It's a great place to do your shipping. Especially easy for returns to Amazon etc... They can be really busy at times tho.

It is not often I need to ship something, but I go here when I need this service. Whether I need shipping supplies or just to drop off a package for shipment. They are always friendly and quick about their business. Today, I watched the guy multi-task to get us out quicker and was friendly about it all. I should have written this review a long time ago. Jay the owner had such a good attitude and was very helpful with my Amazon return. Despite having two people in front of me he went out of his way to tell me I could set my package on the counter so I wouldn't have to hold it the whole time. I needed tape too and he said don't even worry about it I got you. Wish more folks were helpful the way he was. read more

I am seeing that the company owner/manager is only responding to 5 star/good reviews, which is disappointing. I am definitely not one of those "customers are always right" types but I am one of those people that appreciate accountability & in rectifying a situation w/ acknowledgement & empathy. I come to this location more times than I would like to admit because my son is disabled and I have to print and fax over a lot of documents to different providers, lawyers and doctor offices. This review was not originally to complain about the lack luster customer service received upon entering, sometimes greeted, sometimes not; No biggie, the employees all look between the ages of 18-25; but today I was charged $2.00 "5 min computer use fee" for printing out one colored document that I emailed to the printer email address seconds before walking into the establishment. I've never been charged this fee before, I did not even touch the computer. I can see if I logged in, accessed my email address, sat down googled some information but I literally sent the document to the email address provided by the store, walked in and said I need to print an item, the cashier walked over confirmed the document asked if I would like it in color & proceeded to check me out & when I look at the receipt I see the $2 fee as well as the .79 cent charge for the colored print fee & when ask about the $2 charge the cashier says "our manager is getting mad for not charging the fee" ..but like umm I didn't use the computer... It's not about the $2 but it's me never being charged this fee before, literally not using/touching the computer at all; then the dull, nonchalant response I received. Clearly printed out on the receipt it says "5 min computer fee" I wasn't even in the establishment for 5 minutes. I called the store to ask for the managers name & times he is available to voice my frustrations and receive some clarity on pricing and fees. A young girl answered the phone & stated that sometimes the other employees "forget" to add the fee and that manager is out of town but the owner of the franchise will be available this week. When I asked for the owners name and availability she stated that he would not be able to do anything because he made the rule and that the manager of the store will be back sometime next week, so I asked her the managers name and she said he wasn't there, I told her that I would like the managers name so that when I call back or if I decide to visit the location I know who to ask for, she finally provided the managers name; John. That was a frustrating experience, there should have not been that much back and forth for name and time the manager is available to gain clarity on pricing & services. Not happy w/ the service I received at this location, I literally come bring my business to this location all the time, it is my neighborhood UPS, my neighborhood Publix, my neighborhood shopping center that I shop in and bring my business too all the time, disappointed w/ todays apathetic & lack of customer service. No explanation, no apologies, no excellence or empathy, I just did not feel like my business was appreciated or valued and I did not feel the same walking in that establishment walking out. read more

I work from home and often times use this place for all of my shipping needs and safety deposit box. The staff is generally nice and fast but where they fall short is accommodating to business professionals. I came here to print customer letters and labels, so I can do a massive mailer quick and efficient but was told by the older gentleman (not sure if he's the manager or owner) that they don't print them because they clog their printers. Sorry but I don't think that's a good excuse, you should have printers that can handle that since you're in the business of shipping, printing and mailing. Not sure if I will come back at this point since I can't do everything in one stop. Very disappointed and cost me a lot more time than it should have. Also found out that the letters they printed for me were double sided as well, which I can't use now read more

A true business partner! The owner greets my husband and me by name. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I was recently on crutches and they not only helped me get my packages loaded into my car, but they also made sure, each time I was there, that I got back into my car safely. Saying that I receive excellent customer service by this team isn't enough. They all, especially the owner, make me feel like they are truly grateful for my business and they want to help my business succeed! read more

Slow service, charges you for city packages were other UPS store still charge you. Three dollars minimum for credit card charges. Do not visit if I were you. I would never come back again. read more

First and foremost they are lying. I have never said I would not come back why would I not when I always had good experiences over there minus that day. Plus you are an Indian owned business which I am too so why would I not support it. Secondly I have a college kid myself why would I abuse them. I am a mother first and would not abuse a child. Maybe I teach my children respect first and not lie so I will not tolerate that. The girl lied and never showed me the material to read. The guy pointed it was there like I was stupid so please get your facts right before you take the side of non Customer service associates. I've always loved using UPS. However, since December my experience at this location has been bad. The customer service by one lady is absolutely terrible. I've witnessed her rude to customers, coworkers and other delivery employees (FedEx). This lady boxes items poorly, one item broke in something she smushed into a box that should have been placed into a larger box. She asked me if she could squish another item in another box she was fixing. I called for nearly three weeks during different days and times to speak with the manager and he is never there. I finally call corporate to report the poor service and lack of management from the store manager. Let's just say, I haven't and won't be using this location again! Good luck if you do! read more

I went to ship a package and dropped it off at the UPS store for the postal department to pick up they did not scan it or have any information on it and it's been over a week since I dropped it off and no one seems to know where it is and I went back and all of a sudden there is a sign saying drop packages off at your own risk Which was not there earlier there should be a better system read more

This UPS store is not very accommodating and they don't seem to want to help. I tried to ship a large item and wanted to see what my cheapest possible shipment method was without spending a fortune. Once I decided I did not want to ship my item anymore (due to the high price) I was told that the shipping label was already printed and I was required to pay for my item. It's unacceptable that I had pay to ship an item that I did not want to. Won't be back. read more
