Dantini pizza can be found inside of the Old Log Cabin Distillery. Danton has its own door but it's not necessary to use it, enter anywhere and you'll enter a place with good vibes, good drinks, and yes good pizza. From entering the door the service was welcoming, the food order went smooth and we didn't have to wait long. Overall a very good experience. Would I visit again...planning on it. read more

I was attending an event at the Old Log Cabin distillery and I smelled the pizza upon entering the building. I had no intention in getting pizza, but after a few drinks I thought it might be wise. Great pizza, I strongly recommend the white sauce, I added sausage, mushrooms and garlic confit and it was down right delicious. Hands down one of the best pizza I have had in a while. The staff was awesome, made a few recommendations, like the white sauce and I placed my ordered. When it was ready he brought it over to the bar. The only downside is parking can be tricky, but if you order out just pull up on the sidewalk and run in or drop someone off. Great job guys, see you soon!! read more

One of favorite pizzas in the city, Dantini delivers a serious and tasty version. Love the thin and chewy crust. Great combinations and flavors, all served in a cool space shared with Old Log Cabin distillery and Holy Mountain. They do not have too many non-pizza options, but their one salad, a kale one, is also very good. Great staff and people who love their product and it delivers! We've had tons of slices all over Seattle and New York and we can definitely say that this is up there with the top pizzas you can eat. We were on a thursday night and took the pizza around 25 minutes made to order. We hung out at holy mountain brewery while we waited next door. We got the pistachio pesto with mortadella ricotta and boy was it good. Never had pistachio pizza and it had a light aromatic fragrance to it without being too heavy. The mortadella balanced well with the ricotta. Even the dough on the pizza was light and airy with a good under carriage that was crispy along with the crust. We even enjoyed the kale salad that we got and normally we don't even like bleu cheese but all the textures and flavors balanced really well. The vegan pizza was good! My partner also liked his pepperoni and garlic pizza. We did delivery through them so can't speak much to ambiance. But they packaged our order nicely and delivered it in a timely manner according to instructions. The only downsides for us were 1) cost (~$30 per 16" pizza) and 2) the delivery tracking kind of went from your driver has departed to your driver is arriving so you have to keep your eye on it. read more

Finding where to park and the entrance was a little confusing at first. We found parking in the alley and walked through the brewery to get to Dantini's. You walk up, order and seat yourself. They do not have any dinks except a water station. There is a whiskey bar that shares the space. We ordered two pizzas, pepperoni with roasted garlic and white pizza with mushrooms and sausage. The pepperoni was my favorite of the two. Thin crispy crust, charred in all the right places. The red sauce was flavorful, pepperoni was crispy on the edges. IMO, best pizza in Seattle since my all-time local favorite, Zayda Buddy's, closed their doors nearly a decade ago. It's been a struggle to find a suitable replacement and while Dantini's doesn't serve my beloved Minnesota-style pizza, they craft a really darned good pie. This place is tucked away in a corner of the Old Log Cabin Distillery space next to Holy Mountain Brewery on Interbay. Park around back, order a pie, and grab a pint or a cocktail. We decided to try Dantini on the rare night we get pizza because it was rated 4.9 stars in Google Maps. It's definitely not a 4.9 but it was not terrible. It was Sunday when they only do takeout. We got the shishito pizza. The cheese was multi flavored but the peppers were bitter AF and the crust tasted like oil and charcoal, and felt like biting into an overcooked cracker. Pizza is generally bad for you (dairy, cheese, wheat/flour) so if you're going to spend the calories it's gotta be great. This was a one and done for us. read more

