just during an eyebrow waxing. Meg also offers other services like facials and other skin treatments. So clean and a very hospitable welcome. Came early because I needed an appointment on Friday…read moremorning and everyone knows that becomes a busy time. I needed to beat the weekend press. Had injured a finger slicing earlier in the week and blade had gone through my nail. The healing was quick but the sliced nail kept getting caught on everything, risking further injury. LAM sat down to help. She very skillfully worked around the damaged nail -- she's been doing this for 30 years so she knew exactly what needed to be done when. I needed to have my old gel manicure removed without causing further injury while sanding. She offered me the cotton foil option for removal and understood when I preferred the swift rotary file over the chemical peel. She did a beautiful, delicate job. The hostess offered me a cold water; the facility was so clean I considered adding a pedicure but realized I was short on time for my next appointment. Last minute decided on a different color, similar to Funny Bunny, requiring three coats to even out. Lam gave the kind of expert insights that help when in a bind. Left with beautifully manicured nails for only $40 & tip. Highly recommend. But go early on a Friday bc the appointments it fills up. Plenty of free parking.
