We do this all the time" as she's chewing on a candy in her mouth and I can't understand her. I had no idea what she needed or label she needed, so I show her my phone and she clicks the wrong button making me cancel my return to do it over. I was told "honey I do this all the time, I know what I need". I was polite and respectful even though SHE canceled my return and didn't even apologize.
