Tim's is one of my favorite places to get my gel manicures and pedicures. They are located in a small shopping center and have a smaller location, but it is beautiful and comfortable inside. I have been to this location multiple times and never feel rushed. Each spa pedicure has a one-use liner to prevent the spread of germs. They offer you water on arrival and always smile. I have always been very pleased with the work done and the prices! read more

Amazing job! Love the way my nails came out! I will definitely be back. :) I really recommend this place. Very friendly. What I liked the most was the manicurist took his time doing my nails, he was in no rush although it was busy. read more

No ventilation, I could hardly breathe! The place reeked of acrylic I was so nauseous

I love this work this place but for the past two scheduled appointments, I have waited for over 1hr-2.5hrs, I personally think it's poor customer service to schedule an appointment and not stick to the scheduled time. They are also not cleaning after every customer. Sadly disappointed read more

This is the best nail place! Last time I got my nails done they lasted about 3 1/2 weeks and would of lasted more. My pedi is over due but it lasted me a month and are still good. Highly recommend going here! It's worth it read more

So I'm updating my review on this place. I still love the quality but I'm not sure if they changed their prices or what but I just payed 50 percent more than what I usually pay and for the EXACT SAME service (full coffin set with gel polish and top coat). I was left a bit disappointed because I really loved this place and I recommended it to everyone. read more

Thanks Mindy for the ombré nails. They are not perfect, but they are good for the price. Tu is still in the process of perfecting the ombré nails, so I will be back for Tu to perfect her skills. Someone had to be the guinea pig read more

The owner is very nice, but this place is in a sketchy neighborhood. I was there for two and a half hours because they don't do hands and feet at the same station. I cannot take that much time out of my day to get an acrylic fill and pedicure. Again, very nice people, but will not return. read more

Worst nail salon ever we booked an appointment for 10 am for 3 people and we are just sat down but nothing done but yet theirs people coming in after us and getting service done first worst place to come to not recommended read more

I love this place. They have the best prices in the area and their work is amazing. I've been to other nail salons in the area but none match the customer service skills that's this place has. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

This lady kept filling my nails until I started to feel a burn on literally each nail, I was getting frustrated because she kept filling them, I advised her that it was hurting but she kept going. Although the price is fair it's not worth losing nails because of it, Will not come here anymore. read more

I like going to this place i like getting my nails done with may shes the only one who takes time on my nails and never hurts me everyone else is always in a rush and always hurt me the only problem is that they always have something to say about their customers they always talk bad and make fun of customers thats why im giving them a 2 star read more

*UPDATE* Been here a few times now and overall I have to say the pedicures are just mediocre. It doesn't last for long and I've had better pedicures. The gel manicures are not too great either....they do not paint the nail down to the cuticle so it looks like your nail has already grown out when you just got them done. read more

I was a walk in pedicure and I had a bit of a wait but it was worth it! MIA did an amazing job and she was nice enough to change the color! Thank you Mia, very kind and gentle lady. read more

She made my nails crooked, and when I said something she just said that she's not done shaping it. So when she did finish, one thumb nail was wider then the other, One thumb nail was coffin shaped and the other was square from her shaving it of on the side trying to make it straight. read more

#5 does the best work. Yes, that is what the technician calls herself! I usually pay $70-$80 for a new set and that includes the design, length, gel on toes, and tip. The nails last 2-4 weeks and don't break as easy. I go every 3 weeks for a fill which cost $22-35 depending on design. They are always super busy on the weekends so call in and make an appointment. Her work is consistent! Never fails to please me and I am hard to please. read more

This place has terrible customer service/employees. My hands were man handled, I was bleeding on several of my fingers, and it was very unsanitary! No appreciation for customers, total lack of respect. The owner did not care to help me when her employee put my acrylic nails on crooked and in different sizes. In fact she told me "do not come back again". I really dislike having to give a bad review but I think you should really reconsider getting your nails done elsewhere. read more

