First of all, I have never done a Yelp review, because you can usually find something good in the service industry and the bad is generally very minimal. But nope, not this place, EVERYTHING about this place is AWFUL!!! Food is horrible, service is horrible, and the drinks are horrible (we had one round).
When we arrived, the people at the greeter stand had their backs turned to us and we didn't even know we were in the right place until I said, "Is this the Vault?" (to my family) and when I said that, the people standing with their backs to us flipped around like we were intruding (I didn't even know they were greeters, thought they were just random people).
When we were seated, we waited for approx 10 mins before someone came to take our drink order and then probably another 20 before she brought any of the drinks including my son's Dr. Pepper.
The first, and only, alcoholic drinks we ordered were awful! We were celebrating my birthday and planned on spending plenty of money on drinks and deserts; but, we didn't order anything else after our first initial order because the drinks, like everything else, were HORRIBLE!!!
The food either had NO flavor or WAY too much flavor. I had the Cobb salad and they brought a huge amount of lettuce, barely any toppings, and no dressing. I had to ask for dressing 3 times, I asked for extra hoping that it would give it some flavor but nope! Of course how much flavor can you give to just lettuce?! The only thing I really liked was the pickled egg on the salad. (Adding this part 3 days later - so now we are in Las Vegas and I ran to the 7-11 for snacks. I got a little 7-11 pre-made salad, and it was WAY better than the overpriced, flavorless salad at The Vault!!!!)
My son ordered a cheeseburger and fries and the burger had a tiny patch of cheese in the middle that was like 2 inches square, it didn't even come close to covering the bun or the burger - not even close! He asked for no onions and they brought onions anyway, yes on the side, but they laid them on the tomato, so the tomato tasted like onion. The fries were WAY too salty and had way too much seasoning.
My daughter, who paid separately, ordered a chicken sandwich and there was a tiny patch of avocado (like the cheese) right in the middle of the bun and the bun was super burned on both sides. I told her not to pay for it; but she was starving, so she ate around the burned parts and only ate half the bun because the other was so burnt it couldn't be ate around.
While waiting what seemed like forever for our food, (around 35-45 maybe) my son spilled his drink and they were complete jerks about it - even though we helped them clean it up.
The waitress never refilled our drinks and never checked to see if the food was good.
