Sausage and fennels

One of favorite pizzas in the city, Dantini delivers a serious and tasty version. Love the thin and chewy crust. Great combinations and flavors, all served in a cool space shared with Old Log Cabin distillery and Holy Mountain. They do not have too many non-pizza options, but their one salad, a kale one, is also very good. Great staff and people who love their product and it delivers! Get one to go to take it to the connected watering holes.

pistachio pesto + mortadella
Steven N.

We've had tons of slices all over Seattle and New York and we can definitely say that this is up there with the top pizzas you can eat. We were on a thursday night and took the pizza around 25 minutes made to order. We hung out at holy mountain brewery while we waited next door. We got the pistachio pesto with mortadella ricotta and boy was it good. Never had pistachio pizza and it had a light aromatic fragrance to it without being too heavy. The mortadella balanced well with the ricotta. Even the dough on the pizza was light and airy with a good under carriage that was crispy along with the crust. We even enjoyed the kale salad that we got and normally we don't even like bleu cheese but all the textures and flavors balanced really well. We'll definitely be back to try another speciality pizza!!

Vegan BYO

The vegan pizza was good! My partner also liked his pepperoni and garlic pizza. We did delivery through them so can't speak much to ambiance. But they packaged our order nicely and delivered it in a timely manner according to instructions. The only downsides for us were 1) cost (~$30 per 16" pizza) and 2) the delivery tracking kind of went from your driver has departed to your driver is arriving so you have to keep your eye on it.

Finding where to park and the entrance was a little confusing at first. We found parking in the alley and walked through the brewery to get to Dantini's. You walk up, order and seat yourself. They do not have any dinks except a water station. There is a whiskey bar that shares the space. We ordered two pizzas, pepperoni with roasted garlic and white pizza with mushrooms and sausage. The pepperoni was my favorite of the two. Thin crispy crust, charred in all the right places. The red sauce was flavorful, pepperoni was crispy on the edges. This was probably the best pizza I've ever had! We will definitely be back for more.

Cheese Pizza with Garlic Confit

Conveniently ordered while enjoying cocktails from Log Cabin and pizzas were ready fast. The dough is amazing. Has a great pillowy chew on the inside but crisps really well. The red sauce was savory and well seasoned. The mozzarella was legit and the garlic confit elevated the whole pie. The Vegan special was delicious with a nice mix of veggies hitting salty, earthy, and umami notes.

Shishito pizza

We decided to try Dantini on the rare night we get pizza because it was rated 4.9 stars in Google Maps. It's definitely not a 4.9 but it was not terrible. It was Sunday when they only do takeout. We got the shishito pizza. The cheese was multi flavored but the peppers were bitter AF and the crust tasted like oil and charcoal, and felt like biting into an overcooked cracker. Pizza is generally bad for you (dairy, cheese, wheat/flour) so if you're going to spend the calories it's gotta be great. This was a one and done for us.

Pizza was delicious cheesy, meaty, and full of flavor. We also got a vegan pizza which was surprisingly good. Cocktails were strong which is a plus. Service was amazing. The inside gives a chill warehouse vibe which was cool.

Located in the same building as old log cabin. There's a few parking spots reserved for old log cabin. They do take out as well and dining in. Got the marsala mule cocktail at old log cabin and it was 10/10 especially if you're a chai fan. The breadsticks were also 10/10. Super soft and cheesy in the middle with a crispy crust. Not overly salty yet still flavorful. Served with five sticks and marinara. The pizza is great! We got the pepperoni garlic and added hot honey on top. It's thin and crispy and delicious. They have 16" pizzas which was more than enough for two people with leftovers! The service is excellent. Super helpful staff with recommendations and frequent check ins with the customers. Overall a great vibey place

I finally tried Dantini pizza and it did not disappoint. This gem hides behind a black & white checkered door and to my surprise it has a large TV screen, bar and benches. We ordered the pepperoni garlic pizza and added hot honey and sausage -- this pizza was big, filling, the crust was buttery. I would've loved a little bit more honey but it was delish. The kale blue cheese salad was very good - perfect ratio of dressing to kale. Definitely some of the best pizza in Seattle!

This restaurant serves amazing pizza. I ordered one of their speciality pizza's (pepperoni and garlic confit) and a build your own pizza; both pizzas were incredible, I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's the kind of place where you settle in, sip something cold, and feel like the night's off to a solid start before a concert at the Moore. The salad came out looking vibrant, but the flavors didn't land. The olives took over the whole bowl, and the seasoning felt off and I couldn't pinpoint it. Fresh ingredients, such as the peas were the best by far but the balance just wasn't there. The pizza was fine, not bad, not memorable. It didn't leave you thinking about it later. The charcuterie board wasn't anything to rave about either just an average plate. Still, the vibe alone makes it a decent spot to meet up, snack, and enjoy the space! The service was great!

Upon arrival after 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, we asked to set in one of the booth but they said no because of their strict policy for the booth the used x 3 or more people. Meanwhile, all 4 booth were empty. The kind waitress then offered to move us to the bar booth if something opened up, we kindly agreed and simple went on with our night at different table. While on the table my friend picked up 3 small little flowers from the base and said happy birthday to me, and I put the little flowers on my hair, then I told the waitress I hope you don't mind, my friend gave this little flowers from the table it is my birthday, to which the waitress replied happy birthday, I have no problem with that!. Then comes the manager, and tells me sarcastically, that is a cute flower but it is not yours to take, you should have asked permission anyways, I told him with a smile, but is my birthday and it a tiny flower may I keep it? He stated no, because other costumers will come in and there are no flowers in the table. I told him to replace it with another from another table and he said No give it back now please. It is not yours to take!!! Me, already feeling unwelcome and missed treated, yet still stayed but couldn't even finish my pizza because of how upset I was. I told my friend I wanted to leave. After closing the tab, I walked upfront and waited for my friend. Upon walking outside, the managers comes after us screaming "hey give me back the flower" you took it, at this point I was still walking ahead on my friend and I can hear the manager yelling "she stole it" give it back now, she is a thief, you come here to steal is that it? I repeatedly, told him I didn't take it and even open my purse and told him to come search it, but he stormed back in while insulting and yelling to me IN PUBLIC! - I was deeply humiliated in front of absolute strangers. I didn't see my friend taking the flower either, and if he did, he never gave it to me otherwise, I would have throw it at his face. The luck of hospitality, professionalism, and simply compassion and dignity from this person is Absolutely Unacceptable. I was treated with far more respect and the Four Seasons (and they did give me flowers), than this ridiculous place. It is a shame that the owner would allow someone like this to be the front of the business. And I feel deeply sorry for their employees to have to endure this person as I saw on their eyes the embarrassment they felt. I deserve nothing else but an apology for the way I was treated. I too work in hospitality, I know what is like to provide costumer service providing healthcare and never in my wildest days would I ever treat anyone with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I recommend this person to be replace or re train. Otherwise it will only affect the business.

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
