Half cheese, half pesto pizza for takeout 3/5
    Thaila N.

I have been wanting to try Tivoli for some time now after all the type I've been seeing on social media. I finally got to try their pizza for takeout! We ordered half cheese and half pesto. I'm writing this review in consideration of the fact that it was for takeout. We placed an online order. Super easy process if you're short on time. By the time we picked up and started eating the pizza, it had probably been ready for about 10-15 minutes. So the pizza was still warm, but definitely not as hot as it could be. The cheese was already a little hardened vs. gooey when fresh. The cheese pizza was okay, it had a little bit of a funky taste to it that I didn't love. I also wish the tomato sauce was more acidic. I really enjoyed the pesto sauce on the pesto pizza but wouldn't be able to eat more than one slice because I could get tired of the taste. I would probably order a tomato or margherita or cheese pizza next time with pesto on the side for dipping! The ranch was not our favorite as it was a little too rich and had a unique flavor to it. We did enjoy the chili crisp and would get that again next time! As the pizza got cooler, the crust became a little bit tougher to bite. I will definitely come back to give it another chance by dining in and eating it fresh.

We were looking for a spot for 8 people in Fremont before a concert, which was tough! Tivoli was perfect - nice and open, long tables, and friendly and attentive service. The cocktails were delicious and pizza super tasty! Definitely recommend for fun casual spot.

We ordered the garlic knots to start and loved them. For pizza, we got a single pizza, half pepperoni and half sausage. There was surprisingly plenty of leftovers as we only ate 4 of the 8 slices. I had the Chotto matte and Grasshopper yo drink. Both were good. Service was great. Nice casual vibe inside.

Went for a week night dinner and was able to get a table right away! Staff is super friendly and gave us a quick run down on menu & popular items. We ordered chilled pistachio noodles & mushroom pizza to share and we had more than half the pizza to take home. I really liked the pistachio noodles- lots of asian fusion flavors, big portion size, and very addicting! Pizza was also massive & very flavorful and had a nice crunch with each bite. Pizza was priced at $35+ so definitely more on the expensive side but it was worth it

The best part about traveling for work is trying a bunch of new restaurants. So on this trip, we went out as a large group for lunch to Tivoli. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and I tried the Black Star (kebab) pizza and the Pesto pizza. I also ordered a lemonade to wash it all down. The Pesto was very tasty, especially with a side of ranch. The black star was interesting, but just okay. And the lemonade was great. Overall, was a great experience, and would come back to try other pies.

As a pizza lover I had been itching to try this spot since its creation a couple years ago. It lived up to the hype and is definitely a welcome addition to the Seattle pizza scene. The place was super busy and we showed up about an hour before close. The host was great and got us a seat at the bar after a short wait. The bartender was awesome. Great vibes, extremely helpful, and wonderful service. They have a solid collection of local beers on draft and I got a Kolsch that hit the spot on a summer evening. We knew we wanted a classic pepperoni but we figured a small plate would be a good idea as well to tide us over until the pizza arrived so we got the tomato pie which the bartender recommended so we could try their dough in its most pure form. He said we should get their homemade whipped ricotta with it as well and let me tell you that is the play! I will always be getting the ricotta every time I come because it was so good! A total game changer that will enhance anything. The pizza itself was also great, the pepperoni was cupped, the cheese and sauce were well ratioed, and the crust was excellent and cooked to perfection. This was plenty of food for us on this occasion (and we even had some leftover pizza) but next time I would definitely want to try a salad or garlic knots or a roasted veggie or noodles or their ice cream in addition to getting a pie as everything looked great.

Super super yummy all around! A little pricey, but the vibe is great and the service is wonderful. We got the cheese pizza (add pesto), pepperoni, cauliflower (unexpected star), ceasar salad (super good) and the tomato pie.

Come in and take a seat. Fast pizza and fast service. We ordered the special Hawaiian and didn't realize it was spicy. The kids couldn't eat it. The restaurant was kind enough to provide cheese slices because of our blunder. What good service! Big open area and very convenient to walk to location near the Fremont troll.

Yes. Just yes. Came in here for lunch and we were immediately impressed by the number of rotating pizzas, draft beers, and even smoothies they had available. The place is large, but strangely not terribly loud. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was fantastic. We had an excellent Caesar salad with anchovy. Perfection! But the pizza was to die for. The crust was done absolutely perfectly. We had a pesto pizza and the kiddo had cheese. Again, perfection! Highest recommendation!

