4.2* (out of 5) Food: 4* Atmosphere: 4* Value: 5* Service: 4* Would I go back / Recommend?: 4* (Probably) Total check/person: $26 03/21/2025 We were visiting our son in Riverview and it was a Friday night during Lent...so seemed like the perfect place to eat dinner! The exterior definitely catches your eye as you drive up...even if it was just a bit over the top. The interior was a similar vibe - bit of a rough-sawn lumber, fresh off the wharf feel with license plates from many States as well as other countries all over the walls. My wife started with a Yuengling, since for whatever reason, we can't buy them in an Iowa liquor store. Followed by 6 raw Oysters on the Half Shell (see picture). For our dinner, we ordered the S2 Just a Pinch combination boil (see picture). While we enjoyed the combination, we struggled a bit with the crawfish, so would probably order our own combination without crawfish next time. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the experience. Everything was solid and above average, yet nothing stood out in particular as being outstanding other than maybe the Value, thus justifying the 5* rating for it. Love Mr and Mrs Crab. Literally barely a wait; We were a party of 9 and when six of us got there we were seated. Our server was kind, knew the menu, made good suggestions. This location has the ramen and rice. The ramen option is IT! Don't get it in any seasoning, eat it by dipping it in the bag and also by not getting it in the seasoned juice, it'll be easier preserved if you have left overs and not soggy. The oyster were HUGE and delicious. Cooked medium was perfect. My mom got some frozen drink, sort of reminded me of a rum rummer, but she said it didn't taste like liquor was in and I sampled to and there was no hint, after taste or anything or alcohol, so that was disappointing. We went for a birthday, be sure to let them know when you go. They have a fun song and LED lights and sign. It was literally like six birthdays on a Monday. Food came out on a timely manner. Parking is decent. Service is amazing. Good music and various tv channels on. I'll definitely be back.

10 out of 10 Our server, Ras was phenomenal! She was friendly, helpful and her customer service was on point. I ordered the 1/2 pound shrimp with heads off (Mr and Mrs crab seasoning medium) and 2 sides of noodles. Mixed the noodles into the bag and pure perfection. Came here to celebrate a birthday - they were kind enough to store the cake in the back until we were ready. They even supplied plates and silverware. Highly recommend this place for dates, family get togethers or just for a casual dinner.

    Kids had a great time.

I was brought here for my birthday this year with my family. I've never been to a place like this before, and the experience did not disappoint. The place has a great energy to it. it kind of makes me feel like I'm stepping into an Oceanside seafood restaurant, and the staff is friendly. The food is an entire journey. It's an absolute mess, but the most delicious of messes. You have your apron, plastic gloves, and the food itself is served inside of a plastic bag. They know what they're doing. The seafood was absolutely delicious. I haven't had any seafood in a while, and it was wonderful to make this the first experience in a long time. I'll definitely be returning here.

This place never disappoints. I am a huge seafood - especially crabs. The service was great and the place is always a vibe. Whatever you get, try it with Mild Seasoning with Mr and Mrs Crab Sauce. Yummy!!

We came from out of town for a wedding and stumbled upon this gem! The service was AMAZING!!! The food was DELICIOUS!!! It has been days since we've gone for lunch and I haven't stopped talking about it. My husband and I built our own book & shared some hushpuppies and i can't make a single complaint. Our server was so polite and so nice and very helpful!! I can't wait to come back to FL, stopping here is a new MUST!!!!!

The seasoning in the seafood bags are touch notch! The service was really good and the vibe and music was great. I loved my visit here and would certainly come back soon. It is a bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it!

I am so impressed with this seafood boil restaurant! I stopped by last night for dinner. The place itself is very cute, it's entirely decorated with cartoony nautical decor. The service was amazing, our waitress frequently checked in and was quick to fulfill any requests. For my meal I chose the basics option it was truly perfect! It comes with shrimp, sausage, mussels, potatoes, and corn. I selected mild lemon pepper for my seasoning and would recommend it. The seafood was fresh and very flavorful. I also a margarita, it was okay but for $4 you can't even be mad. I'm use to NYC prices so I thought this place was extremely well priced and would really recommend it to anyone who's in the mood for a good boil. We had two very filling boils, fried shrimp, 2 drinks, and a soft drink for under $100.

I'm not sure if they got a new cook or what but the sauce was so good today 01/27/2024! I ordered crawfish (hot with Mr. & Mrs. Crab sauce) & added eggs. I haven't tried many places in the area but if the food quality and taste will be like this I will always come here!

