We had a bigger party of 8 and our server was quick to make sure we always had what we needed. ORDER THE FISH AND CHIPS!! They say the second time is the charm!!! For me my second time at Tiki Docks was much better than the first. Let's just say, it's not smart to go on a Friday night for dinner unless you intend on waiting two hours for a table. However, this time around I went during the week around 5:30. Was able to walk straight in and was seated outside on the water. I ordered the Carb Cake Sandwich and I was not disappointed. The amount of fires was outstanding and the sandwich itself stood on its own. It is loaded with crab meat and the bread compliments everything well. I did get a drink, however, I do think it's a hit or miss with their specialty drinks. Overall I will go back for this sandwich any-day of the week!! read more

Nice overwater atmosphere next to the river but sadly that's where the positives stop. Staff were nice but we didn't find them to be much better than a fast food restaurant. Certainly could have been more aware of what was (and wasn't) happening at the table. $12 Pina Colda arrived so late to the table it wasn't even consumed. (But still had to pay for it). Food was okay but more than half our party didn't enjoy the spicy flavors and didn't eat more than a few bites. Honestly I think this was a case of 'not our style' of food combined with medium level of service. It may say something when after a $280 meal we went to a drive-through on the way home. We sort of felt like we were at a resort. This place has an excellent atmosphere, super flavorful, delicious food along with great service. We waited about 35 mins on a Friday night around 6pm. It definitely got busier after that. We got drinks in the meantime, very tasty, $10.50 each. There's plenty of seating & two bars, one outside & one inside. We sat outside and while it was chilly there are warmers right up next to the table and that suited us perfectly. We did not receive our appetizer of wings before our meal, but the waiter did the appropriate thing and not only still served the wings but took it off the bill. They were absolutely delicious, grilled until they were pretty much falling off the bone. Everyone was extremely happy with their meals. I will say the pork on my tacos was a little tough but the flavor was there. The service made it even better, shout out to Ed on the patio that night. The ONLY negative thing I have to say (and it happens to be VERY negative) is the restrooms were NOT clean. I visited twice and the second time there was actual feces on the side of the toilet and the next one didn't flush. They need to tend to it more often for sure. Unacceptable. So this has been my worst experience here. I've come about 5 times. Last experience was pretty bad so was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The cups are dirty. Had to send water back several Times due to the amount of food, not from me, on them. I didn't get a server until 20 minutes after my arrival and was told " seats aren't even supposed to be there". Very long wait, not the restaurant fault... I blame it on covid!! I love how the restaurant ambiance. Cool looking building, not your average set up. The food was decent, I went with a lot of family so all the food was not mine. I ordered the crab cake dinner which was a good choice, I had enough for two meals. It contained a lot of crab meat. I also ordered the fish dip appetizer. The dip was good but it was odd to have pork rinds with it and cucumbers. I would have preferred cucumbers only. The pina colada drink was refreshing but needed more alcohol in it. At the end of the drink it felt like I ordered a virgin drink instead. I would return as the wait wasn't as bad saying they have two bars to order and a nice outside view. I wished they would put a few seats at the ground level facing the water to sit and have a drunk while waiting for your table. read more

Amazing ambience, Great service, and Good food and drinks! Fresh Margarita was a 7/10 for me. It was a little sour for my taste but still very good. I think by the fresh no sweetness is added so it's a little sour. It was strong and the flavor was there! I ordered the chicken finger sandwich and it was a 10/10! The chicken was flavorful and not greasy. The batter had an amazing taste and with the toppings it made it delicious and perfect. The fries were a 3/10. I think they were fried frozen so I'm def. excited to try a different side next time. Banana Bread dessert was 10/10. The bread was warm with Carmel drizzled with walnuts and vanilla bean ice cream! Plenty for 2 or more! The food portions were good. And again, the ratings are my tastebuds only. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The music and decor is very beach and relaxing. We came into tiki docks the other night, and our server Mia was super sweet and really great, we ordered drinks I got Pina colada which was pretty much crushed ice when I got it I couldn't sip it through the straw I told Mia and she reblended my drink which was better, my husband got the burger sandwich which we wouldn't get again very salty not a good blend on beef but the tacos I got were good except the pork belly very tough to chew but the fish and shrimp were delicious! My husband was still hungry so we ordered some wings the tiki sauce and the gochujang sauce and they were delicious, but lastly dessert which we had one bite and it pretty much tasted like soap like the pan they made the banana bread in wasn't washed off fully was very pleasant but the manager did take that off for us which We appreciated but overall it was hit and miss. read more

I literally saw this place come alive, a definite cool new spot for Riverview :)) My boyfriend and I visited yesterday for football Sunday and we were told the wait would be 1-2 hours. It didn't bother us at all, but we lucked out and found 2 seats at the bar right away, which we preferred anyway. The drinks were AMAZING!! I had 2 of their ginger pineapple mules. Food was amazing! I ordered the Nachos, it was a Large portion so it was shareable. Our waitress provided us with excellent service, even tho she was extremely busy. Very polite, and took time to answer any questions we had as this was our first visit. We sat out on the patio, the weather was great that day. When we first arrived we were a little confused on where to enter, which ended up being great because we were able to see where the boats can dock. Absolutely loved it here! The ambiance on a Friday night was perfect with live music. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. I'm sad I don't remember the name I want to say it was maddie but I maybe wrong. We sat on the outside patio and me and my mother enjoyed ourselves we got the fish dip and the dip was delicious but I would have preferred crackers instead of pork rinds, they were too hard. But the dip also came with cucumbers so it was still a win. The coconut shrimp were huge and delicious. I enjoyed the house margarita, a lil sweet but still very refreshing and came in a cute tiki glass. I absolutely loved the coasters please see my photos. The real and only downfall is the parking there's plenty of space but if you park in the back you have a long trek to the front of the restaurant. I stopped in with my kiddos for lunch around 11:45 on a Thursday since it's close to my daughters swim lessons. We chose to sit on the patio deck and while it was hot outside, it was breezy so it wasn't uncomfortable and the view of the water is really pretty. My son got the virgin piña colada which he loved but I do think the kids (4 year old) drink should have come in a to go cup as the cups are large and I kept thinking it was going to get knocked over. We ordered pork tacos, kids chicken tenders with fries, and the ahi tuna appetizer. The tacos come with 3 good sized tacos and are served with chips & queso, and were delicious. My son loved his Ahi tuna. The kids meal was 3 tenders & a good portion of fries. Our meal was $55 (this included tip) for lunch - 1 adult & 2 kids (one entree, one seafood appetizer eaten as an entree, 1 kids meal, virgin pina colada, 2 soft drinks), for the vibe and the food we got I think it was comparable to other places price-wise for a fun lunch that isn't "fast food". I have seen a lot of other reviews note subpar service and our server was great but we were the only ones on the patio besides one older couple that was almost finished when we got there, so I can't speak for service when they are busy. I think if you go in with the mentality of knowing that they're more known for their atmosphere and the ambience and drinks than their food that's the best way to go about it. It's really just like an enormous oversized sports bar and menu with a few extra items. The place was clean, friendly, and well run. We had a great waitress who was super helpful. I had the fish and chips which was really good it's super super light breading and fried very lightly with cod as a fish and my husband had the wedge salad and Hawaiian BLT.
