But I went here to send out my packages for two times, and they were both lost, two times. There's no way it got lost, and it's asian food that I sent. First time I wrote a review and I had to, because you guys embarrassed Vietnamese people

I'm a stamp collector and always on the hunt for old, forgotten stamp sheets from the early 2000s to 2019. You'd be surprised how many post offices have no idea what they have in stock. Anyway, I asked my clerk if I could see their supply of stamps. She was fine with that and brought me a binder. Unfortunately, the only old sheet they had was 2017's Have A Ball! which I already have. I believe they had three sheets so if you don't have one, go grab it! I asked for a sheet of ten Statue Of Freedom one dollar stamps but they were out. I ended up purchasing a sheet of Voices Of The Harlem Renaissance (2020). The clerk wanted me to teach her all about it! I tried as best I could but I'm not sure she was listening. At any rate, she wasn't rude to me. She handled the sheet a bit too roughly but other than that, no complaints.

I know this b/c my father and I ship to Korea on a regular basis and the owners really take care of us and are very accommodating. The facility is a spacious and seems pretty plain, but the process is relatively simple. Bring what you want to ship, they can pack it up for you, write down the address as best you can, pay the very affordable shipping and handling fee, and voila, you're done. I give them a solid 2 thumbs up and 5 yelp stars. Great prices, great people, great service. Note: The owner, an elder woman, speaks only Korean, but I believe they have employees that speak English so don't worry if your Korean is all jacked up like mine. You'll be fine.

For example when shipping vitamins (cheaper here than Korea) -- it costs about $33 (vs $50 U.S. Post Office). Also the nice lady who works there does all the paperwork for you. Some things to remember though - make sure you have the recipient's complete address, phone number and "joo-min-bun-ho" (ID number). in addition for items like vitamins, you need to provide the exact weight (copy the wt from the bottle). The shipment should take about 5 days to get there. Thanks to my friends for telling me about this place! FYI they are located in the same strip mall as "What the Pho" restaurant. Open Mon-Fri 10-7pm, and Sat 10-5pm.

Super friendly staff and always helpful with any questions I may have. I just came in today December 11th to mail our Holiday Cards and I was dreading it due to how busy PO get during these days...there was a long line of about 7 customers in front of me. .,To my surprise the line moved up very quickly and I was able to finish my business within just a few minutes!!! The gentleman who assisted me was very courteous and the rest of the staff assisting other customers were very pleasant as well! All in all a great experience! So glad I live close by and it is my go to USPS:)

I was waiting for 5 days and decided to come to talk to the supervisor. Also, I wanted finally complain about other people's mail delivered for some reason in my mailbox, I kind tried to say that it could be a problem that my mail was delivered somewhere else. She listened and in a moment came a guy, young athletic. He never introduced himself, started to tell me that I should not talk to him about this issue, rudely interrupted me a several times. I asked for his name and why he does not wear a tag or badge, he said he is going to call police. I think he heard my accent and decided to get rid of a Karen who came to complain. Well, I left and I filed a complaint..not about my missing mail but just attitude. I just wonder is it a new normal to yell and treat someone with police when someone came and ask to do his/her job. Still confused about what happened, it feels surreal, go to ask for mail and suddenly be arrested by police because a tall athletic guy got scared of an Ukrainian girl. Also, wonder if I were a man or not Ukrainian would it still happen?

They are all great but there is one particular stand out: Teresa. Professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, she also seems truly content with her job and is humorous, to boot. She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.
