Lobster Roll with yuca fries (yes, it legitimately came with that many fries)
Leda A.

Our party of 4 sat outside and ordered a BBQ Bacon cheeseburger, shrimp tacos, bourbon glazed salmon and a warm lobster roll. It was pretty loud outside (and perhaps our waiter was also hard of hearing as well) which caused him to yell and interrupt us often and made him seem rude. We opted to laughed that off and chose grace. None of the appetizers appealed to us so we went straight to entrees. Side note: what kind of seafood restaurant doesn't serve calamari? The food arrived quickly...so quickly that I was actually surprised. My son enjoyed the bacon burger with fries - no complaints. Same for my husband who ordered the bourbon glazed salmon and rice. For the lobster roll and shrimp tacos - I've had better on food trucks. The shrimp tacos are street size but are very flavorful! Unfortunately I replaced the default side with coleslaw and there was a distinct sour taste/smell. My daughter chose yuca fries with the warm lobster roll. The lobster was lukewarm at best and flavorless - not worth trying again. Overall, I'd probably come back during lunch or happy hour for adult beverages and tacos (that should be an appetizer).

Nice little spot on the river. Service was fantastic food was great the wings were did in two different flavors buffalo shrimp were crispy and good flavor. We all got burgers they were flavorful, juicy and filling! Good beer selection and stiff drinks! Will for sure be coming back!

Visited today with friends for a late lunch. Great spot for a seafood lover and amazing array of fruity mixed drinks. I had the lobster rolls and a mai tai. Both were delicious! I gotta come back and try a shareable cocktail. Service was good,

What's not to love about Tiki docks! My family and I have tried multiple items. Mainly the fried fish and the burgers are great. They make great drinks that are strong if that's your thing. You can sit inside or outside if you want a by the water dinner. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in town and we bring family members to this location when visiting. Very nice addition to the neighborhood. I'm busy nights. There may be a wait, but service is always good once you're seated.

Half rack ribs 10/10

I took my family back to Tiki and have to say that not only the menu changed but the taste also changed. No more mojitos, no more tiki wings and ribs. Everything that I loved about Tiki is gone and although the staff were great, the vibe wasn't there and food wasn't good. Only good thing was the chips and queso. The kids didn't touch their chicken tenders or quesadillas either. We left them as they came because they weren't good. Sad to say that we won't be coming back to Tiki.

Went here with a group of 10 and were seated within a few minutes. Service from the start was really slow. Took forever to get water and appetizers came before drinks. Overall the food was good and the prices were just right. Beautiful views of the river and the staff was friendly. Other than the wait, the drinks were very sweet and almost syrupy. I'd stick to something simple next time.

Came here recently and enjoyed the food way better than I expected! I got the fried shrimp which I highly recommend! Perfectly crispy and seasoned. I also got the key lime margarita which was highly recommended, but honestly wasn't my fave. Service and prices are great here!

Pre Made Drink Menu. It is the drink what we tell you and like it concept.

I don't often drink, however, when I do it is for enjoyment of my preferred spirit. They have a pre made drink list and you are not allowed to pick the liquor you want unless you pay extra for each shot. Your forced to drink their pre mixed concoction. They have a full bar, however every drink I wanted had a pre-made option. It was an exhausting experience. I finally settled on a margarita with patron and cointreau that was made to order. I just wanted a quiet 30 minutes by the water. I decided to order lunch, the shrimp tacos, recommended by a very nice bartender. The food came to the table looking messy. The flavors were good, I liked the avocado crema and I did enjoy the 2 tacos I ate. However, 1 of my 3 tacos had 1 shrimp in it and nothing was very warm, including the rice and beans. $16.99 was too much for this meal. On a positive note, the view is nice.

Tiki Docks - Fun Vibes, Tasty Bites, and Gorgeous Views! Tiki Docks is such a fun spot! The restaurant features beautiful bars both inside and outside, and the outdoor seating comes with a stunning dockside water view that's hard to beat. The décor is vibrant, colorful, and tropical, instantly putting you in a good mood. They play upbeat pop music, which keeps the atmosphere lively and positive. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were just as impressive--tasty, refreshing, and perfect for the setting. The bartenders were polite and were attentive! Whether you're there for a laid-back lunch or a fun evening with friends, Tiki Docks hits all the marks for great food, drinks, and an energizing vibe!

My first time trying Tiki Docks Riverview with some of my girlfriends and everything I experienced was amazing. From the customer service all the way down to the meal... I give it a 10/10. I loved the ambiance of the place. Like you are legit eating off a dock. Makes for great photo ops! My grouper sandwich was so filling and flavorful. I would highly recommend. Their menu has so much variety that I will be back to try something else.

Sunday lunch (not brunch) review! Visiting family nearby, we decided to head over to Tiki Docks for lunch! Upon check in, we were seated in the back corner closest to the dock on the river which was nice but also noticed it's where they for that moment put most families with children! We started with apps which included the Ahi tuna and the cheese shrimp bread! I like their Ahi tuna and just wish it was a little thicker as it's almost veneer. The additions to the dish are great which is something like a fruit onion mix (maybe mango). The cheese shrimp bread was also good for first time taking it. It had a nice spice to it which was welcomed! Mains included the grouper tacos which were good, but quite drippy as there was a lot of sauce on them. The beans that came with them were cooked perfectly and had a delicious spice to them! Seriously good! I also had the coleslaw which was pretty standard IMO! All in the all this place serves up average food with a nice vibe! Definitely a destination to grab some beverages and enjoy a casual meal! Bonus points if you arrive by boat!

