It was kind of hard to locate this place because there was no signage to point us in the right direction. But we soon found it (after driving around like idiots for 15 mins). This business isn't located in a stand alone store, but in a building that is shared with other businesses. As we walked in, Kelly greeted us immediately. She handed each one of us a questionnaire to fill out before we started. After she looked over the questionnaire, she individually gave us recommendations of ways to help problem areas and try to find out where she should concentrate more during the actual massage. Immediately after, I knew I would have to get mine tattoo/tinted because how good it looked. I was very hesitant on where to go because this is permanent, and its on my face.. FINALLY after looking for the right person, I found Robyn at Ink & Arch, and I am SO glad I did. Robyns work is so beyond what this review can describe. From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. I no longer needed to do that because the color added so much fullness and boldness to my lips so I decided to skip out on the fillers. I am so happy with my decision! This is still the best deal for your…read moremoney in the area, and although the weekend hours aren't always the most convenient, you will get in and out pretty quickly. This isn't a high end or high tech salon, but it gets the job done, and is great for those on a budget who don't want to end up with some weird infection or bad wax job. I'm always remembered, and the woman who waxes my sideburns is very personable and asks about my daughter every time.

The shop is clean and very today looking and located in a shopping center that has plenty of parking. They also offer an array of products for your hair. You can tell the employees all love working there because they all have a positive rapport with one another which I think helps with the quality of energy during your visit. Especially when sometimes your visits are four hours at a time. We don't currently live in Chicago, but every time we are in Chicago area we will visit the sorelle salon!

I wanted a cut & color, but when trying to book, instead of being able to reserve an appointment based on the services you want (like most salons nowadays -- hello, it's 2025) or even having a main salon number to call -- you get sent to a page with each stylist's individual numbers. I contacted 4 people, and reached a voicemail each time. I recently moved into town, and was looking forward to being a few blocks away from this salon so I could make it my "regular" spot, but looks like that won't be the case. This should be an easy fix that I'm sure would get you more customers -- do better.
