Made security aware of his mistake and we barely got an apology. I let it go and still had to wait more time to be seated. So then we get seated, it takes 30 mins to just get water. No one has came around to take our order or say they will be with us in a few, nothing. As we are waiting another party of 2 come and sit next to us. They waited half the time and were helped before us!!! Welp, it gets worse you just wait. We get our food first, still no drinks. Drinks got there much later. Well, I started to eat my food cause I didn't want it to get cold. Not time to wait for drinks water will do. I bite into my pot pie it was barely warm. I decide to keep eating it until i got to end of the bite and that's when i got cold juice and the dough was mushy. I made the waitress aware (she had just taken over our table) and she put in another order. Not even 5 mins later, I get my second order. It was tasty but between that and the chicken sandwich, chicken takes the leads. Pricewise for the sandwiches was great. Everything is à la carte on the menu.
