She stated in Georgia it's $10 but they only charge $5. This is illegal. In the state of Georgia, a notary can charge a maximum of $2 per notarial seal. If you are a mobile notary, you can charge additional for services to travel and there are no state limitations. I know this because I am a notary in Georgia. I will be filing a complaint with Gwinnett County and State of Georgia. Feel free to fact check at gsccca.org. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone.