Love this place !! The customer service is great ! They offer you a water , they're very kind & smiling , it's very clean . A lot of colors to choose from prices are awesome ! Been my go to for years read more

Never again will i come to this place again. One of my nails broke 2 days after i put them on . I was going to pay to get it fixed the owner Tim told me he would not charge me. He personally was fixing my nail he did a sloppy job so i asked him to fix it he got upset and told me im complicated gave me a really bad attitude he said he would kick me out. Then he and the other employees started talking i know they were talking about me. I think its so rude when they start talking about people just because we dont understand their language. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. Was told 20 minutes, waited over 1 hour., just for them to move me to a chair and wait some more. Showed a picture of short, acrylic, with an American manicure. Let just say I left with out them even buffing and polishing them. They are crooked. They just kept pushing the gels on me. I don't want the gel....stop showing me colors in gel. Especially after the fact of you telling them you are color blind If you don't know what an American manicure is say that. If you can not do what is in a picture, say something. I have an important event tomorrow and now I get to have some jacked up nails and be completely embarrassed. No amount of nail polish could actually fix this mess. Always my luck. Anybody can go and get a nail tech....even in high school (I know), but I guess not all of them are artists. read more

I really enjoyed this nail salon. The prices are affordable and the service is great. I got a gel manicure and never have they lasted more than 1.5 weeks, I am now on week 3 and only need a fill due to growth. I am going back today! =) read more

I wanted to give this place a try since it's closer to my house than my usual nail salon. They did a great job on my nails, but what threw me off was the salon itself. There was no air ventilation so the smell of acetone was extremely strong. Flies were flying around me, and the trash cans were full with more trash on the floor. For these reasons, I will not be coming back. read more

Love this place! May does an amazing job I honestly don't know how they don't have more reviews. They're clean, prices are great and they do a great job. It does get super busy so it's best to make an appointment if you don't like to wait. read more

Got a $20 mint scrub pedicure which got wiped off with a hot towel. I never liked scrubs but my boyfriend enjoyed the scrub on his legs. I am very picky about my toes when they clean the side of my big toe (1st toe) the lady did a good job. I didn't give the place a 5 because I called ahead of time with two appointments and I still had to wait 15-20 minutes. Than only one person did both mine than my boyfriends feet. So he had to wait for me to finish and I had to wait him to finish. It somewhat worked out because my clear polish needed to dry. They do have free wifi access password is on the walls. I did get a free water bottle since I had to wait for my bf to finish but that's after a guy who works there came in. The girls there aren't social or friendly. They just greet and get to work lol read more

I would've gave this place at least one star if they had been more professional! I called and asked for a mani/Pedi special, they said $23. I said ok, I'm on my way. My first complaint is the woman that did my mani/pedi didn't speak English so when I asked her to fix my toe nail that she cut too short and crooked, she proceeded to cut some more! Then used the dirty tool she used on my foot (with my dirty cuticle skin from my toes) to cut my cuticles on my hand. When every thing was finished I went to pay and she tried to charge me $28 for the $23 man/pedi. Another woman argued that I asked after the fact what comes with the special and I told her no! I called and spoke to a man and he said $23! The man I spoke to spoke up and said I spoke to him then said just pay the $23 so after I paid him he grabbed the money and said don't come back! These people are rude and unprofessional! I have never been so embarrassed in my life! Not to mention he told another woman to take her phone off speaker because she was bugging him! Never again! read more

I am constantly trying new nail places in riverside because I have yet to find one that didn't talk sh*t and do a great job on my nails. I am Vietnamese and do not look the part, 99% of the time they don't know and start talking sh*t. I don't comment, I just don't go back. But this one hit home. On Sunday April 24th, My 4 year old daughter (who is half black) and I were completely disrespected by 2 of the nail technicians. Not knowing that I was Vietnamese, they started talking about my daughter, one said "mix kids are crazy" and "she is misbehaving because of her black side." (My daughter was just playing in the chair, she was not running around.) Tire of these f*ckin RACIST ignorant a**holes who think they can say whatever they want in front of customers. I hope people read this and go else where. Why would you support a place like this! read more

