This store is consistently providing the worst service I've ever had from any store not just UPS. I don't know what they put in the water there but the people that work there are the least courteous and really don't know how to do their job. read more

By far the most unprofessional service I have had in a long time. Visited the location to get something sent overnight and was told it would be there by 2 pm the next day. I checked the tracking the next morning and the package had not even left the location yet at which time I called and asked about it and the person who answered would not even look up my information but kept saying that if I was told it would be there by 2 pm then it will be there. I continued to check tracking and at 10 pm on the night that the package was supposed to be delivered it finally showed that my package left the location at 6 pm so I paid for overnight service and the package had not even left the building the entire next day. I called the next day and spoke with t he manager named Brian who took no ownership of the situation and called me "dude" telling me that I would need to call UPS directly as they can do nothing for me. If you want rude and unprofessional service then I recommend going to this store and asking for Brian. read more

This location is a daily stop for me as an online reseller and shipper. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They get you in and out quickly all with a smile on their faces and friendly attitude. Definitely a recommended location for all of your shipping and postal needs. read more

We live near this UPS store and use them a lot. Great friendly folks, never had a problem here. We ship things, and use their Amazon return service. Service is always great. Everyone there is super polite. They always answer my questions and help me with packages and I've had no bad experiences. Karen in particular has always helped me out a lot and is so sweet. Everyone there is super fast. It gets busy in there a lot but they get you in and out as quickly as possible. read more

I goofed (or my printer did) and I dropped off several packages that evidently wouldn't scan. Aneel was kind enough to call me shortly after I left (unbeknownst to me, my # was on the shipping label) to let me know that I'd need to come back in order to take care of the packages, otherwise, they wouldn't be deliverable. Being a total noob, he assisted me with my cell phone to get the return shipping labels from my email and re-printed in the store. There were other customers filtering in, and in between helping me, he helped them, which I thought was respectful, as I was probably a "handful." He initially said that he wasn't going to charge me for the prints, but I insisted because he was so awesome to call me and save me another back and forth trip (especially if my printer was going to be janky again!) This UPS store has the most miserable employees that do not want to work there. They do not greet you, work with a smile, thank you, or offer to help you with anything. Most UPS sites are not like this but this one is the worst. Find another as there are plenty nearby. read more

The UPS Store in Flowery Branch, GA on Spout Springs Rd has been going downhill for a while, from charging way too much for materials to charging to tape shut an Amazon return box to just recently the store using crap reasoning for not taking care of their customer with a draconian rule that was not my fault, get called a LIAR, and horrible customer service. This all happened from Friday, May 5 to Wednesday, May 11th. A little backstory, I am getting ready to move and I am out of my house and staying out of town for the next several weeks while I have contractors working on getting my house ready to list for sale and then when it goes on the market. I was looking for a mailbox that I could forward my mail to and I would pick it up weekly for when in town. A young man helping me and there was a blond lady working that day who assisted him. This is Friday and when I get home, I go online to USPS.com, to change of address/forwarding, I do not want to actually change my address until I sell the house so I wanted to forward it. On the form, there is a note to the side of the new address that says "...please note that Change-of-Address request from a non-USPS Private Mail Boxes (PMB cannot be processed." Now, when I enter the street address for "What's your new address?" it will auto-populate the UPS Store and suite and per the blond lady at the UPS Store, she said to add a"-" and the box number, when I click "Next" and I get a bright red "...missing, incomplete or invalid according to our records...". I also tried this by typing the full address, suite, and box, and the same thing. This is a problem, as I said, I want to forward my mail and keep my mailing address until I sell so the other option is for me to spend hours going to every place that mails me and permanently change my address, which is tedious and what I do not want to do now. The next morning, Saturday, I go over to the post office and ask them if I can do forward it to the address that I was given as my UPS Store mailbox and they said NO, the address and suite are verified with USPS but not the mailbox. Mail would get delivered but I could not forward or change. Right after I go back to the UPS Store and the blond lady from the day before was there working by herself when I told her I just got the box yesterday and explained the problem, she said she did not know if I could just cancel but she would call her manager to ask. She tries several times and either the number she was dialing was invalid or would not connect. At this point, the store got really busy and I did not want to hold up the other customers and said I will come back Monday and she said that in the meantime she would get an answer for me. I said I was packing to move and on Monday and Tuesday, I could not get by the store during business hours because I was still packing and staging for my movers and then when the movers were there. Wednesday, May 10 I come by the store and the blond lady was working and there was another dark hair lady who helped me. The blond lady said that she talked to her manager and the manager said no but told her to call to make sure. The dark-haired lady called when her manager answered she started with "We don't give refunds on mailboxes after 24 hours do we?" (sic). WOW, she said that right in front of me. And, as expected when you lead a question like that, she hung up and said no, they will not let me cancel or get a refund because it was past 24 hours. I then said that I tried to and briefly told her what happened on Saturday and the blond lady was looking at us listening, she was there that day! I said that I tried to but there was no manager working that day and she could not get an answer. The dark-haired lady insisted it was after 24 hours. I told her this is unreal, I had tried to come by within their time frame and the fact the manager was unreachable was not my fault and if I had known that I would not be able to forward my mail I would not have gotten the box, it severs no purpose to me now. The dark-haired lady then said something along the lines that it was after 24 hours and there was nothing she could do and then she said something that set me off. She said, and this is paraphrasing "I do not know what your problem is, other people do it all the time..." ARE YOU Kidding me? How do you know this? Have you talked to everyone who has a mailbox and asked them if they have been able to change or forward an address with USPS? So either something has recently changed with the Post Office or you are calling me a LIAR. Well, I am not lying! In summary, the store uses crap reasoning for not taking care of their customer with a draconian rule that was not my fault, getting called a liar, and horrible customer service. read more