Got the marsala mule cocktail at old log cabin and it was 10/10 especially if you're a chai fan. The breadsticks were also 10/10. Super soft and cheesy in the middle with a crispy crust. Not overly salty yet still flavorful. Served with five sticks and marinara. The pizza is great! We got the pepperoni garlic and added hot honey on top. It's thin and crispy and delicious. They have 16" pizzas which was more than enough for two people with leftovers! The service is excellent. Super helpful staff with recommendations and frequent check ins with the customers. I finally tried Dantini pizza and it did not disappoint. This gem hides behind a black & white checkered door and to my surprise it has a large TV screen, bar and benches. We ordered the pepperoni garlic pizza and added hot honey and sausage -- this pizza was big, filling, the crust was buttery. I would've loved a little bit more honey but it was delish. This place is very popular, we ordered just as it opened at 2:05 using their online ordering and there were already about 7 orders that came in to get their orders at the same time. Cheese is very tasty. Sauce was great too. Bottom of pizza was perfectly toasty/crispy but not burned and sturdier/more substantial than Pagliacci's. We often get Pagliacci's for all their different topping options, but this was also really good straightforward New York style pizza that rivals it. The pepperoni was very nice and the caramelized garlic added the perfect touch of flavor and wasn't overpowering at all. Staff was very friendly and organized. I keep ordering hoping I'll get the pizza they used to make, but it's been about 5x now, and they've consistently failed to uphold the deliciousness they used to serve. It's been almost 3 years now since my last review, and I 100000% stand by my initial thoughts. Dantini is one of those rare places that, no matter what, stays consistent and true to their core values. Everyone who works there is wonderful, and the pizza is just so freakin' delicious! I don't know what they do to it, but it's for sure some kind of magic. I could honestly eat it everyday (but alas, they are clsoed on Monday and Tuesday) - it is my, without a doubt, go-to place for pizza in the area. I've been forced to try a few other places on a Friday night if, for whatever reason, they've been closed (which is rare), and nothing comes close. I know everyone loves to go on about Delancey and and a few others that seem to make top billing on all the best of lists, but they don't come close to Dantini - the flavors, the quality, the size, the price, the care that goes in to them...just some of the reasons Dantini will always be number 1! And damn it, it's Tuesday night and now I'm sad they're not open as I've just intensified my craving :D read more

This place is a hidden gem located within a small parking lot along a busy road. I placed my order over the phone and was able to pick it up within 10-15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and let me know that their business is growing! The pizzas were tasty, out of all the ones I ordered, I would recommend the mushroom pizza. We were very happy with our Pepperoni and Garlic pizza from here and have stuck to the same order over five times now. Why fix something that isn't broken? Haha, no, we'll have to expand our order for next time. The quality was surprisingly high for the reasonably affordable pricing compared to some spots in Belltown and Capital Hill. This may become our go-to carry-out pizza place even though we have like two near us, within walking distance. This was the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life, and I would never lie about pizza. Absolutely perfect crust with light crunch but still foldable. Best cheese pull ever. Yummy little pizza spot in Interbay, perfect for pickup on a Friday night if you live in Magnolia, Queen Anne, or the surrounding neighborhoods. We made a custom vegan pizza with mushrooms, onions, and tofu ricotta, and a little vegan cheese. I typically like my pizzas covered in vegan cheese but for a "naked" pizza this was really good. We stumbled into this treasure when we went to Old Log Cabin Distillery, which is co-located with Dantini. I constructed a Pepperoni/Sausage/Garlic Confit/Mushroom pizza that was wonderful. One of the better New York pizzas I've had (ever). Dough was both the right favor, consistency, and char from the oven. Ingredients were fresh and melded well together. Nothing was overwhelming and it wasn't super greasy like some NY style pizzas can be. It was a very solid pizza and I'll be going back for more. Highly recommended. They have a simple menu and custom options, which covers something for everyone. I only tried their square grandma pizza, which was delicious, but more bready and less crispy edges as I'd like on a square pizza, especially because there are so many options for it in Seattle these days. Ingredients wise, everything tasted fresh and high quality, I especially liked the garlic confit. Service was okay and parking is horrible, but come at an odd hour and you won't have an issue. Ran by some rad folks and they're always being cool opening early to support their neighbor Holy Mountain's noon release. Having 15% stouts it's a lifeline to be able to order pizza next door and know it's gonna hit the spot too. I've ordered a grandma slice here which was great but I think had that classic reheated slice vibe, so I wanted to give them a true shot by ordering a whole pie, and had to go with the classic cheese where every ingredient is really showcased. The cheese blend was pretty good, I noticed they use shredded cheese that doesn't fully melt or homogenize together like you'd normally get, but it makes for a different cheese experience that is still tasty. I noticed I had a big uneven ring of tomato sauce on the pizza where there was no cheese so seems like distribution was off. The sauce is fine but the dough is where I was a bit disappointed. My pie was cooked more than I liked it and the dough has this crackery crunchy exterior without a fluffy doughy interior which isnt' quite what I'm looking for. A little crisp is nice but I want that pillowy interior to complement it. Still a solid pie that's different than what you'd normally find and a happy companion to a great brewery. read more