The first time I came to this nail salon was back in November and I had an awesome experience but maybe that's because the owner was there. ? With that said I was in town today , I'm not a local I live in Orange county and since I had a nice experience the first time I didn't hesitate to come back. We'll the owner wasn't there and the customer service was OK except for the lady doing my nails. She kept trying to up sell me. I understand if they ask once or twice if you want gel or calluses remover but this lady kept on. I lost count on how many times I had to politely say no thanks, she refused to take no for an answer. Until the bitter end she tried doing services I didn't want and when I refused them she got an upset attitude and started talking her language oudly to her coworkers. Then when I did ask to add an extra service she slammed her hands on the table got upset and told me no, because that would take an hour longer to complete. When I told her it was okay and I would still like the service she got even more upset and kept telling me it would take an hour longer so one of her coworkers got involved that spoke a little more clear English and explain to me that it would take 15 to 20 minutes for my regular nail polish to completely dry and then they could put on the clear gel coat. Right after she told me this the lady that was already mad screamed at her in their language and kept saying one hour in English. I have gotten clear gel coat on my regular nail polish several times at different nail salons in the past and I already know this is not a process that an hour longer. I believe she was just upset because I didn't want the color gel in the first place. By this time all the customers were staring and all the workers were trying to get involved I was over it and didn't want it anymore. It was so unprofessional of this women to act this way in front of so many customers. When I was finally ready to pay my total without tip was to come out to $28.00 even but she charged me $31. When I confronted her about the incorrect total she came up with the bogus excuse that it was $3 more because my nails are long, but she never even asked me if I wanted to cut them down or I would have. I had no problem leaving this place without giving her a tip. This is unacceptable customer service and no way to treat a person. I hope they don't do it to anyone else, I left very upset and unhappy. I will never come back here and I will spread the word to my family that are locals who referred me to this place about the unacceptable customer service experience I had. By far this is the worst nail service I have ever recieved, getting your nails done it supposed to be a happy relaxing experience and this was far from it. read more

I went to get a simple gel manicure and it took so long! It took over an hour for her to do my nails. She don't file them or even ask me what shape I wanted. My nails were all different shapes. The actual gel polish passed the cuticle area and on some fingers it was in my skin. The polish started to lift within a matter of days bc of how sloppy the job was done. She didn't push the cuticles back and even redid a my whole hand while asking me if I touched my hair?? She had my hand the whole time! read more

First time here and was treated like a queen! I'm writing this as i am receiving my service. I opted for the Luxury Spa pedicure choice ($50), which includes your basic pedicure along with a callus removal, leg and foot scrub, deep conditioning lotion on the legs (not sure but it was a paste-consistency material), paraffin wax applied to the feet, 15min massage, your choice of polish & design (I got French tip with roses on my big toes). my legs and feet look and feel great! I'm not from the area. I live near downtown Long Beach but come over to the area about 2-3 times a month and let me say that I'll be coming here for my pedicures now. Stopped by on a whim to kill some time and so glad I came across it. They have made a loyal client! Many thanks to the two women (Tami & the woman who I believe runs the shop) who worked on my service today! I will definitely recommend. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I went to this salon on March 13th a few days before my birthday, However I was treated with the worst customer service ever. Upon walking in the salon everything looked so messy, I had an appointment so one of the lady's sat me down, then this other lady who I didn't even think worked there as she was wearing pajamas came over and was so rude to me the whole time, she put the wrong color on my nails and when I went to pull back my hand to tell her that the color was wrong she pulled my hand back and gave me the dirtiest most intimidating look so I just didn't say anything for the remainder of my time there. The place where they sat me was utterly disgusting, and my nail tech did not clean or sanitize the station after the last person left, there were bits of nails and glue everywhere, also she dropped her nail file that she was using on the floor and then proceeded to continue using it on my nails!!! $60 for a full set that is already coming off because she painted my entire nail including my cuticle. Absolutely horrible experience and so unsanitary, please do not go here!! read more