If I was the owner i would be concern because he is driving away customers. I shipped an overnight package in November that never got delivered. Per the tracking info a label was created but package never shipped. I went to the store for a refund of the charges and to file a claim. They said they could file the claim and UPS would send my refund. One month later i went back to check status of my refund and they told me to call customer service. I called customer service to find out claim was never filed. Customer service filed claim but 2.5 months later I have still not received my refund. This mix up and lost package cost us a major tax impact not to mention the charges for a package that never was sent out. UPS store and customer service for this location is unacceptable. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went in to ask a very simple question regarding USPS packages and what services they provide for or with USPS (some stores will mail your USPS items through the USPS carrier that stops by daily). The woman working the counter was so incredibly rude and told me to "Google it, Sweetie," which I had already done and didn't find an answer. This is the fourth time I have come into this store and been treated poorly. Ayed, who I believe is the owner, is also incredibly rude. He couldn't find a return receipt form once when I came in and told me, "you'll have to come back later, I'm too busy to look for it right now." Will avoid at all cost in the future! read more

I stopped at this UPS Store location to send USPS envelope. The woman at the counter was very rude and unhelpful. I went ahead with the transaction and found she had charged double what other locations I had used recently for the exact package. I completed the transaction specifically so I could judge how reliable this woman's information proved to be. Although she assured me the package would arrive Friday ("guaranteed delivery"), it will arrive on Monday. I'm sure she would blame the USPS, but since I have never encountered the issue before, I'm doubtful of anything she would say. Avoid this location unless you expect to pay higher prices for poorer service and rude employees. read more

Never been treated so badly! Syed sees things one way and that's his way. He is rude and demeaning. Amazon has a new process for returns: you just take the item(s) to ups store and they will scan the QR code in your email from amazon. I brought in my items for return and Syed did not seem to know what I was talking about. I pulled out the email and read it to him. He made like he did not know what that was all about. I had 8 items tied in a grocery bag, he scanned, I left. Then I thought "what's to keep all my items together and how do I know all 8 items will be put in a box to be shipped to amazon?" So I went back inside to see syed (I love that name because of LOST) put my bag of goods in a clear kitchen garbage size bag, folded it over a little and put a little piece of tape on it and then dropped the bag into a box with other items. So I asked him about it and he showed me he put a mailing label on the clear bag. I told him he could not ship that clear bag to UPS like that! He did explain to me that they have a large box that they fill with many customers items and then that one box is shipped to Amazon with a lot of return packages inside of it. I told him that my bag was very unsecured and asked him to roll it tighter with a larger piece of tape. Syed just wanted to argue and I asked him two or three times to please help me feel better by putting a larger piece of tape over it. Finally he did. And then... He said... We just started this new process only one week ago! Grrrr. Lol There were three other ladies in there also having a difficult time with Syed. We mentioned that there were several other UPS stores nearby that we will go to for now on. I wonder how UPS store makes their money? Is it better for them to have more packages to send to Amazon or not? read more