Don't come here expecting the usual tiki vibe. Aside from the name and a few decorations, you wouldn't really know you're at a tiki bar. The tiki drink menu is super limited (check out my photos for proof). Honestly, it caught me off guard, and for the first time ever, I ended up having a beer at a tiki bar. The place is nice plenty of seating inside and outside, and our server was really sweet, though we never got one thing we ordered (but hey, less calories for us). I was honestly thinking about giving it 2 stars until the food showed up. Wow. The ahi tuna, the Cuban with fries--both yuca and regular--were incredible. Highly recommend those. The food definitely bumped this place up several notches. If only they leaned more into the tiki theme and had more tiki drinks, this could be a solid spot

This place is huge and has inside and outside seating. The prices here are very reasonable. My husband had the pulled pork bowl which was a good size. He enjoyed it. I had the grouper tacos. They were real good but they are very small for a taco. The service was good. I will go back to try something else from the menu.

One of the main ingredients in this cheesy skillet of goodness is pepperoni. My husband asked that the chef leave that ingredient out of the recipe due to my recipe allergy reaction. The waiter did a commendable job communicating to the kitchen about my dietary needs. Unfortunately, our dip came off with pepperoni and I nearly devoured it down. The waiter was super apologetic and wrapped it a carry home container and reordered a new one. We were so full from the soft, tasty bread, that we didn't touch the appetizer. For dinner, I ordered the most divine homemade pasta and beef rib dish. Whoever was back there cooking the dish, you have amazing taste, talent, and skill. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp and beef fat potatoes. The shrimp were jumbo and filled with a hearty breading that was packed with flavor. The potatoes were rich in flavor and had a buttery texture. He would definitely order this dish again! Our server went out of his way to refill our drinks and attend to everything we were requesting. As a bonus, he ordered two pistachio and chocolate chips on his tab for the dilemma we encountered with the appetizer. I thought that it was a genuine gesture. You don't see that happening much anymore. When our cannolis arrived, I was pumped trying one of my favorite desserts Due to full bellies, we brought the dessert home. When I tried the cannolis at home I unpleasantly surprised at the taste. The cannoli cream was virtually absent of flavor, smoothness, and mascarpone. It is unclear what the my replaced it with for the fillings Overall, our experience was great! We will definitely make an appearance again!

Alright, folks, gather 'round as I, a lifelong Valrico local, spin a heartfelt yarn about Willie's…read moreSeafood at 1912 Main Street, the place that's been the heartbeat of my life since I was a kid. Born and raised right here in Valrico, Florida, I was brought to Willie's by my granddad, who called it his favorite spot in town. It's been a constant through every chapter of my life--birthdays, heartbreaks, and everything in between. This five-star review is a love letter to Willie's, a seafood haven that's served up memories as rich as their fried catfish and kept me comin' back for decades. From the time I could barely see over the table, Granddad would lead me through Willie's doors, his calloused hand in mine, promisin' the best meal in town. The place felt like a second home--still does. The cozy, weathered interior, with its wooden walls covered in fishing nets, old photos of Valrico's early days, and mounted fish, wraps you in a warm hug of nostalgia. The jukebox in the corner hums old country tunes, and the checkered tablecloths remind me of Granddad's stories about fishin' in the Gulf. He'd sit me down, order a basket of fried shrimp and hush puppies, and tell me, "this here's real Florida eatin'." That first bite of crispy, golden shrimp, dipped in tangy cocktail sauce, was like tastin' the ocean itself--fresh, simple, and perfect. Willie's menu is a love song to seafood, and I've loved every note since I was a kid. Their fried catfish, a Granddad favorite, is still the gold standard--flaky, moist, with a cornmeal crust so crisp it crunches like autumn leaves. The all-you-can-eat nights--catfish, shrimp, haddock, and clam strips on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays--are a tradition I've kept alive, especially now with my own kids. The gator bites, spicy and tender, are a thrill I discovered as a teenager, sneakin' bites off Granddad's plate. Their blackened mahi-mahi, served with creamy grits, is a nod to Florida's coastal soul, with a spice kick that wakes you right up. Even the sides--coleslaw cool as a summer breeze, hush puppies golden and sweet--feel like they were made with love. And don't get me started on the key lime pie; it's tart, creamy perfection that Granddad always saved room for, claimin' it was "better'n any dessert in Tampa." After he passed, I'd sit at our usual table, order his favorite catfish dinner, and feel him right there with me. Now, I bring my family, watchin' my daughter giggle over her popcorn shrimp, just like I did. The staff, some of whom have been here since I was young, treat you like kin. They'd slip me extra hush puppies as a kid, and now they know my order by heart--fried shrimp, fries, and a sweet tea, just like Granddad's. The place ain't fancy, but that's the charm. It's a family-owned gem, run by folks who've been at it since the '70s, and it shows in every bite. The prices are fair--$15.99 for a catfish filet with sides feels like a steal for the quality. The service is quick, even when the place is packed with locals like me, all drawn by the same comfort and flavor. Sure, some might say it's a bit old-school, but that's what makes it special. It's not tryin' to be a chain or a tourist trap--it's just Willie's, servin' up seafood that tastes like home. I've lived in Valrico my whole life, and Willie's has been there for every milestone--first dates, graduations, even quiet nights when I just needed a taste of the past. It's where I learned to love seafood, where Granddad's stories came alive, and where I still feel him every time I walk in. The food, the warmth, the memories--they're all part of me. Willie's Seafood is a five-star treasure, a place that's fed my body and soul for decades. I'll keep comin' back, bringin' my kids and someday their kids, to keep Granddad's favorite spot alive in our hearts.
