We have passed by this place many times and always talked about checking it out. No time like the present since their website indicated they could make me a 24x36" copy of something for .99! Really? I'll take 10! and off we went. This is, by far, the largest office & school supply store I have ever been in and the thousands (yes, indeed) of pieces of furniture (both new and pre-owned and reconditioned) is wonderous. Their selection of any other office supply stuff is great, too. So I was able to get my 18x24" copy plus 9 more for $10. plus tax. What a deal! Service was instant, speedy, courteous and friendly and John provided my husband and I with bottles of water (free gift to us) for our journey of errands. It is my understanding that this is a family-owned business and considering our experience today, they have a couple of new customers. I would much prefer giving our business to a locally owned business than one of the "big guys". We will be back later to do some real price comparisons. We've purchased two beautiful cabinets, a tv stand, rocking chairs, dining table and chairs and several end table pieces. Each time, Walt has been extremely helpful and personable. He helped us with our decisions for sizes and delivery times and said if we weren't happy with the product, just let him know and he'd replace it. We weren't quite happy with our large dining room table (there was a knot in an odd place on the table) so he replaced it at no additional charge to us. We're so happy we found this store and we will continue going here as long as he stays open.

They actually seemed interested in selling me a really cheap stapler versus selling me the $20 one with all the bells & whistles. Compared to other office stores, I think I'd rather shop here as this specific store seemed better than the other stores that I've had to deal with. It just seemed better than the average ones around here. The store isn't perfect, though. There are quite a few areas that were not really that well organized and not all the sections had all the items in the right spot. Sometimes you can come across an area with markers or some other product and they have the same item in quite a few slots, but there should be different items there. They lost a little bit on variety that they should have had. Probably poor stocking led to exaggerated ordering of some items and not enough of others. Overall, it wasn't bad, but there have been better stores out there.