Printer's beware. This is the first time I have had any printing done at this location. I have used several other UPS stores in the area, and Athens for small (less than 10 page) personal jobs. I was completely caught off guard by the $2.00 computer fee attached to the printing job. Keep in mind I was not the one using the computer but understand that the other places have charged me a hook-up fee or something equivalent ....but it was a dollar at most. This charge was on top of the cost per page (34 cents / each). I know it does not sound like a lot but when this is 68% of the total....its a factor. When I asked I was told that UPS's are owned by different owners. Lesson learned and will not be using this location especially for printing. They also don't post this cost in a place that was visible (if it's posted at all) so was unaware until after the job was done. read more

I have been to this store on several occasions and never have I been greeted or received a smile from any of the employees. Last night I needed to mail (3) bubble envelope's with a gift card in a small box. The first one was going to Indianapolis IN, 5x7. Was told it would be $10.46...I said excuse me....the employee said yes it depends on where it is going....it wasn't going to Germany! So he weighed the next one that was a 8x10 bubble envelope, had 2 small gift card boxes in it, said it would be $16.00.....I said "NO" give me my packages and left. This establishment is either doubling or tripling there prices during the holidays because they can! This will be the last time they get my business! Took the same two packages to the post office and the 5x7 was $4.00 the two 8x10's were $7.00 each. I mailed all three for what he was charging me for one! Greedy! read more

We had very bad customer service from Aneel at this store. We have used this store in the past many times for business and personal work orders as well as people and companies we have recommended here. We will no longer use or recommend this store but will drive a little farther to the Dacula UPS store for personalized service and attention on orders. We pride ourselves on great customer care and service and expect nothing less from the companies we deal with, so after the incident this past month we will ceased to use this location. read more

Please DO NOT use this UPS store!!! Aneel's incompetence and now lies cost us over $1500. We unfortunately shipped a custom handmade coffee table to a customer in Maine who wanted to use UPS "just to be safe." We agreed and were originally quoted $300. When we brought the table to the store we were told that it would need to be shipped "freight" to insure its safe arrival. We agreed and paid the $670 Aneel charged us to ship it freight with insurance for $900 for the price of the table. We expected they would box it and asked if we needed to pay extra for a good box and insulation but Aneel told us that it would be fine wrapped with the styrofoam and bubblewrap we already had it in since it was going "freight." He sold us a little cardboard to wrap around the bottom of it. Unfortunately, when it arrived in Maine it was so destroyed that the UPS delivery person advised our customer to refuse to accept it so that it would certainly be covered by the insurance. The remains were sent back to this UPS store and Aneel told us that INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY a penny for the $900 table or the $670 shipping because the table was not wrapped properly and not shipped freight! He denies saying it would be shipped freight and denies sending it improperly wrapped. We had felt safe leaving the table in his care because he assured us everything would be taken care of and we had paid the extra money for freight and insurance. Unfortunately, when an error occurs he is unwilling to admit a mistake and let the insurance that we paid for cover it. He is literally taking $1,570 from us and leaving us with a destroyed painstakingly handmade piece of furniture. Update: Sadly, this comment below from the owner of the store, Rahim Bharwani, is a blatant lie. After trusting them with our handcrafted piece of furniture which took my husband 12 weeks to make, paying extra to ship it freight to insure its safe delivery, and asking repeatedly that it be packed well to protect it, and then paying extra money for insurance, this is their response- to lie and deny that any of that occurred. We have proof of all of these transactions and will unfortunately have to deal with them in small claims court to be refunded as our attorney has advised as well as report them to the Better Business Bureau. We certainly understand that human errors happen. If Rahim and Aneel would own up to that mistake at least they could maintain their dignity and the dignity of their business. Unfortunately they are choosing the cowardly and deceptive approach of lying about the actions of their customer, while benefiting from the $670 we paid them for shipping. Please do yourself a favor and do not give your business to this deceptive company. read more
