    Caesar salad

Great pizza spot in Seattle! There's a cute patio for outdoor seating when the weather is nice. We got the sausage pizza which has is topped with sausage, broccoli raab, and chili oil. This pizza was delicious, and a unique take on a sausage pizza! The pizza is large too - we ate about half the pizza and were full. We also got a Caesar salad that was good too. This is a great spot for pizza. The flavors are a bit unique, and the pizzas are large. Would recommend!

Tucked away in Fremont, Tivoli is a cozy spot serving fresh, wood-fired pizzas in a casual setting. We came on a Sunday around 6:30pm and had no trouble finding seating indoors, with a few outdoor tables still open as well. We ordered the garlic knots along with the sausage and pesto pizza. GARLIC KNOTS ($12) - 5/5 A must-order. If you love garlic bread, you'll love these. The knots were crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and dipped in an incredibly good garlic butter sauce. We even used the leftover sauce to dip the pizza crusts in. Yummy!! SAUSAGE PIZZA / PESTO PIZZA ($19.5 / $16.5) - 4/5 Both pizzas came out piping hot and tasted very fresh, which honestly made the first few bites especially good. The pizzas are large but thin, with a crisp bottom crust and chewy edges. The toppings and flavors were solid, though both pies leaned a bit salty for us. Nothing particularly standout flavor-wise, but the freshness definitely carried the experience. Overall, I'd recommend trying Tivoli if you're in the area and craving Italian. They're also on InKind which is a plus!

The burrata here is sooooo delicious!!! Also tried the spam pizza which had a ton of flavor. So wish I could have tried a sandwich (only available for lunch) or pizza half and half to try the sausage or other seasonal pizzas but will definitely have to return to give other pizzas a try...and i will definitely be ordering another burrata. Yum!

Dang, I've lived nearby for 2 years and FINALLY tried Tivoli. Wish I had done so sooner. The vibes were good and the pizza and garlic knots were delicious. I love the cute yet simple decor and use of tomato cans as pizza stands and utensil holders. We tried the Utica greens pizza, which was fabulous. The perfect variety of veggies and breadcrumbs for a crunch. I really like the thin crust style pizza. The garlic knots were also delicious and felt more upscale than your typical garlic knots. Unfortunately, they were out of a couple of the beers we wanted, but we were able to find some good alternatives. Overall, a good experience and I'd come back. As usual in Seattle, I wish the prices were a little lower!

Yum! I love the appetizers at Tivoli, and the pizza is solid too. The first time we came here we got the sesame noodles, caesar salad, and a split pizza. We thought everything that night was a bit over seasoned, but not enough to deter us from coming back. Our second trip, everything was more balanced. We swapped out the noodles for the squash, and didn't regret it. The pizzas are very big, and we love that you can split it so that you can try 2 different arrangement of toppings. While we haven't found a topping combo that we're crazy about, we love the crispy crust. Also, the beers on tap are nice and cold.

Tivoli is a popular Italian-ish restaurant in the middle of Fremont. As with its sister restaurants, Saint Bread and Wayland, this place is very popular, albeit not quite as busy. I've visited Tivoli twice for weekday lunch and both times by 1PM the place had a decent crowd. I can only assume dinner service is even busier. Tivoli offers different items for lunch and dinner. For the former, they have lighter fare - sandwiches and pay-by-the-slice pizza, although whole pies can still be ordered. Dinner is slightly different - the sandwiches are removed and only whole pies can be ordered. Beef on Weck ($18) - I had to look up this sandwich. Apparently it originates from Buffalo, NY. Based on what I received though, this is clearly a Seattle interpretation of the dish, missing the classic kummelweck roll but substituting instead a fantastically crisp focaccia. The focaccia, a bit thinner compared to competitors in the area, is baked in a thick layer of oil, allowing the bottom to crisp up while the interior still remains airy. I especially love the liberal sprinkling of sesame seeds on top. The focaccia is cut in half and stuffed with about an inch tall mountain of thinly sliced beef. The roast beef is extremely tender with no tough bits whatsoever which allows the teeth to bite through cleanly. It's complete with reddish rim along the edges, indicative of the spices used to marinate the beef. Each side of the bun is smeared with horseradish cream - it adds moisture and suspiciously, only a warm heat to the dish, rather than the sharp burn that gets into the nose with typical horseradish sauces. The sandwich is served with a side of au jus, which has a distinctively Asian flair. It's richly beefy and quite spicy with the flavor profile startling similar to a shichimi spiced beef broth. While it's great to dip the sandwich in the broth, I think it would work well as the base for ramen as well! In terms of value for food, this sandwich is far smaller than competitors but has a similar price point. Down the street at Hushy's, for example, I have trouble finishing more than half a focaccia sandwich. For the Beef on Weck, I finished everything and had room to spare. (4/5) I revisited about 2 months later after they refreshed their sandwich menu: Chicken Parm ($20) - This sandwich uses the same airy and sesame encrusted focaccia, complete with blistered bubbles, with entirely different ingredients within. Instead of being breaded and fried, there's a piece of moist dark meat pan-fried chicken served on top of a layer of breadcrumbs. It's large enough that it overhangs the bread a bit. The pan frying allows the chicken to develop charring along the faces, albeit with some portions a little bitter from the spices being overcooked. While loose breadcrumbs are messy, these are glued onto the chicken via a slice of melted cheese. It's a rather thin layer unlike the gobs of gooey mozzarella typically seen with the dish. The breadcrumbs give most of the crunch of the dish, but it's softened somewhat by being soaked in oil. Underneath is a portion of pesto. It's good quality, nutty and fresh, heavy and thick, rich and oily. The overall sandwich is too rich and I feel like it could use marinara on the side for some acidity to balance the sandwich. There are some spicy pickled peppers on the side for this purpose, but I feel like it's not enough. (4/5) Overall Tivoli serves some pretty good sandwiches. I haven't tried the pizza yet - that's something I'm planning to get the next time I eat here. The Chilled Pistachio Noodles also look interesting. Bathrooms - Two larger ones shared with the other building tenants. Requires a code posted on the door to the hallway.