If you're looking for one of the prettiest brunch spots in Tampa, this is it!…read more The Florista at Campfire is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by gorgeous plants, flowers, cozy seating, elegant décor, and beautiful little details everywhere you look. It honestly feels like stepping into a botanical garden mixed with a luxury brunch experience. Every corner is picture-perfect! The atmosphere alone makes you want to slow down, relax, and soak it all in. Add in the delicious food, beautifully plated dishes, friendly customer service, and the warm, welcoming ambiance, and you've got an experience not just breakfast. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The French toast was incredible, the deviled eggs were such a unique starter, and the Campfired Breakfast definitely hit the spot. Even the café con leche was rich and delicious. Whether you're planning a girls' brunch, celebrating a birthday, going on a date, or just want somewhere beautiful to enjoy breakfast, I highly recommend adding The Florista at Campfire to your Tampa bucket list. Sometimes it's not just about the food... it's about how a place makes you feel. This place was peaceful, beautiful, and worth every visit. I'll definitely be back!

But the food, even while creative, was 1 star. We got the butter candle which is a totally unique dish; I've never seen anything like that before. But the execution was a miss - no flavor, and served with rock hard croissants. Also got the deviled eggs, which was $12 for three. That's $4 per half an egg. Which maybe I could forgive if they were wildly delicious. But they were not, they were bland. My burger was advertised as a wagyu smash burger. It was neither. Wasn't smashed, and certainly wasn't wagyu. Overcooked and hard, I struggled to choke it down. Served with store bought shoestring potatoes. My son's "aioli" on his, I'm about 90% sure was miracle whip. Aioli my ass. My wife only ate half her sandwich, and I'm pretty sure the rest will end up with the dog. The contrast between the creativeness of the surroundings/menu, and the quality of the food was striking. Too bad, I really wanted to like this place based on how it looked. But the food was unfortunately below average.

We did not know that walking in. They all looked at us like what are you doing here? My husband even said is this a restaurant? So we asked for a menu - which is a QR code. Yes- they have food. We decided to sit at the bar and at least have a drink. It was early so no a lot of people. Everyone seemed confused as to how things worked. Most employees spoke Spanish and we do not. A bartender did speak English. He asked what we wanted and took our drink order. He was nice. We did end up getting food. Chips and salsa=$10! Other items were priced fairly. We asked for water and he claimed they only had bottles of still water=$4.50. But we saw someone else get a glass with ice/water at another table. Also be warned there is a "service fee" of 15% (for what I have no idea) and if you use a credit card 3% card fee. We searched on line to see what people said about this place and some other reviews on Google said they charge $10 to get in although we were not charged anything to come in. In the end the food was pretty good. Bottom line- this is a nightclub with an identity problem as they are trying to serve food as well and it just does not have a restaurant or bar&grill feel to it. We won't be back as not our scene, but also wish them well with the clients they really are trying to attract.

It was open for business, but there was only one other group of two in there with us-and only one server-who was also the bartender. It was a little odd. I'm sure this place is popping at night. Our server (who was chatty at the end-businesslike before) told us there's karaoke on Friday nights and a DJ on Saturdays. I'll definitely bring the friends back for that. The drink menu is large-it would be a fun night spot. I'm just not sure I'd come back for a weekday lunch. That's not the food's fault, though. I had chicken enchiladas verde (very nice) with some of the best Mexican rice I've ever had. The margarita was also good. You can tell this restaurant has been around awhile-there are echoes of genres past, with different decor still lingering (the lighting, for example). But I love the murals outside, the bar surrounds, the signage by the stage area and the other Mexican touches. I also really like the vintage windows-it's a nice nod to the past. And it's spotless in here-so clean-with lots of tables. I also thought the prices were fair. I hope they thrive!

The restaurant is so cute and the whole design/styling/ambiance genuinely made me feel like I had been transported straight to New Orleans. Like the vibes were vibing. Everyone was so nice from the second we walked in, and our waitress was literally the sweetest. She actually checked up on us throughout the meal, which I feel like doesn't always happen anymore, so I really appreciated that. The manager also came by to ask how we were enjoying everything and was so kind. We love a restaurant that actually cares about the customer experience!!! Now for the important part: THE FOOD. We started with the Boudin Rolls and they were sooo good. I got the Chicken & Andouille Filé Gumbo and my friend got the Shrimp & Gritcakes: Monica Style, and omg??? Everything was absolutely delicious. I genuinely would've licked my plate clean if it was socially acceptable. I also got the Fleur De Lis cocktail and let me tell you... it was exactly how I like my drinks: strong and sweet. The elderflower and vodka combo was sooo good. We ended the night with the classic beignets, which was actually my first time trying them, and I am officially obsessed. They were so good and I will 100% be coming back for more. Overall, such a fun night, amazing food, great service, cute atmosphere, and immaculate vibes. Literally a 10/10 experience. Tibby's, you have a new fan!

I visited the host stand concerned we were not checked in correctly and that I would be charged $30 per person as a no-show. She revisited the reservation on their books and confirmed I was not checked in right and fixed it. Hopefully, I will not be charged. The meal was good, however it should be communicated when making a reservation that the full menu is not available. This was not communicated anywhere actually - not reservation, front desk or even upon sitting down at your table. It wasn't until I asked our server about the missing menu items that she said it was a limited menu that day. When I asked if any exception could be made, she said no. This was disappointing considering the items my husband was looking forward to were not available.