It's so hard to find good pizza in Seattle for whatever reason this place was actually quite good in my opinion I love their dough it was nice and crispy but almost too chewy sauce was pretty decent not acidic little sweetness cheeses decent not chewy had some good pull love the fact that they use something other than button mushrooms they're Caesar salad quite delicious very well presented the service is okay it just seems like it's very rushed that was only thing but I like how they working teams anytime anyone walks by you they check to make sure you don't need anything and I place this busy that's great I will go back anytime

Pretty solid pizza but they're sesame noodles were so good! It was so flavorful and yes, it was cold noodles but the spice paired well with the heaviness of the pizza. I recommend getting a side of ranch. The atmosphere was so nice with plenty of seating. The service was very friendly and very nice.

This is my favorite pizza is Seattle! They definitely deserve more recognition than what is already on social media. Service is always great and consistent. Good for small and big groups. I called day-of for a party of 10. The restaurant said they technically do not do reservations, but they were able to set aside a table for my large party. There is also a space in the back of the restaurant for really big parties. My favorite pizzas are pesto and pepperoni. Tip: order pesto pizza and add pepperoni. This was the first time I tried the seasonal chicken riggies (rigatoni) and it did not disappoint. All the appetizers/shareables are tasty. You can never go wrong with anything on the menu. After 6pm, parking garage available. Great outdoor seating with heaters.

TDLR: great apps, AMAZING Caesar salad. Fantastic service and great restaurant vibes. Got the meat and the veggie pizzas. Preferred the veggie because the ricotta dallops balanced out the bitterness of the dark leafy greens. Meat pizza didn't have enough meat imo. To start, we tried the shishito peppers and Caesar salad which were both to DIE for !!! Flavor profiles were pronounced and a must-try for your first time. Tried a couple of the ice creams for deserts; the gooey butter one is just sweet cream ice cream with cheesecake pieces.

It's the kind of place where you settle in, sip something cold, and feel like the night's off to a solid start before a concert at the Moore. The salad came out looking vibrant, but the flavors didn't land. The olives took over the whole bowl, and the seasoning felt off and I couldn't pinpoint it. Fresh ingredients, such as the peas were the best by far but the balance just wasn't there. The pizza was fine, not bad, not memorable. It didn't leave you thinking about it later. The charcuterie board wasn't anything to rave about either just an average plate. Still, the vibe alone makes it a decent spot to meet up, snack, and enjoy the space! The service was great!

Upon arrival after 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, we asked to set in one of the booth but they said no because of their strict policy for the booth the used x 3 or more people. Meanwhile, all 4 booth were empty. The kind waitress then offered to move us to the bar booth if something opened up, we kindly agreed and simple went on with our night at different table. While on the table my friend picked up 3 small little flowers from the base and said happy birthday to me, and I put the little flowers on my hair, then I told the waitress I hope you don't mind, my friend gave this little flowers from the table it is my birthday, to which the waitress replied happy birthday, I have no problem with that!. Then comes the manager, and tells me sarcastically, that is a cute flower but it is not yours to take, you should have asked permission anyways, I told him with a smile, but is my birthday and it a tiny flower may I keep it? He stated no, because other costumers will come in and there are no flowers in the table. I told him to replace it with another from another table and he said No give it back now please. It is not yours to take!!! Me, already feeling unwelcome and missed treated, yet still stayed but couldn't even finish my pizza because of how upset I was. I told my friend I wanted to leave. After closing the tab, I walked upfront and waited for my friend. Upon walking outside, the managers comes after us screaming "hey give me back the flower" you took it, at this point I was still walking ahead on my friend and I can hear the manager yelling "she stole it" give it back now, she is a thief, you come here to steal is that it? I repeatedly, told him I didn't take it and even open my purse and told him to come search it, but he stormed back in while insulting and yelling to me IN PUBLIC! - I was deeply humiliated in front of absolute strangers. I didn't see my friend taking the flower either, and if he did, he never gave it to me otherwise, I would have throw it at his face. The luck of hospitality, professionalism, and simply compassion and dignity from this person is Absolutely Unacceptable. I was treated with far more respect and the Four Seasons (and they did give me flowers), than this ridiculous place. It is a shame that the owner would allow someone like this to be the front of the business. And I feel deeply sorry for their employees to have to endure this person as I saw on their eyes the embarrassment they felt. I deserve nothing else but an apology for the way I was treated. I too work in hospitality, I know what is like to provide costumer service providing healthcare and never in my wildest days would I ever treat anyone with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I recommend this person to be replace or re train. Otherwise it will only affect the business.

They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