Half cheese, half pesto pizza for takeout 3/5

I have been wanting to try Tivoli for some time now after all the type I've been seeing on social media. I finally got to try their pizza for takeout! We ordered half cheese and half pesto. I'm writing this review in consideration of the fact that it was for takeout. We placed an online order. Super easy process if you're short on time. By the time we picked up and started eating the pizza, it had probably been ready for about 10-15 minutes. So the pizza was still warm, but definitely not as hot as it could be. The cheese was already a little hardened vs. gooey when fresh. The cheese pizza was okay, it had a little bit of a funky taste to it that I didn't love. I also wish the tomato sauce was more acidic. I really enjoyed the pesto sauce on the pesto pizza but wouldn't be able to eat more than one slice because I could get tired of the taste. I would probably order a tomato or margherita or cheese pizza next time with pesto on the side for dipping! The ranch was not our favorite as it was a little too rich and had a unique flavor to it. We did enjoy the chili crisp and would get that again next time! As the pizza got cooler, the crust became a little bit tougher to bite. I will definitely come back to give it another chance by dining in and eating it fresh.

Tivoli is the perfect summer spot close to the water and walking distance to breweries. It's also so good! Recommended order: chopped salad and pepperoni pizza with hot honey and two sides of (made in house!!) ranch. Outdoor seating is a plus. Indoor seating can get limited and you'll be put on a waitlist during peak times. Service was a bit slow and scattered but nothing detrimental to the overall experience.

We ordered the garlic knots to start and loved them. For pizza, we got a single pizza, half pepperoni and half sausage. There was surprisingly plenty of leftovers as we only ate 4 of the 8 slices. I had the Chotto matte and Grasshopper yo drink. Both were good. Service was great. Nice casual vibe inside.

Went for a week night dinner and was able to get a table right away! Staff is super friendly and gave us a quick run down on menu & popular items. We ordered chilled pistachio noodles & mushroom pizza to share and we had more than half the pizza to take home. I really liked the pistachio noodles- lots of asian fusion flavors, big portion size, and very addicting! Pizza was also massive & very flavorful and had a nice crunch with each bite. Pizza was priced at $35+ so definitely more on the expensive side but it was worth it

Damn good cheese slice. Thin crust chewy but not doughy, salty topping without being overly cheesy. Have not tried other pizza places in Seattle (yet), but opted for Tivoli since they were open for lunch. Husband also had the Caesar which had some extra crunch from the raddichio. Worth a stop if you're in Fremont.

Braised pork shoulder, ricotta, mustard seed, and polenta. No longer on the menu, sadly.

I was pleasantly surprised to like this place, especially as Lupo is my favorite pizza place and in the same neighborhood. I enjoyed the pepperoni and pesto pizzas. I went in 2024 and they had a braised lamb shoulder on polenta item that was delicious, but is no longer on the menu. Plenty of sitting, great service, a bit of a bar/restaurant/chill vibe, on a nice street (walkable to Fremont tourist spots).

The best part about traveling for work is trying a bunch of new restaurants. So on this trip, we went out as a large group for lunch to Tivoli. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and I tried the Black Star (kebab) pizza and the Pesto pizza. I also ordered a lemonade to wash it all down. The Pesto was very tasty, especially with a side of ranch. The black star was interesting, but just okay. And the lemonade was great. Overall, was a great experience, and would come back to try other pies.

Tried the cheese slice and the sausage slice. Both fantastic. Best slice for your dollar in Seattle. The wood fire makes it great.

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!
