So if that doesn't get in the system by tomorrow BEFORE 2pm that I did indeed ship it, the order gets cancelled and I have to refund their money. I sent a message to the post office but somehow it got kicked to the location where the customer lives instead of the one over here. My chief complaint is with mail delivery and not so much the office. In fact, my review would be five stars if they could get mail into the right boxes. I'm not asking a lot, but having to make regular trips to my neighbors and them to me to deliver mail and packages hardly seems right. If this happened once in a while I'd understand. We are human. However, this is on the regular lately. Today I'm missing a package that was marked delivered from the seller. I'm just hoping it comes to one of my neighbors and they deliver it and not another neighborhood or someone who doesn't want to take on the task of mail delivery (can't blame them). As far as the office goes, it's hit or miss for the energy in the room. Sometimes they are very pleasant and friendly and other times a bit snappy. They're efficient though. I was told "honey I do this all the time, I know what I need". I was polite and respectful even though SHE canceled my return and didn't even apologize.
