I'm a stamp collector and always on the hunt for old, forgotten stamp sheets from the early 2000s to 2019. You'd be surprised how many post offices have no idea what they have in stock. Anyway, I asked my clerk if I could see their supply of stamps. She was fine with that and brought me a binder. Unfortunately, the only old sheet they had was 2017's Have A Ball! which I already have. I believe they had three sheets so if you don't have one, go grab it! I asked for a sheet of ten Statue Of Freedom one dollar stamps but they were out. I ended up purchasing a sheet of Voices Of The Harlem Renaissance (2020). The clerk wanted me to teach her all about it! I tried as best I could but I'm not sure she was listening. At any rate, she wasn't rude to me. She handled the sheet a bit too roughly but other than that, no complaints.

First time I wrote a review and I had to, because you guys embarrassed Vietnamese people

Please promote Greg to this position. Here's what happened: l am a frequent customer at this USPS location and have always had positive experiences here, especially with Greg, who is consistently professional, patient, and helpful. On 7/15, I reused a mail bag that had previously been delivered to me. I placed the new item I was selling inside the mail bag that still had an old label. Normally, USPS places the new label over the old one or ensures the old label is no longer scannable. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and the package was mistakenly shipped back to me instead of the intended recipient. In other words, this package was delivered to me twice because of an avoidable processing error. Greg did everything he could to help, but since he couldn't resolve the issue himself, he called the supervisor, Kayla. This is where the experience went downhill. Instead of listening to what I was actually explaining, Kayla immediately became defensive. She started talking about reimbursement, even though I never asked for a refund, and then implied that I was trying to scam USPS. She also aggressively snatched a paper from me. That accusation was completely unprofessional and based on a total misunderstanding of the situation. I wasn't asking for money, simply wanted my package sent to the correct destination. A supervisor should be able to listen, understand a straightforward situation, and either resolve the issue or explain the next steps respectfully. Instead, Kayla seemed more interested in making assumptions than helping a customer. If someone in a supervisory role cannot comprehend a simple shipping issue or take the time to understand what a customer is saying before making accusations, they should reconsider how they approach customer service. Greg deserves recognition for his professionalism. Honestly he should be supervisor. Unfortunately, Kayla's attitude and lack of problem solving turned what should have been a simple fix into a frustrating experience.

I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. Having a great day can be infectious and I have left there wearing a smile more than once because of the service I have received. Teresa, thank you for being consistently awesome.
